Belle tires are Lifesavers. I had been calling all around to see if I can get a tire and the used ones were no good or no one could fit me in. I called and I spoke to Deondre and we set up a walk-in. I didn t have the money right away so we set up a time later during the week. To my surprise later during the week I called and he remembered me and was able to pull everything up. He let me bring my tire in and they called me when it was ready. I was a little perturbed, for the wait, but after Deondre and a nice young lady, with a blonde ponytail, explained to me that I was a walk-in, and they were squeezing me in before closing. I was perfectly happy to wait. They were so accommodating not to mention that they had coffee and hot chocolate. I was able to look at my car getting worked on without anyone seeming irritated and everyone checked on me. The establishment is nice and very accommodating. 10 out of 10 recommend. I received a brand new tire with a lifetime warranty for just about $100!! You can t beat that! Not to mention they found a few other things going on with my vehicle, but they didn t pressure me to purchase anything, everything is on my time. So I ll be back there in two weeks to get the other things fixed.

10 out of 10 do not recommend. Before making my online purchase for 4 new tires and scheduling an online appointment, I did my research on how long the install should take. Everything I read said 45 minutes to an hour. We had to be at work by 3:30, taking into consideration things can be delayed, I scheduled the appointment for 11:30 am and selected the option to wait in the store to ensure it was done in a timely manner. This should have been more than enough time even with delays. My husband and son arrived at 11:15 so they had time to get checked in by the appointment time and not create delays for appointments following ours. I call the store at 2:30 to find out what the hold up was, I spoke with someone named Brandon that stated he was the manager but would not tell me if he was a shift manager, assistant manager, or general manager. He stated that he knew my husband and son had been waiting for a while, so he decided to do an alignment on the truck for free for the inconvenience and they were finishing up at that time. Normally an offer like this would not be that big of an issue, but considering an alignment takes on average 30-60 minutes to complete, it only added to the issue at had. Not to mention this was done prior to gaining consent from me or my husband. I asked for the corporate number so I could address the issue with someone above him. Not only did I have to ask him to repeat the number 3 times as he was speaking faster than anyone could possibly write, once I was able to get the number written down I repeated it to him to make sure I had written it correctly only to find out he gave me the wrong number. The truck was not completed and released to my husband until 3:15 so they were far from finishing up when I spoke to him 45 minutes prior. So on top of spending 4 hours waiting for a job that should have only taken 1 we also had to miss work, costing us hundreds in lost wages. Belle Tire used to be my number one go to, but I will definitely be shopping elsewhere for my next tire purchase.

Belle TireY all are ridiculous First you guys let us leave without completing your work. Told us you finished it all to realize you didn t put ANY of the 4 tire sensors on the new tires. Take it back to have you put on the parts a week later, soonest opening for them, and had to fight to have you refund the money for the product we never got, which never was fully refunded.Then tell us you can not do the free alignment because of the tire rods. So we take it somewhere and have ithe ONE fixed that was bad.Bring it back to hope y all can redeem yourself and then you guys can t even find the record for the tires at all. My husband had to drive 40+ minutes back home for a receipt and you guys still couldn t find the record and had to redo the whole transaction. I have always had my work done through Belle Tire but no more. This is wild.

We are from out of town and just got our breaks done at a Patriot Tire in Fort Wayne and they didn't tighten our lugnuts and we pulled into the Belle Tire in Anderson because our tire was about to fall off on interstate going 80 mph and when we pulled in, Jeremy saw us and came up front to assess what was wrong (he noticed an issue as we pulled in). Jeremy was amazingly helpful along with the mechanic (Josh/Jason... had a long beard). They told us what was wrong, double checked everything, and educated us. We can't say enough about the service that was given. Thank you Jeremy and Belle Tire!!!!

Went in for a tire repair on wife's car. Had appointment made online the night before we went. the appointment was for 10:30 a.m. the next day..we sat there for a good 2 hours before they even got our car in the back. Got the tire repaired then come out with a sheet telling us that we needed an alignment. Only need a tire repair. Very disappointed with service

Wonderful staff. Super helpful and kind. Did everything they could to get us the best deals available and even told us not to change tires yet they just needed a small repair which they did for free. Got us ready for our honeymoon so we'd be safe will definitely be using them as our go to for alignments and tire needs moving forward. Outstanding service.

My husband took our van and had 4 new tires put on this morning. They also did an alignment and checked our battery. Overall excellent service. They actively sought to find us the best deal and competitively priced under another shop. They were also understanding and worked with us when our plans got delayed and our appointment needed pushed back bit. Over all would definitely recommend!

