Awesome service during my vehicle repair. I received phones and texts on the progress of the repair. They stated my vehicle would be completed on Friday but I received a call stating my vehicle is ready for pickup on Thursday that caught me off guard for the early pickup. The vehicle looks great plus the awesome warranty they placed on the repair. Great work Caliber Collision of Anderson.

The repair was completely much earlier than the anticipated date. The staff was friendly and the communication was great. My vehicle had been given a car wash and the inside was even swept out. the service was excellent.

They were really great. Did a great job communicating with my husband. I was rear ended by another driver and my bumper was completely obliterated. They did amazing work. It did take them a while to get the bumper in but that was because it is a brand new car so cars coming off the factory line had priority over my repairs. But all and all they did an amazing job .

Caliber did a great job replacing my drivers mirror. Their staff was friendly and willing to work around my scheduling needs due to my work schedule. They're fast, effective, efficient, knowledgeable, and all around an exceptional company to use for any repairs you'll need.

One of our back doors came off the track and wouldn't shut. Three men stayed after closing and got the door to where it will shut and stay shut. Very friendly. I was impressed.

I would not sign anything when it comes to not being responsible for things left in your vehicle. The main guy is definitely a thief! He knew I had a valuable in my vehicle & covered it up. He was acting strange when I picked up my vehicle. I said hi & he did not respond. He was acting figity. Their policy says nothing about getting under peoples seats. I paid more for my valuable then it cost to fix my vehicle outright. Never again will I use this dishonest company.Thanks for getting back to me. You didn't even attempt to solve anything!!! Only a reply were looking into it & give you more details which I did with not a reply at all. Thanks for nothing. I will never recommend you to anyone.

I was very impressed with the work done on my Bronco sport. I was updated often on the progress of my vehicle and it was even finished sooner than expected. I will definitely recommend Caliber Collision to others!

Left side of my truck was dented up from my own doing, took it to Caliber collision. They did a very nice job on the left side of my truck. I want to thank Louie the Gm four making it right somebody had hit my right side door in the parking lot. They are going to fix it with me paying nothing and a rental car. Can t thank you guys enough. Appreciate it definitely tell people to go there and get their cars done.

I have never had a good experience with car companies, unfortunately. I was really hoping this would be a pain free experience. My car got hit while I was working and the insurance company told me I had to go through Caliber. No biggie. I brought it in and they had fixed the damage within 3 days. They needed some extra time to find a part so it took a week total to fix the original damage. No biggie. Then they accidentally broke something in my door and couldn't find a part to that. It took 2 weeks for them to find the part that they broke. During this whole time, I had to pay out of pocket for a rental I shouldn't of had to pay for (thats a story in itself). So I had to be inconvenienced by that. I got a text from them early in the morning saying my car was ready. I went to pick it up and they looked at me like I was dumb. I showed them the text and they just looked at me like, "what?" Finally, the gal there said she accidentally sent it and it was infact, not ready. Okay, whatever, ill come back later even though I don't have anyone to help me pick it up. Thankfully, my friend was off that day to help me pick it up and return the rental. When I picked it up, there was a random piece in my back seat and I knew it had to be important. I took my car back with the piece, turns out it was the cover to the battery. They gave me a new battery for whatever reason, saying my car wouldn't start for them which I have NEVER had an issue getting my car to start.. never. So that was odd to me. I didn't even have my car for 24 hours, it wouldn't start. I had to work a 9 hour shift, I live less than a mile away from where I work, and I couldn't get home. I had to inconvenience another person to jump my car. I called Caliber and got a out of state representative. Unfortunately, Caliber doesn't do walk-ins so I had to make an appointment for 4 days away. So I had to wait another 4 days to figure out why my car wouldn't start. I got it in Friday and didn't get it back til Tuesday. So I have had it for two days and just noticed that my turn signal doesn't work all the time and underneath the driver side mirror is messed up. Like they didn't even put it in correctly they just shoved it in and made it "work". Everytime I take my car somewhere it always has another issue that the company caused. The people seem friendly, other than the guy who shut me down and wouldn't let me talk. They eventually got a manager to deal with me cause I dont think the front desk wanted to anymore. I won't be taking it back again cause that'll be a waste of my time.

went to get a estimate about getting my door fixed and they were really kind to me. One of the gentleman even fixed my door to where rain or snow doesn t get in my car that was really helpful!!!

I was in my first wreck in 17yrs. My van door barely opened and the front driver end was all messed up. I had called around all the 5star places around me and they were booked til March. I called the one from my hometown and they got me in right away! They were quick and effector too. My van looks better than it did before the accident. I m very pleased with their service! Also, their customer service was top notch! They called me every other day with updates. I m so glad I chose Caliber of Anderson for my repairs. I couldn t be happier!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber Collision in Anderson did a great job on my repairs. I needed a bumper and grill repair. Drop off the car and received two phone calls updating the progress in the week they had the car. Recently was involved in a pretty good accident. I thought my truck was totaled but, the Anderson team returned my truck to the Greenwood location looking brand new. I m honestly shocked at how great they did! You would never know the entire passenger side of my truck was wrecked out. I dealt with Bobby and he was very informative. Bobby updated me every week/every other week. I would HIGHLY suggest this location.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

My truck was hit while visiting for a graduation. I live over 300 miles from where it happened, but Caliber Collision not only did an excellent job with the repairs, they also stayed in touch regularly with me so I wasted as little time as possible when traveling back up once the fix was done. Highly recommend the company as a whole and this specific location did everything right.

The real measure of a company is how they handle things going wrong, rather than right - and by that measure, Matthew and the team at this location excelled.We had some work done at a different Caliber location, and ended up w/some issues w/panels rubbing.Matthew & team worked incredibly quickly and efficiently to resolve the issues, w/basically no effort required on my part.Made me feel valued as a customer, and certainly earned my business moving forward.

I just stopped in to have them check my car after a collision I had to make sure it was safe to drive. The lady at the front counter was very nice. She had someone come out and check it for me. Very nice staff! Highly recommended!

I've got to tell you I had reservations about an auto body franchise BUT I am totally 100% satisfied. I hit an ice patch and sideswiped the entire driver's side, bumper to bumper. I was updated during the entire process and received the car back when promised. Due to an injury, I was unable to pick up the vehicle when it was finished. They delivered my vehicle to me and took the rental. I would definitely recommend this repair facility. I just picked up my car from Caliber Collision in Anderson, Indiana. I couldn't be more happy with the repair and the service I was provided. I received daily texts on the repair progress. This crew is goes above and beyond to help anyone out!! Anderson Caliber is truly amazing. Kept me informed every step of the way. Always nice to walk into a place and be greeted with a warm smile! Great place with great quality and friendly employees. Customer service was great and this place is very professional with fast repairs. Matt was very informative and highly professional definitely recommend this place for any and all repairs
