I recently purchased a vehicle from Ed Martin Ford. The salesman, Wayne, was very nice and eager to help. Getting financing was very easy and the person that helped with that was also pleasant to deal with. I can also say that they are actively monitoring their Google accounts to help with any concerns that you may have.

I had absolutely the best experience I have ever had buying a car from this dealership. The sales rep, Connor, was top-notch and responsive. The sales manager, Shawn Salinas, was outstanding. My situation was very complicated, but Shawn never wavered in his willingness to support and help. To say he went above-and-beyond 5 stars is an understatement. This dealership stands behind the vehicles they sell--you can trust them. Good, honest, generous people.

My Husband wanted to surprise me on his birthday with a new car for my birthday so we went to the Ed Martin and Anderson and my sales person was Morgan. I called her when we saw the car up for sale she explained to me that the car was getting an inspection she said they were waiting on some parts. I asked her what parts they needed to fix in the car, but she never stated. So I thought nothing of it. We drove there from Indy and bought the car two weeks later the reserve tank exploded. They tried to get me to fix that but we agreed on I will pay half two weeks later the water pump goes out and volunteered to change some gaskets we end up paying a portion and two more weeks later my car is saying that it has no oil in it. I take it to the BMW shop to get it topped off and they informed me that I have a leak by this time they had me sign a paper saying that they are not going to help me pay for more expenses and now today the coils are gone out in the car I have had this car for 3 1/2 months and I have not been able to drive it for a solid month without it being in the shop the manager Ryan he s so afraid to deal with customers he tells me one thing while we re on the phone then he sends Morgan with the bad news. I had to get in touch with the COO and he agreed to pay for some of the expenses but Ryan is a Bare minimum manager. They knew this car was no good when they sold it to me now I m stuck with a $15,000 piece of junk I wouldn t recommend anyone to buy a piece of bubblegum from this car dealership

Senior management is well insulated from day to day which in today's world may keep frivolous grievances at bay but it also prohibits serious concerns from being handled in timely manner. Long story made short our ministries ability to serve the least of us was brought to a stand still for a month leaving 100's of souls w/o church, food and medical access that we provide. After repeatedly trying to connect with senior management or dealer principals Charles reached out to begin the healing process. So after a month and 3 service visits it appears so far that our church van is running better. Do not be afraid to stand up for yourself and force senior management into the equation for best results be insistent to the point of almost ..... My visits per sales and service have always been very pleasurable, expedient, and informative. All questions and concerns were answered and addressed immediately. Out of all of the dealerships that I've bought/serviced from in the past, Ford Autoworld ranks at the top. Kudos to Kim Summers and Travis Martzall for making my visits extremely pleasurable. Proving how good the deals and treatment are, I've purchased two vehicles from Ford Autoworld in the last year.

If you buy a used car from ed martin, know that they have done the bare minimum to make the car road safe.They buy them from auction, the mechanics inspect and quote the managers anything wrong, the managers will only approve the cheapest parts possible.Then management will deny the quotes that the mechanics make that are necessary to make your used vehicle road safe, and blame the technician if anything goes wrong within 30 days.They simply don't mind if your wheels fall off as long as you've owned the car for 30 days, they are no longer liable. Beware, ed martin is a scam factory. Read your paperwork or they will get one over on you any chance they get.

Bought a vehicle, and while driving it home I noticed some grinding noises and vibration in the steering wheel. The next day I called and scheduled service, and turns out I had a bad hub bearing. Warranty covered most of it but I still have to pay out of pocket for the rest. I had the car less than 24 hours. I shouldn t have had to pay a dime after purchasing it for as much as I did and the short amount of time I ve owned it.

We bought a new F150 from this dealership. The whole transaction was great from the time Wayne Alspaugh greated us on the lot to the day we picked the truck up. Drive in and ask for Way e and he will take care of you.

I recommend this dealership because the employees will be sure to take care of you throughout the car purchasing process. I had a specific car in mind, and when I arrived to look at it, I noticed that the windshield was cracked. The manager, Ryan, will fix it for zero cost to me to compensate for the miscommunication and inconvenience. They worked with us to make a good deal for the car I purchased. I also appreciated working with Joe, who was very kind and transparent throughout the process.