I will never come back, this is by far the WORST experience I ve had with an automotive shop, and the reason I do majority of the work on my truck myself. They had my truck for 4 days for a set of 4 tires and an alignment, and they almost let me leave without the alignment; thankfully I asked to verify it was done, and it wasn t! They were going to let me leave with an $1600 set of new tires on a bad alignment since I had my rack & pinion replaced the day before taking it there. Afterwards, I was having ongoing issues with my suspension. Took it to a shop I have a close relationship with, and had to fork out an extra $200 for them to fix Belle Tire s bad alignment, INCLUDING loose bolts and other parts put in backwards. Only reason they re getting 2 stars is because the price of the tires. From now on, I ll drive to the Greenwood location where I know people to do my work, because this location is nothing but problems.

Had them install a lift kit, new wheels and tires onto my 4Runner. They advised me on which lift kit to go with then did the work at a fair price. Had some vibration at high speeds so brought it back in and they got me right in and rebalanced all the wheels which fixed the problem.Ricky (General Manager), Jose, Mike and everyone I dealt with were professional and customer-oriented. Sat in the waiting area for about 45 minutes and observed the staff interacting with customers and did not see anyone trying to up-sell anybody. Just moved into the area and I think I ve found my go-to shop.

Worked on my daughter's 2000 Jeep TJ. Replaced tie rods and control arms, plus an alignment. Prepped it for tires... HUGE difference !!! Now, I feel better about this vehicle being a first for my new driver.

At first my visit went well, they got me right in and everything was going smoothly for my new tires to be put on my 2018 VW. When I returned to pick up my car I went inside and paid the invoice and then went out to the car to drive home and found the center cap for one of my wheels laying in the passenger seat with the clamping fingers wrapped in fresh electrical tape. I went back inside to ask about it and was informed that "the fingers must have been broken when the tires I was having removed were put on" and they couldn't put the center cap back on. I then informed the man behind the counter (bob or bill, he didn't have a name tag) that I was the original owner of the vehicle and that those tires were the original factory tires and that none of the caps had ever been broken. he said "well I don't know what happened then". I asked why if the cap was in fact broken when they took it off why they did not call me and inform me immediately. I never received a satisfactory answer nor a even an apology . I had always had good experiences with this location but the employees just did not seem to care about their customers. if they had just called when they discovered the broken cap I would have moved on and purchased a new center cap. wrapping it in electrical tape and not mentioning it just makes it look like they are trying to hide their own mistakes.

Where to start. I went in to have a wheel and tire mounted. Was told they can't due to the sensor not being preprogrammed. I have a vehicle that has a wheel with a hole on the inside of it to where it cannot be used. So, once I decided to take the wheel back, I got asked if I thought the guy was lying to me, I explained I know that they can at the very least put it all together for me to bring the car back at a later date. He decided to tell me to, "go ahead and take it somewhere else." I said ok and that I'd be calling the dm. He then replied with ok, let's call him together. Once I could not reach him, I said I'm just leaving. He then said ok how would you have handled this. A simple ok, have a great day. That would have been it. But no, he wanted to make a spectacle of this. This is all after I waited for 10-15 in the waiting room, not a big deal. But Rick is just a terrible salesman or manager. I hope that someone reaches out to me over this.

I didn't have an appointment, but I've been using their free air for a couple of weeks (best air pump ever!) so they squeezed me in to fix a two tire problem. They were pretty busy but still managed to get it done in half the estimated time, and at the best price.Thanks for crushing it in every area! I'll definitely see you again.

I didn't use their service because they were out of my size tire. But the gentlemen that answered the phone was very kind and polite and answered all my questions. 5* for customer service!

Failed parts (power steering pumps) caused other issues and "it's only due to my vehicles age no fault of there own". After all the failed pumps and taking into consideration the age of the vehicle I would have been willing to pay for parts or labor 1 but not both. If I will have to pay full price on repairs I refuse to go to a shop that caused my issues to start with.

The prices are decent here and they do decent work. As far as we were told they will match any competitors price. Sometimes it does take a little longer than other tire places depending on what you are having done. They don't always have specialty tires available and are not even able to get some of them by special order.

I went in for new tires. I ordered online and were ready for my appointment. They also included a tire alignment inspection. They recommended parts and were able to do the alignment for a very fair price. The staff were friendly and helpful. They've earned my business. Make the call, you won't be disappointed.

These guys are great. Very friendly and considerate. I nneded 4 new tires. They didn't have my size in stock but got the layer that day. Installed them and I was ou in an hour. I'll definitely come back.

