ASK FOR REGGIE AND JASON (JD) A little over a month ago I went into this location to test drive a car. I was greeted with a kind smile and a willingness to help. I test drove the car and instantly fell in love with it and wanted it to be mine! The only thing holding me back was the unknown. This was my first time buying a nice car or taking out a loan of any sort and the whole process seemed so scary. The salesman who helped me along this whole process, Reggie, was absolutely wonderful. I brought a million questions to the table and talked his ear off for hours (literally). Reggie never lost his patience or pushed me into the sale. He was extremely transparent with me on everything having to do with this purchase. Even when I didn t know what questions to ask! Jason (JD) eventually found himself tangled up along with Reggie answering all the questions I had. Again, the two men were patient, honest, and kind. By the time I had kept them busy for hours, I knew I needed to walk away and think on my decision a bit longer. I waited a week and finally reached out to Jason and Reggie and asked when I could come get my car! They were extremely accommodating with my busy schedule and honestly did 99% of the work for me. These two were absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to everyone!

After 2 days of utter frustration with dealers trying to short us on our trade in, ridiculous down payments we got blessed by Mason and his entire team. They are professionally steam lined and they there never questioned our limits they took what we had and gave us their best best vehicle, with what we had for a down payment and went under what we could afford monthly.Thanks Ed Martin Auto Credit!!!Mark Barmes

Had a great car buying experience thanks to Morgan Fix and her team here! They went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted, answered all my questions, were great communicating with me, and worked with me on down payment and negotiated monthly payments that were within my budget. Absolutely would recommend, ask for Morgan and she will hook you up!

I am a little late in posting this so apologize for that. We were looking to upgrade our vehicle to something newer. Morgan was our sales person she was very friendly, easy to talk to, helped us with any questions we had. The first vehicle we looked at was out our price range just a little bit and the financial people weren't will to budge. We almost left if it wasn't for Morgan. If you want a sales person that doesn't give up go see Morgan. We ended up with a Hyundai Santa Fe and we love it. She was with us every step of the way even after we left the dealership with the vehicle. So if you want someone to work well with you and not give up go see Morgan!

Great experience buying my FIRST new to me car! Ask for Morgan!! She took her time to find the perfect vehicle that met all my needs without making me feel like I was in a rush or wasting her time. THANK YOU MORGAN! I was recently in an accident and had been looking for a new car for a few weeks. About this time last year I was looking for a car and found one here with Ed Martin. So I thought Hey, why not go back to the place I got my last car! I was hunting all day last Saturday and I trudged all the way to Anderson and boy am I glad I did! I told Morgan what I was looking for and what my goals were and she found me something 10x better than what I thought I can get and she met each one of my goals! I m super grateful for the care and patience Morgan and the whole Ed Martin family have! I will certainly be but my cars from here from this point forward! MORGAN YOUR AWESOME!!

Morgan was a great sales lady. I had been shopping for weeks for a good deal. Most dealers I worked with assumed I new nothing since I was a female. When I asked her an out the door price she responded within 15 minutes with my answer. Several other dealers after 3-4 days I still didn t have an answer just a counter question of what do you want your payment to be? Some dealers were also charging up to $5k in fees. No thank you. This dealership had very little fees. I would drive 4.5 hours again each way to deal with this dealer. Since I couldn t really talk on the phone almost my entire deal was done through email and text messages.

We got a car at Ed Martin Auto Credit when we really needed one. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They were able to work with where we needed our payment to be.Ashley worked with us on our sale and Auggie was so helpful and friendly.It was a great experience and we would recommend them to anyone who needs a vehicle.

Morgan made my sales experience the best that I ve ever had at a car dealership. It made me feel so much more confident having a woman as my sales representative. She is very attentive and listen to all of my needs. She didn t give me the run around. Helped me get exactly the vehicle I had hoped for, plus so much more. I got a car yesterday from Morgan and she was so helpful. I tried a couple other places that were full of false promises or wanted too much for a down payment. She made a stressful process very easy and quick. She really does live up to the reviews and I'm so thankful to get a chance to work with her. She is amazing and I recommend anyone looking for a car to go see Morgan because she truly goes above and beyond.
