I purchased an Ice Bear Champion and am having a blast with it. It came ahead of the scheduled ship date and working with Birdy's to register in my state was super easy. If someone is in the market for one of these bikes, I recommend Birdy's.

Dec 14, 2023update: texted with someone yesterday, was supposed to get an update on what's taking so long to get the parts. I was asked to change my review. IF I recieve an update I will give another update and final review.Purchased a dirtbike for my son in December 2022. Got a good price I believe, it was already assembled(less work for us) and started right up. My son got to finally ride it March 15, 2023, when it started warming up. After 25 minutes of just riding around on flat ground, the rear sprocket completely busted off the tire. Bolts twisted, and rim unusable. I talked to a Birdies employee March 16 and was told it was covered under warranty and they would get with their manufacturer and get parts ordered. I was told April 5th that they had ordered the parts. So in May I asked if they had gotten any updates on my parts and no response. The same in July. Called the shop number Aug 16, no answer. Got a response in text, I told them the situation and was told they would get with the other person I talked to and see if he knows the status. Here we are almost a month later and still no updates. Could've been a 5 star review, but customer service is not there at all after the initial sale. However they consistently advertise every thing is brand new with warranty. Dont expect to use the warranty though, because apparently they will just ignore you until it runs out.Update: still no return calls or texts and still no parts! Zero stars for customer service on Joe & Chase's parts..

I really appreciate Birdys and the level of support and service provided by Joe. I was looking for 2 ATVs for my grandkids and was not sure what to purchase. Joe was excellent at providing me with information on the different models and options available. He is very responsive and provided me with pictures and specifications of different models. He helped me to make a great decision on the model that was best for each kid. I purchased an Apollo Commander 125 for our grandson and a Tao 125D for our granddaughter. I very happy with the purchase and really appreciate the time and effort that Joe provided to help me with the purchase. Thanks Joe!!!Bob A.

The guy that help me was very helpful and knowledgeable on the bike I was interested in. Got me in and out the door in no time and was very detailed on giving me information on the bike being a first time dirt bike owner. Definitely 10/10 in my book. They have sizes for adults all the way down to your little ones

I purchased a atv last week from Birdys for my 7 year old daughter, I got in touch with Joe and he was great and very helpful showed me different options until I found the right one. My daughter was so happy and we were to. Definitely recommend them!

If you are looking for a new toy, this is the place to go to! Joe is the one you wanna deal with. Very nice guy and upfront. I got Toa DBX 1 delivered today and in the color that I wanted! I m so in love with it! I have not rode it yet due to lack of yard space at the moment. But she runs like a top! I have searched Facebook marketplace for a couple months and finally came across one of joes posts. Prices for used, beat up dirt bikes were ridiculous. I got a 140cc, in my color, with a 6 month warranty and had it delivered over an hour away for just $1600! Of course it s not a name brand bike, but my daughter has a pentora 4 wheeler which is pretty much the same brand and it has treated us well. Don t knock Toa until you try it. Very well made. You can also make any sort of adjustment that you need. Joe has been very responsive and helpful with my purchase. I am very pleased. I will whole heartedly recommend them 100%!

I ordered this Icebear scooter online from Joe at Birdies Scooters in Anderson Indiana. I highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a scooter of any kind. They Ship to your house in about 1 week. You do have to put them together and do the PDI yourself, took me about 3.5 hours (uncrate and assemble). But once finished they are pretty cool! Took me about 3.5 hours but this was my first one. I think the next one would be much easier. Joe was my rep and did a terrific job with communication and follow up. Before assembly I called tech Chase and he got me started by going through the hardware and assembly tips that were very helpful. If you have a some mechanical skills, simple tools and metric wrenches, you can assemble no problem. (I assembled this one by myself but I recommend a helper!)Over all my experience with Joe and Birdy s scooters was fantastic and if I need another scooter or have service/parts needs in the future, I will be calling on them again. I highly recommend these folks for all your scooter needs!

Got in touch with Joe and was able to pick up a 110cc assembled four wheeler the next day. Pretty good price! Walked us through all of the initial instructions. Seemed to be willing to help if something were to go wrong. Excited to get it going!

Chase and Joe treating great and answered all my questions about the moped I bought. It only took them 5 days to get my moped in, I know that's hard to do because of stuff taking forever to get. I would 100% recommend them.

We paid 1000$ cash for a 4 wheeler that won t even go up our driveway. After contacting them in the same day and showing them a video of the 4 wheeler having to be pushed to even move, I was then instructed to only be able to dive 2 hours back to have the mechanic look at it. I will never purchase here again or recommend. We had a 40 cc that ran ten times better than this piece of junk.

