Tuesday everything started off great. They were able to tow my car and get it diagnosed sooner than expected. Then they called the next day and claimed it would be done between 5 and 5:30. I made arrangements to go pick it up and I got a call at 4:50 stating they got the wrong part but the right one would be here early morning the next day. I made arrangements to go pick it up. I called later in the afternoon the next day and they still didn't have the part and hoped it would be there by the end of the day, it wasn't. Friday around 4 it was finally ready. They informed me that my wheel was bent and I needed to go to a tire shop and have it replaced.I went to pick it up on Saturday and the driver side had shoe prints and dirt all over. There was also a piece of trim hanging off that wasn't there when I took it in. I went back inside and they apologized and pulled it back in and cleaned it. We had arranged to have a rim sent to the RNR to have that replaced. We dropped it off and they called and said they looked at all my rims and said aside from a scrape they didn't see any problems. At this point I am really not trusting the work I had done at meineke. I decided to take it for a test drive on the interstate. I heard a pop when I turned on to the ramp and a flapping sound. I got home and found that the flapping sound was a piece of my wheel well that they didn't bolt back down so now it's bent. Icalled the shop back and they took my name and number and said they would call the DM. I am thinking maybe i should have someone else look it over to make sure the work that was done was correct.This is the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic and I hope they adopt higher standards in the future. I will not return nor would I recommend this place to anyone. If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Staff and Brett were considerate and checked my brakes. I still had enough brake pads left to last another year or more. They saw two lug nuts someone else had stripped and repaired those for me. Overall a great experience.

In December 2022 I took my vehicle to Meineke in Anderson. It needed a complete muffler kit installation. They showed me on the computer exactly what I was ordering as well as the price. I ordered and paid for the kit, and they scheduled me to come back another day for the installation after the kit arrived. When I came back for the installation, they had it done within a couple hours. Quick and seamless process, and friendly and professional employees. They were very up front with me and I didn't feel like I was being ripped off. I live in Muncie now, so will definitely be going to the one there.

First time going here, and everyone from the appointment coordinator, to the gentleman at the desk, were nice and helpful. Can't beat the price of the basic oil change! They did the job right and quick. Not to mention that they send pics/info to your phone as they're making progress with your vehicle. I will be back.

I used to trust this place when Jim was here. Took my Chevy Malibu here. One repair was done right, but was simple. I also was quoted almost $1k for a fuel pump that didn't need replaced. 3 codes they said were the fuel pump, were not. They didn't properly look under my car, and relied entirely on a code scanner and looking up "what it could be" in a database or Google. Find yourself an old school mechanic. I spent $125 instead of $1k

Only one issue with these guys: Prices, customer service etc are great. They don t throw parts until it s fixed to get a huge bill. They fix what s wrong and you re on your way. My huge complaint is they always, always make my car dirty and leave it that way. Whether it s greasy fingerprints around the door/ the upholstery or muddy footprints smeared along the vinyl and floor mats - both from them getting in and out of the vehicle- it never fails that my car, which I keep very clean, is returned to me in such a manner that I have to scrub it clean. Other than the lack of care in that area, I always come here. I believe someone else has posted a photo showing the exact dirtying of vinyl that I experience as well

I went in for new brakes. They went over everything and came back and told me why my brakes were making noise and told me they were still good. They could have said they were bad and charged me. They didn't even charge me for going over the car. I will definitely be back. It's nice not to feel like you have been taken.

I went in because my temp gauge quit working and fan came on with a cold motor. I asked him to check sensor. I get a call saying they did a pressure test and my radiator is leaking. My car NEVER had a leak until they did whatever they did. Then he refused to replace sensor until I fixed radiator. VERY UNHAPPY. They cost me an EXTRA 863 dollars. Won't be going back!!

They were able to fit me in & fix a blown hose in my Range Rover in a day. I expected the bill to be high because lets be honest, I just had to buy the Range Rover - but it was the average price for the fix. They treated me & my car with respect.

I took my car in to have my brakes checked. They were very polite. But what I was really impressed with. They took pictures of white was looked at white, was minor to watt needed dealt with immediately. I was even given a loaner while my car was being worked on. I would highly recommend Meineke. As I take my car there for regular oil changes anyway.

Great service at a great price. I only got an oil change this time but I like that they take the time to inspect things underneath and send a report with pics to your phone. Also very nice guys at Anderson Indiana location. I will be back for more.

The situation meineke created with my vehicle has not been settled or addressed. The Anderson shop has literally destroyed the vehicle. I was able to speak with Nash from the Noblesville s office however I have not received a call back regarding the situation from him or the regional manager like I was told. I see that Meineke likes to address issues on reviews after sending multiple requests to leave reviews. I am attempting to resolve the situation privately as I have ran companies myself and understand the importance of a companies reputation. I have no call back regarding this situation at this time however I keep receiving requests to leave a review while my vehicle is completely destroyed. I will be looking forward to an actual call back from the regional manager above Nash as I was told I would receive and NOT another request to leave a review OR a comment back stating we re sorry for your experience please call the very office that refuses to correct this situation. I have been in charge of responding to reviews for companies and this situation is way bigger than your typical response you type out after pulling reports and speaking amongst yourselves in the shop. This is not the first time Meineke has been horrible to deal with and the ONLY reason it was taken back there was for warranty reasons. This time they destroyed the vehicle before they even addressed the warranty work that was supposed to be addressed to begin with. If you break something you fix it period, you DO NOT cover it up and recommend what you as the shop broke be repaired by another shop at the owners expense! I understand no company wants to be held liable for damages they created however this is not how you do business an expect to keep customers. It s not like the shop just broke a light bulb on it. I have let past issues go to just a bad experience however this situation is to big to say oh it was a bad experience I just won t utilize them anymore. The vehicle was literally destroyed this time. I am a very fair person an expect they same in return. I am attempting to work with the company to resolve the situation privately. I expect the company to work with the customer to resolve the issues with care however if this company continues to brush this matter under the rug if you will I will have to begin with legal proceedings.

