Bought a 2009 Ford focus from them 3 years ago and from day one it's had the same front end issue with front struts even to this day after they have told me that it has been fixed which it has not the car is a total POS I would never recommend them to anybody don't buy from them not to mention they charged me almost 13000 for the car with 117000 miles on it when I got it and it only had a value of 3500 then will never go back

2 years ago, I bought a Ford Escape from Byrider. I loved that car and took it on so many adventures. Not too long ago, I was in a bad accident and my cherished Escape was totaled. Kenny was amazing and walked me through the entire process. The payout did not pay off my car, unfortunately. On November 3, I went to pick a new vehicle and settled on a Pathfinder. They completely waived the amount left on the escape. Upon driving the car home, I discovered that I hated it. No huge particular or even justifiable reason, I just wasn t happy. The next day I went back and spoke with Jeannie and Pete. They were amazing and asked me if I wanted a different car or to just get out of the contract. I ended up choosing a Jeep Compass.They really are amazing. My credit has greatly improved in the two years I ve been with them and they ve always been incredibly helpful with any questions or concerns that come up.

OMG! I can t express the appreciation that I have for Mrs.Jeanne and the team. I was skeptical in car buying because I have been denied so many times but not one time did she say No everything was always ok Tiffany and everything was explained in depth and she made sure i understood all the information I am referring everyone that I know to go see them. I purchased a car on July 19th and had several issues with it. I worked with the maintenance manager (who is wonderful) but after several times of my car being in the shop, I contacted Logan and the sales manager and they got my in another car and made the process so easy and amazing! I highly recommend Logan at Byrider Anderson.. He absolutely goes above and beyond for his customers!

Update: So I did give this place a 4 star rating but that has now went to a 1 star! I was ill and paycheck was not the greatest, I kept in contact with my account specialist Alex letting him know what was going on. On January 17,2024 @ 4:30pm I m leaving work in Knightstown to see my vehicle being hauled off by Double J Towing. I contacted Double J, they told me what they were told. I contacted JD Byrider and not a single person responded back to an email. Fast word to February 28,2024, I check my bank account and see that they took out a payment$241.66, Mind you, I have not had the car in my possession for over a month. So I called yesterday, Alex has not there. Was told by Kenny that auto pay was never taken off my account after they had taken it back, Kenny stopped it and said I m sorry it should have been taken care of. and that Alex would call me tomorrow( meaning today). I wait all day for the phone call, nothing. So then I call them and state So are you guys going to refund me my money that you stole and I didn t authorize usage of my card or are you going to give me the car back? Alex states let talk to my manager. So he does and comes back says Manager said no to either one. I said so you guys stole from me and going to get by with it? Like why? And then he says the manager says we cannot. I said ok and hung up.

Had me test drive a newer vehicle but told me there was an issue without so couldn t get it until two days later and they tried to give me a completely different vehicle! DO NOT TRUSTAnd if they are your only option check the vin number of the car you test drove with your paperwork before signing anything! I was signing paperwork on a different vehicle than the one I test drove.Edit: I m fully aware it was a different vehicle because when I filled out the contract cancelation paperwork they put I didn t want the car because if mechanical issues . Now is I was really crazy like they tried to tell me and it was the same car, you wouldn t put it had mechanical issues when you told me you just spent two extra days and extra money fixing it up for me, you would want your boss to know that I didn t believe it was the same vehicle and that s why you lost a $3k down payment and a $500 a month payment lol.I just called and Pete tried to again tell me I am crazy and hung up on me! So don t leave a number to address the situation if you re going to continue to gaslight your customers