I found an ad of there s on market place. They were very quick to respond. I then talked to them over the phone and agreed on what I was looking for. He picked up the model I was looking for the next day from the warehouse. Went next day and picked it up. They were straight forward about everything and easy to deal with. I will be doing business with them soon again!! Plan on picking up 2 dirt bikes before Christmas!!!

They are great guys! Every question gets answered. I needed paperwork to get registered in the state and they made it happen for me! If you have a question just ask and they will help you out. I'm very happy with my experience and customer service

Great buying experience. I bought 2 go karts for my boys Xmas presents. It was kind of last minute and they were very easy to deal with. The communication through text was great from start to finish. I would recommend them.

We bought an AtV for my 12 year old over Christmas runs works amazing grate price. And just bought another jeep gocart grate prices even was cheap to have it delivered right to my home. Delivery guys was friendly and carefully unloaded. Thank you guys for your grate customer service skills we will be back for more

Last October I purchased a TAO PMX150 from Birdy s. It arrived faster than I had expected. Thanks to Joe who was outstanding in helping me decide on which scooter to buy for my RV, I can say I am very happy. His knowledge and expertise was exactly what I needed and his friendly cheerful attitude made this a memorable experience. Great experience working with Joe on the purchase of my 4-seater go-kart!He was able to order exactly the one I was interested offering his advice and opinion as I am a novice on mechanics.Fast delivery to them where their very experienced and knowledgable mechanic Chase was able to put the whole kart together and take care of all the initial performance tweaks and beginning maintenance along with educating me on how I continue to take care of it.I would HIGHLY recommend Birdy's Scooters and ATV's to anyone I know, both local and for delivery. They came recommend to me by a friend and proved to be the best.Love my new go-kart and thank you so much!

My husband and I searched a few days for the perfect ATV to buy for our 4 year old daughter for Christmas. We looked at several different companies and contacted multiple different people. We came in contact with Joe at Birdy s and he was nothing short of a great sales person. I told him what we were looking for and he immediately started sending me pictures of everything he had in stock that met our needs. After speaking with him, I knew this was where we would be doing business. Customer service was amazing and the prices were a few hundred dollars cheaper than we had looked at other places. We drove 3.5 hours to the shop to picked up the ATV. Our transaction was quick and Joe went over everything we needed to know about the ATV. He also had several helmets lined up for me to pick out of. He assisted with loading it into the back of our truck and we were back on the road in no time. We have the ATV hidden until Christmas but we did ride it around a little when we got home and it is in perfect working order. My daughter is going to love it.(It was dark when We got home so I only have the picture that was sent to me of the ATV)

Joe is phenomenal. Came to his shop for us to pickup our son's ATV when the shop was closed. Walked me through the particulars of the ATV. Provided mechanic info with any issues. When I buy mine, I know where I'm going. Our Sons helmet ended up being too small and Joe said bring it in and he will exchange it. Our son loves taking his sister around the neighborhood and tbh I think she wants one too

After researching the Tao Tao brand and locating Distributors online , we decided to buy through Birdys Scooters and ATVs in Indiana, to purchase 3 Christmas Gifts for the children, even though they were over two hours away from our home at DarkSyde Acres Haunted House in Jonesville, Michigan, based on their google reviews.I contacted Birdys, and received quickresponses to my inquirys from Joe. Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable .The purchasing process was quick and painless and before I knew it I was in and out of their shop in under 30 minutes. We purchased 2 Db20s and 1 boulder 110. I opted to assemble them myself and assembly was a piece of cake. Christmas Morning came with spring like temperatures and the kids spent most of the day ripping around the Ranch. THANK YOU BIRDYS for a helping make family memories that will last a lifetime.

Joe at Birdy's was very helpful. Very knowledgeable! We knew what we needed to know before we started the scooter. Joe and his staff loaded, strapped(even let us use his straps!)and assured us it wasn't goin' anywhere!! VERY HELPFUL, a saved use $300 bucks. Thanks Bird's!!

Joe and Chase were easy to work with and worked hard to get us what we needed for the right price. Chase can adjust or fix anything in just minutes! Website was also easy to navigate. Highly recommend for your next scooter/atv purchase.

Joe was amazing! Very informative about all the different sizes of dirtbikes. Got one for son for christmas. Very satisfied with purchase and was a lot easier than dealing with the internet stuff and a much better warrenty. Anybody thinking about a purchase then Anderson isn't far away!

Bought a 49cc challenger scooter 3 years ago. It's still running at 8000 miles. Purchased a 49cc vip today and it appears to be the same quality as the challenger. Good service and timely responses when texting for information. I recommend birdys for scooters or atv's