Went for an oil change. They left something unhooked so when I left my car kept dying. It was inconvenient and annoying but I took it back the next day and they fixed it. I am glad it was fixed but I probably won't go back. I can't be worrying about other things going wrong from a simple oil change.

My son took his car in for there 19.95 oil change told them that's all it needed nothing else they did some inspection of the whole car and came up with over 1000.00 dollars of priority repair's like rear brakes and tie rod ends now the rear brakes were done last summer and the outer tie rod end was changed in october 2023 then the attendant gave the hard look and pitch about how there a mechanic shop they dont make money in oil changes , so we will not be going back to that shop do not appreciate the added guilt trip from them. I will change the oil myself Guilt free.TV

I took my car in for brakes. Craig was really polite and friendly. They had my car back in less time than promised and the cost was extremely reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Quick. Friendly. Thorough. Inexpensive. My second visit did have a little problem. They weren t able to keep my appointment. They didn t have the right oil filter. I had to go back the next day, and the oil filter still wasn t there. However, a courier did come in with one 20 minutes later. I m pretty satisfied with the service. But they quoted a $700 estimate to replace the rear shocks. The shocks are only $50.00 each. Labor is at $145 per hour. So, I am not sure why the estimate was so much.Service: Auto maintenance

Cution check your vehicle before you leave we found a rag inside the hood/engine bay on the fuse box definitely not from us we are varry lucky it did not end up worse Up until a few years ago I would just about go to them for all our vehicle maintenance and repairs they have overfilled one of out vehicles with oil by a gallon something told me to check so I did and I still had to drive the car back for them to pump it out I aslo gave them a 3rd chance with my truck after it was no crank no start told me ecu/computer/ anti theft and I needed to go to a dealership I took it somewhere els they told it was a blown fuse this is the 5th chance we have given a rag inside the engine bay is not something that should be taken lightly I'm extremely grateful we neded to do an oil change and saw it before something happend after we dropped of the vehicle they told us one price after checking things when they called the price went up 200$ we asked why they said our mistake it's actually this price

Had an appt. For Wednesday at 8 am. When I arrived, there was a broken down van on the alignment rack so the Mgr said the employees failed to check the appts list for Wed. I had to come in Friday.

Was a little disappointed because they told me that my windshield wiper sprayer did not work but it does which makes me wonder was I lied to about the brakes and the rotor all the way around supposedly needing replaced I'm getting ready to talk to another mechanic and he said he has never heard of no such thing of all of them going bad at once this car has left them 42,000 miles on it and they're saying it needs that I don't know but I'm taking it to get a second opinion. My husband believes that because I'm a woman that is why they're saying I need all this work done to my car with such little miles because I'm a woman and I don't know any better which is not true about all of it I know some about cars but my husband knows more. He was highly disappointed when he found found out they lied about the windshield wiper sprayer and wanted to charge me $80 for diagnosis that was based on a lie. He said he will not let me take my car back there again after that I have to find somewhere else to take my car now.Service: Oil change

The tech seemed to be knowledgeable however the gentleman at the counter was very rude when we arrived to ask questions. He was also rude when we called to discuss their findings plus couldn t answer our questions which is how I talked to the actual mechanic. I will not return because of the uncomfortable situations with the man at the front counter. He gives Meineke a bad name.

DO NOT COME HERE. I called Wednesday to make an appointment for Friday at 9am. I told the manager Monte what I needed done, oil and new tires. He said he had that down. When I get their Friday he immediately tells me "sorry all our bays are full". This is confusing considering that I made an appointment, so I pushed my appointment back to 11am. When I told him about the tires he said he didn't see that written down anywhere. So he lied over the phone about what services we agreed to. And they never found another issue that I had with my car, I'm guessing they were busy and didn't actually check. When I went to pick up my car around 2:20pm I was informed to wait a min for Monte who is apparently the only person that can ring people up. I found out from two other customers who were also waiting past their appointments and waiting to be cashed out that Monte left before 2pm and no one knew where he was. After a long time another employee had to call someone just to ring us out.I've come here before and never have I had such bad experiences. The two major issues that needed fix were not taken care of because Monte didn't properly book my appointment and rushed me with a last minute appointment. So essentially Monte messed up everything. I will never come back again and will make sure that everyone knows how terrible this place is and that maybe Monte should be replaced with someone reliable. Someone who books appointments properly and doesn't just leave randomly for an hour while customers wait.Update: one week later I find that they didn't properly place my shield gaurd under my car correctly and it fell off. Good job lazy workers of Meineke. And I will not call to make it right because I never intended on coming here again

Professional, prompt, courteous, and friendly. Veteran friendly.They are knowledgeable and do not price gouge. My father is a mechanic by trade and takes our personal vehicles here when he is too busy to work on them himself.Cannot recommend highly enough.

These guys are amazing! Even though we sat for a while, they did an absolutely amazing job! And the price for everything was reasonable as well. They explained what all was going on and even showed us pictures of everything that was wrong. Thank you guys so much! Ill be coming to meineke from now on