Awesome service the other day. I called ahead and they said it would be an hour and a half wait before they could even get me pulled into the shop for a tire patch. I dropped my vehicle off 5 minutes later and walked across the street to eat lunch. Came back about an hour and 10 minutes later and it was already done and waiting for me. No charge, since it was just a quick patch in the tread from a nail. Staff was super nice and much faster service than they quoted me initially. 10/10 will be back.

Whats the point of making an appointment if you re just going to pull my car into your shop and leave it for an hour and a half. Was going to my cousins wedding and had 3 hours until it starts at the time I showed up and scheduled my appointment for. I dropped the very pregnant wife off at wal mart with the one year old just before i got here. They even helped walk in customers before me. I understood it was busy so i left them alone but two and a half hours for four tires on a escape is drastic. This left me with only 30 minutes to pick up the wife and get 33 minutes from wal mart. Sure i shouldn t have went before. But i never expected to be ignored on an appointment when i stayed at the shop. Im not blaming them for being slow. Thats my own fault. But I am disappointed my wife had to spent two and a half hours at wal mart with a one year old. When I scheduled it was estimated to be 45 minute to an hour.

This is now the 4th time we ve had issues with Belle. Husband is a car guy who s worked on them before. Belle has tried to trick us to pay for a problem with a vehicle. They ve messed up multiple things, started petty arguments. Now we paid the price we were told- but they put on the wrong tires! We ve taken 3-4 vehicles in and terrible service every time. Do better!

Had a flat tire last week just before the winter storm hit. Brought my car to Belle Tire Anderson. They did not have my tire in stock which I understand because it's a special Tire. A tire was ordered so I left my tire there. I was told by the gentleman that took care of me that they would contact me the following day when my tire was in. I never received a call but I know how busy they were. Finally called and asked if it was in and they said yes I was told to bring my vehicle up and they would put it on for me right away. When I arrive there I was told I would have a two-hour wait. I was not very happy with this. I noticed Jeremy was working and I've always dealt with Jeremy. He said he will get me taken care of right away. He called Josh up to the office to take care of me. Josh had my tire put on and me taking care of and I was out with in 15 minutes instead of the two-hour wait I was originally told by somebody else. Belle Tire has been taken care of my vehicles for a long time. I've always bought my tires since they have been open. Very satisfied. I will continue getting my tires and vehicle serviced. Thanks again for the great service, Jeremy I will always appreciate you.

They did great at scheduling appointment and getting me in within 5 days so no complaints there, called and scheduled to get my tire fixed under warranty and was scheduled for 11/22/22 they called me at 2:58 pm to tell me I need a tire rotation even though the trucks brand new (I guess things can happen I don t know) so a additional charge of like $130 plus a warranty coverage on it as well was added that I authorized they called me back at 3:12 pm to tell me my truck was complete and ready for pick up, so a tire rotation/alignment in 14 minutes doesn t seem right to me even though I have no knowledge with this. So here comes the next day I arrive to pick up my truck around 2:45 pm and the payment with the insurance company was never even started so they have had my truck this entire time and never took to time to go ahead and get payment handled so I was stuck waiting around 45 minutes for to process of getting payment handled . I offered to leave them with my card number to prove it s going to be paid for and they declined that and wouldn t let me leave until the payment was complete I get it but in the future Have the payment handled. During that process the guy was nice enough to tell me hey I just noticed your paying for insurance on our alignment I wouldn t do that because it s under insurance with the tire company anyways so was nice to Atleast save 58:00

Scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire rotation, thought I d be there an hour. After half hour my name was called, and I was shown a list of additional maintenance items that were worn out and needed to be brought to my attention. After another hour the vehicle was brought around and parked. I waited 10 minutes before going to the desk and asking how long this service should take and when can I expect to leave. They scrambled around trying to find the paperwork and who should be doing the last torque test. Total time for this service took two hours to accomplish. This was only part of the customer service that I was not pleased with. At no time did they ever tell me anything about the service I was there to have done. Nothing about the tire wear nothing about the oil change. Seemed like the only customer service/contact was the upsell of other maintenance that needed to be done. I think with a little better attention to the customer interaction, this could be a good place to have work done. I did receive a two page quote ($2800) for the additional maintenance that needs to be done.

I just wanted to give an enormous thank you to this shop. I called with something non tire related, an issue that I had literally no one else to call but thought to call a car place. My hamster had gotten loose in my vehicle and they literally took my front dash apart and helped me catch her. I want thank Jose & Chris 10000% times over and over. Jose for talking me through it over the phone while I was absolutely hysterically crying, and Chris for taking the time to go through my car. My new hamsters name is Belle. Thank you again.
