Came in for air leak in tire. Could not find it. Decided to get a used tire they had. Had a hard time getting tire on room newer model car. Scratch rim reeeeeeeal good for me then didn' want to do anything to make up or fix damage except charge me for some more tires. Then hung up on me when I got upset for the damage on me sports car rim. these guys.

Gotten tires here before pretty often but last time I got a tire it was worn out on the inside and couldn t hold air after 3 days

Bought 4 tires from this place all different types, he put 2 same size tires on the front which were different profile sizes and I thought maybe needed an alignment but hitch it didn t so that was about extra out of pocket, and on top of that had a 5000+ mile road trip and there ended up being a hole inside the tire so had to find another used tire shop to buy a whole other tire, definitely wouldn t recommend getting tires here, they dont fully inspect them as a tire company should,

I called and guy said he had a set of nice tires for me. Cool cause i needed them now. I get there and a guy sitting in his truck watches me go to the door. Then he takes off. Really shady didn't even bother saying anything to me just booked rite on out. Called nit even 30 minutes before i got there too. I called the cell and they said oh he got called away. Won't be back today. Wow only one guy running the place. I needed the tires today cause i had a bad one. Had to go get a couple cheap ones from somewhere else. I will never go back and will tell everyone i talk to not to go there. All he had to do was stop and say something. He knew what i was there for cause i told him what i needed the tires for. Now i will just leave my truck parked and order some tires online and have someone put them on. Stay away from these rip off people.

If you own a tire shop you should have a balancer for the tires too. Now I have to spend more money to get them balanced

Went and got a plug in my tire and then 3 days later I noticed that he didn't put my valve stem cap back on when I called about it he told me it was my fault. I'll never go back again!!

Screw in my tire. Was lied to by another shop down the road that said they could "work me in." Saw this place and pulled in. Juan was great! Friendly and fast! Not even 10 minutes and I was good to go! Highly recommend!!

These guys had just rolled into work and hooked me up with a replaced tire in 30 minutes flat and you can beat the prices anywhere in town. 10/10 recommend!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BROWN TIRE! I was sold a set of 4 tires. I did my best to inspect them, but I had no idea what I was looking for. After taking them to Belle Tire in kokomo, I was informed that 2 of them had been driven on while they were flat. I was told they were hazardous, to the point of possibly having a blowout at anytime. When I purchased these tires from Brown Tire, I was told they would last me quite a while, as they were practically new. I was lied to. They have no return policy or any type of guarantee. These people are shady and dishonest. Before finding out that I'd been sold bad tires, I sent my family there for their vehicle. Brown Tire put on a different set than my family picked out. They arrived, picked out a set of 4 tires, and were told to wait in the waiting room (where you can't see what they're doing). My family took their word for it and drove an hour home, as it was dark out and cold. After getting home, they saw different tires than they picked. After calling Brown Tire, they were told 'sorry, all sales are final after you leave the lot'. They didn't have as much tread as the pair they originally picked out, and none of them were matching. They gave my family member their trashier tires, knowing it was dark and they couldn't be seen. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TIRES FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE. They also are not capable of balancing wheels on newer vehicles. I was charged the same price, even though they could not balance my [bad] wheels they just put on. Had to pay another company to finish their job, which cost me extra. In the end, Brown Tire sold me 2 trash tires, and I had to end up paying close to 300 additional dollars just to make their mistake right. In the attached picture, you can see the area the tire was driven on while it was flat and has damaged the outer wall of the tire, as I've highlighted. I was sold these tires by Brown Tire. Trash.

I went and got 1 tire changed. The price was good and the guy that helped was wonderful. Well I needed the other 3 done. I went back a couple days later and got the other 3. Another guy changed them this time. I did not have a good feeling about it as I was watching him. He looked back at us like he was seeing if we was watching. After I left i noticed a clicking sound. I was driving back from Noblesville today and my tire came off because he didn't tighten the lug nuts. The other side was lose too when I had help to move it. They had better pay me for the damage they caused and me towing and getting it fixed. I was headed into oncoming traffic. When I stopped my rotar was sitting on the tire. It could have been way worse than it was. Do not go here. They could kill you.

Fastest tire change I've ever seen. My son took the tire in payed and came back to the car. Before he even got the door shut. They rolled the tire out. Great place

i have used Browns for two years since moving to Anderson. A great family business that will change tires, sell used, rotate, mount , balance and fix leaks! They speak Spanish and English too!

Place is the worst. Customer service doesn't know know to process the order so my wife's car left there shaking because of no balance and they refuse to fix it. Who puts tires on a car and don't balance them? These ripoffs do.

Horrible place to go. We spent $80 on 2 tires one was bad they told us we had 24 hr warranty and now the guy won't change it he wants to charge us to replace it.

I love Brown's tire shop today he was closed because he was in a car wreck but he still went ahead and changed my tire and rim that I had a flat on the highway thank God for Brown's tires I would recommend them to anybody good job