This dealership is dishonest in selling what they advertise. I made a deal to buy a car I have a text confirming the sale I spoke to the used car manager who advised what I needed along with two witnesses. The car was sold to me. I was told the finance manager would call me but two days went by and no call. I called the used car manager who said we had no deal. I have a confirmation of the sale and a confirmed statement the car was held, they had me send all my documents drivers license proof of insurance as this was a cash deal.I will proceed with civil action in small claims court along with complainants to the Indiana Secretary of State and file a complaint with Ford Motor Company about a dishonest dealer. This is only the beginning of a social media campaign.After having spoken with the general manager and discussing what occurred. Charles diligently investigated the matter and determined the used car manager Randy acted in a fashion that did not represent the honest and ethical posture of the dealership.Charles was transparent in his discussion with me and made no excuses for the actions of Randy the used car manager.One can only feel very relieved that a business can and will take full responsibility for the actions or in this case the Mis- actions of an employee.I could not have asked for anymore of an honest and open response and corrective action that was taken by the dealership.Thank you a Charles

Ed Martin ford Anderson has the worst service I have ever dealt with. I bought a new Ford F150 in March, it had a protective coating on the front of the hood and each door side. It was bubbled. I took it in to be repaired. They removed it and put it back on. It was worse than before. I asked the service manager if he was going to fix . He said yes he would let me know when he would call me that was March of this year still not done. The general manager called me said he would have it fixed. No response from him recently it s been over six months I would never buy anything at Ed Martin ever again.

Started out great. Wore on way too long. Went a little sideways and finally became adversarial. This could have been so much better. Finally left with a decent car at a decent price but what a disappointing experience. At the very least it should not take a two hour wait to simply pay for a vehicle you re not even financing. I can never see myself going back to this or any other Ed Martin location. Kinda killed it for all of us.

My husband and I stopped in yesterday to look at a few options and possibly test drive something, but we were not set on buying a car that day. We ended up finding one that we loved but were nervous about budgeting and feeling pressured into buying. Our experience was absolutely incredible. Wayne A. worked with us on figuring out how to make the car we wanted fit into our tight budget and was anything but pressuring. Overall we had the absolute best experience you could ask for as buying a new car can be more stressful than fun at times. He answered every single question we had and made the whole experience as easy as it could be. We were also helped by Kevin who was incredible and made things easy to understand without wasting any time beating around the bush. Overall I could not have asked for a better experience buying my very first car. My husband was skeptical going in, nervous we would be pressured into something we couldn t afford, but again this experience was anything but that. Ask for Wayne and Kevin when you go in, they will be sure to take care of you!

Very professional service advisor Travis! Takes care of me every time and is super super genuine!Today was the first time I ve had an off experience, nothing to do with service department. I was sitting in the lobby when an employee start screaming curse words non stop at another employee! Not mad, just not what I was expecting for the type of environment that this place holds and for prices paid for service it does not look good for Business! Thank you Travis for being an awesome sales advisor!

My trim piece on the passenger side of my windshield keeps coming off. This is my third one in less than 2 years. Today was the third one. Left there & went to the car wash and it happened again. Called the service manager & he suggested to I go to a car wash with no brushes. I shouldn't have to worry about parts coming off my car. I was told this one would be covered, but nothing after that. I have enough to worry about, not a piece of trim that should withstand a car wash. It's stressful & nonsense. I'm a grown women and I do not need to be told where to wash my wash my car. Parts should not come off unless the are installed improperly. I never believed in fix or repair daily until it happened to me.

We purchased a Ford certified used vehichle with an extended warranty service plan. A year later, the transmission went out and they said we did not have any coverage and couldn't help us, this was when it was still Autoworld. Car got repossessed, and later found the papers showing we had coverage. Went back to the dealership to try and figure it out only to get no help, no answers, and still no resolution to the problem. Even when I presented them with all the documents and other proof, I still got ignored.I would rate a 0 if I could. You better believe me, my family, and anyone else I talk to will NOT be doing any business with Ed Martin or Autoworld, if they're still around.

Ed Martin Ford Anderson, IN I just brought a car from this dealership. This my third car I have brought from Ed. Martin over several years over all it's good car with low mileage. I didn't see the scratches the hood and roof on day I brought it. I did see the scratches on the trunk on the day I test drove it. I'M disappointed in Ed. Martin selling a vehicle with the scratches like this. I did asked the sale men about the trunk being fix prior before the sale he said no. I think this needs to better communication before the sale.

Kim my Sales associate was amazing and helpful she really went the extra mile for me. She was awesome though out the entire process of buying my first new car. Also in my first month of owning my vehicle I unfortunately had a tail light busted and the Collision manager of GMC was great. He helped me understand the entire process and had my new car fixed up and back to looking new in no time. I highly recommend this car dealership great service all around.

Best car buying experience we have ever had. Wayne was great to work with as was Brian, Annie and everyone else we encountered while there. Whole process was smooth and easy from start to finish. Couldn t be happier with the truck!
