The technician said he could not get the lug nuts off to do a recall work and that it would be $300+ to replace all the nuts. Took the car to another shop and they were able to take them off. Took the vehicle back told them they came off and the tech asked what size tool did they use to do it. If I was a mechanic I wouldn t bring the car to Ford. The tech said well if we take them off we may not be able to get them back on. I just took the car to a different Ford dealer and got the recall work done. Ridiculous this tech at this Ford shop trying to get more money doing a recall on my vehicle.

Very polite people. They're doing good work here. Helping people get into the right cars. Not just putting you into what you don't want.

Wasn't impressed with 50 dollar labor charge to replace cabin air filter. They took it out and showed it to me. What if I said no. Couldn't charge me then.
