Great prices. Excellent employee's. And they try to make your experience as quick as human possible. But still makes sure they're doing the right way the 1st time. . No complaints here !

Put a spark plug in wrong. Car would not drive so not only did I have to pay somebody else to fix it correctly. I had to pay a towing fee.

Staff is always nice; the puppy hanging out is just an adorable bonus of going here for car maintenance needs. They're quick without giving it that "rushed so maybe sloppily done" feeling. I was a walk in for an oil change and it took less than an hour. The price is the same if I'd done it at home and it definitely isn't as easy as handing over my keys and waiting there lol.

Very pleased with their service and price. This was my second time getting a set of tires here. Based on a good first experience a couple years ago, I went out of my way to use them today. We have used Hadsell for about 25 years since my dad recommended them . Have had different repairs and misc. Plus oil changes and tire purchases . NEVER disappointed in employees or service . I had called and told them I had a screw in my tire and asked how soon they could get me in, they told me to come on over only a few ahead of me. By the time I got there they were able to pull me right in, unfortunately my tire wasn't repairable. They were more than happy to help me and inform me of a used tire place they knew, since I had informed them I couldn't afford a new one! They also didn't charge me for looking at my tire, not sure if that's just because they are great people or if its their normal policies, but I am grateful either way! Great place and great people!

My family has been going here for as long as I can remember and I continue to do so. They are quick and efficient. Lately my tires have been magnets for sharp objects and they were able to get it taken care of with me just walking in. Been going here for years! Very friendly and quick service. I had recently taken my newer car to dealership for oil change. I was told that I needed rotors. I took my car to Hadsell and they told that I didn't right now. They were honest about it! I feel the dealership was just trying to get me to spend money sooner! Thanks Hadsell!

Said they'd charge $45 to take 30 minutes to inspect the 3 things I have wrong. I made an appointment. Took it in and mechanic came back in less than 20 minutes and says "Everything is tight in your front end. There's nothing wrong... Nothing. Your car is very reliable. You don't owe anything" so I left but not without telling them that the whole reason I came was because of a reference and I was TOLD they'd find the problem. They didn't WANT my business... Sad. I hope I don't have a wreck....

Taken many cars here for tires and alignments and have never had any issues. There's very little wait times and they also always have the best price. I know one of the techs there and he's worked there for many years and has told me he likes working there and enjoys what he does and was the reason I began bringing mine and my families vehicles there now.

They got me in quickly to replace my tire which I appreciate. However there was almost no discussion with me over the problem with my old tire or any explanation about the new tire they were putting on. They simply told me the only tire they had in stock was going to cost $250 and asked if it was ok to proceed. I needed to go to work so of course I said yes and they got it put on. I went to the desk to pay once they finished and was expecting a more detailed discussion of what exactly I was paying for with the tire, like the warranty and such. But there was no explanation of the warranty or options to add any additional coverage like other tire shops have always offered me. I had to ask and even then they didn't elaborate on anything, just said it's the manufacturer warranty. I guess now I understand why the other places had longer wait times for service. They actually talk to their customers!Overall it is a decent place to go to if you need a tire immediately, however I will be looking elsewhere for service in the future.

I've been going to Hadsell since 2008. I've always been treated with great customer service, and the price has always been reasonable. I usually get an oil change, but they always check my breaks, tires, etc. and let me know if something else is wrong. Today really set the bar high for anyone trying to take my patronage away from them. My car was not in operating condition, and after explaining my situation to them, the let me use their loaner car until tomorrow when my car would be fixed. I can confidently say that I wouldn't find the same treatment elsewhere. Highly recommend coming here because they obviously care about their customers!

Went to have a possible power steering leak inspected and they found a serious brake caliper problem. The leak was not at all worth worrying about but the brake issue was! Gave us a very confusing quote before work was done, but overall service was exceptional and noise is gone. Will be bringing car back for future repairs, etc.

I had called and visited several mechanics in Anderson, they either couldn't get my automobile into their shop in a timely manner or wanted to let it sit for days without contacting me. I was then referred to Hadsell Tire. They've repaired multiple vehicles for me same day as delivered without a run around. They were honest and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased, and I will bring my vehicles to them as long as I remain in Anderson or until they close their doors. Truly a good business!

I brought a tire in for them to install and dispose of the old tire. The next morning, I woke up and the tire that they installed was completely flat. I aired it up and called them. They told me it was my tire so my responsibility and they would take a look at it if I was willing to pay more money. I spayed the tire with soapy water and discovered the valve stem was loose. After tightening it, the problem was solved. The owner was so rude to me on the phone and I'm not sure why he didn't just offer to help. I would pay for a new tire if needed but I guess his guys just slap tires that are unfit for the road onto vehicles on a regular basis. I would instruct my technicians to check for leaks after installing a tire. Even new ones. This happened to me before at Discount Tire with 2 brand new tires and they sent a tow truck to pick my car up and repaired their work the very next day and I didn't have to pay anything extra. I will never go to Hadsell again. Very poor customer service and just plain rude.

I stopped in a hurry and frantic, due to check tire pressure light while I was driving for workSean (sp?) Immediately checked my tires, aired them up and had me back on the road in literally minutes. They have definitely got a new customer!Service: TiresService: Tires

It was my first time here and the experience was wonderful. I took my old pick up truck in and they found I needed extensive front end work. Since then my truck has never ran better! I will be bringing my vehicle back here again!

Had what I thought was a large bolt in my tire took it to be patched and it never punctured the whole tire. They removed the bolt and informed me and disnt charge me even though I offered to pay. Amazing people. I'm from out of town visiting my union hall and kind people to strangers is often non existant. I would definitely do business and recommend them to my union.

I went in here after driving all over Anderson and being told I would have to wait 1.5 to 3 hours before anyone would even look at my car. All I needed was a tire repair so waiting 3 hours at Wal-Mart or an hour and a half at Tire Barn was not really an option. I decided to drive down towards the Mall and was very pleased to see that Hadsell was not only open and in business but that there wasn't ANY wait at all. My family and I sat in the waiting room and in about 25 minutes they had repaired my tire and balanced it as well. The price was REALLY reasonable and the associate at the cash register was helpful and courteous (something that seems to be lost at most other service centers). Needless to say I will be going back when I need to get tires and I am telling all my friends and neighbors about the good / quick service.Glad to see that good service is not COMPLETELY dead in today's modern world.
