I definitely recommend going here they did a awesome job on my jeep and they kept me posted on it every step of the way and Ryan Herndon thanks alot for going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

Horrible service!!!! They straight up lie to you and the insurance company.. technicians don t have a clue what they are doing! They make it to seem you are trying to cheat insurance when you were the victim of an accident and your left with a Broken vehicle with halfway done repairs!! Would not bring a wheel barrow to these people. Please do not go here they are the worse place in the entire country

My car looks like it did on the showroom floor again!!!! .... I backed into another one of our vehicles in my own driveway and damaged the right back door and quarter panel of our brand new 2023 Buick Enclave. Gerber Collision in Anderson was my HERO! From the friendly 1st meeting EVERY one was so nice, Gerber's facilities are impressively CLEAN!!! When Ryan came out to meet us at our appt'd time he listened so well and he assured me they would "make as though it never happened" He kept us informed throughout the whole repair and personally did a walk around with us when we picked it up.He was RIGHT ... it truly looks as though it was all a bad dream AND the cost was MUCH less than I anticipated! This is my 3rd time using Gerber Collision & Glass for car repairs and I have yet to be disappointed. The staff is friendly and efficient. The repairs are always above our expectations. There are never any unexpected costs and the text updates are awesome. I love receiving a text message stating where they are with repairs and expected completion. I can't imagine we'll go anywhere else from now on. Keep up the good work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The staff and front office here are AMAZING!!! The trim had been coming off my 2006 dodge magnum for a couple years and I had been trying to glue it on so long that it took the paint off my doors. I got several very high estimates and then heard about Gerber and figured It wouldn't hurt to run out there and I'm SO GLAD I did!!! Seth and his team are AWESOME and he had me fixed up in 30 minutes!! My baby looks brand new again and I can't thank them enough!! Thanks again Seth you rock!!!Service: Body & Trim

Seth went above and beyond helping me fix the alignment of my car. He went out of his way to make sure my door would shut properly. I waited no time at all. I made several trips to get help and he was always there for me. I can not stress enough of how great Gerber s customer service has been for me. I encourage anyone with body work needs, go to Gerber, they will take care of you!

Update 4 years later, we ended up going to them again for something on our car. They did a wonderful job.Original Review:My wife hit a deer in her explorer. We took her truck there to be estimated. The guy who did it was very nice. Everyone was very nice while we were there. They gave us an estimate of 3400 dollars. When I was there before they did the estimate I told them I had Farmers Insurance and they said great we are partners with them.Fast forward to later that afternoon they call and say they lost the pictures they took of the car. What? Pictures just don't disappear. But I'm like no big deal just take more. They did so.Then I get a call from them saying they estimated it wrong. That they used the wrong parts for Farmers Insurance. So it takes another day for them to re-estimate it. The new estimate is 2200 a full 1200 dollars less.So now I get less for my repair thanks to them. This just shows that some guy off the road they will rip off and charge 1200 more for. Then they will spin some yarn about being new and all that.I would not trust their work because if a business is dirty in business then they will cut corners when they do the work. Dirty in business means dirty in craft!!!!!

Although the communication was good the work wasn't what I was hoping for. Some of the things were fit and finish, reusing damaged parts, missing fasteners and not replacing damaged parts like a cracked and leaking washer reservoir and a shattered right side fender liner.***Update***. I had a meeting with the GM of the Anderson location andtalked about my concerns. We re-inspected the car and afterwards I left the car for more work to be done. It was about 2 days before I got my car back and happy to say everything is great again so I'm upping my review to 5 stars. Thanks again...

I had an accident approximately four months ago on the front left tire driver side took it over to Gerber they looked at it they said we can fix it. they left tape over the top of the door that I couldn t see until I put my hand up there, anybody can make a mistake. the trim panel on the door of the left side had two retainer clips not Seven and come to find out today the front left tire retainer bolts on the caliper we re gone they fell out, all four the two long ones and the two short ones the quality of their work is very bad I will never go back to them and I will tell everybody I know not to go back to them as well.

When I originally took the car up to them on 06/18/2020 I was told the dentless hail damage repair took 3 days. The following Tuesday we called as we had not had a status update, was told our adjustor wasnt there and to call back. We called back the next day, was told they found additional hail dents and they had sent the estimate to our insurance company. The following Monday we called Gerber again, and was told they hadn't heard anything from the insurance. Sometimes it helped to get the ball rolling if the customer calls insurances company. So we did. Geico had never received the estimate. So while on the phone Geico called and asked for the estimate. On July 1st we received a phone call from our insurance company saying they were going out to Gerber in the next day or 2 to look at the car. On Monday July 6th we call Gerber again and ask for an update they tell us no one has been out. Called our adjustor at Geico and he had all the pictures and information he needed to process the claim. The next day we finally received a call from Geico stating it was a total loss and we needed to go.by Gerber and sign release papers and clean out our vehicle. Our lein holder and insurance company had already reached out to them and everything was ready!!! We were in and out very quickly. Both times we were on location the staff we encountered was extremely nice and polite. Just upset by the lack of communication and the he said she said game with our insurance company.

This is the worst shop ever. My car was in an accident I took it to them to get it fixed and it's worse now then when it went in. And when I called and told them the problem all I get is the run around. Cindy Akers is the most unprofessional person I met. Very pleased with the body work on my car. Took car in on Tuesday and was told by the end of the week it would be ready and it was ready today. Kept me informed at all times. Would tell anyone who needs body work done to take it there. Will use again if ever needed

Was called by Gerber to have my car brought in for estimate between 1 and 4pm went there at 3pm and was told they couldn't do estimate and have to come back the next day. Needless to say very disappointed in their service so far. I'll update review based on how well they fix my car. They expedited my appt due to inconvenience and done on promised time

My experience with Collision Cure body werks was wonderful. The rear driver side was dented in and gas cap would not close due to someone backing into my car. It did not take them long at all to repair my car only took 3 days. They also washed my car and cleaned the inside. When they called and told me my car was ready, and I get there and see the work they done to my car I was speechless and had a Kool aid smile.The two that took care of me was Sandra & Mason they were great! They delivered a excellent customer experience. To anyone that's reading this I recommend Collision Cure Body Werks, They are (The Real Deal) Holyfield. STAY AWAY!!Went here a few months back to get an estimate on my car to replace front bumper and touch up the rear. They told me it would be $2000!!!!! What?! Went to Tim Allred's Collision Center here in Anderson and got all I wanted for just about $600! Went back to Tim's and he touched up another place later on my car where someone hit me for FREE!Tim Allred's Collision Center the best place to go in the area!

That's the first place I took my first car and also my first car that I wrecked and also I have to say that they are honest with you and that they will not rip you off and they show you what's wrong with the car they don't just tell you and say this and that they show u.

Don't go there, they don't honor their work. They are unhelpful and unwilling. The sooner they can get you out the door, the happier they are. Save your self a headache!
