Saturday night I realized my tire had a leak. I needed this plugged until Monday. Tim, I think that was his name. Didn t catch the name of the red head fellow. Tim & him, I caught at 9:55pm lol they still helped me though. Tim went above and beyond and came out to show me by example how to plug a hole in my tire. Luckily it was positioned to where we didn t have to disassemble anything, he got it done in 2.2 seconds. Much appreciated!

Great location and has a well spaced layout. But the best part of this store, is the employees. Specifically the genius with the long hair and beard! He is very knowledgeable, super kind, and so freaking helpful. Seriously i go to this store just because I feel like he provides me caring advice and useful tips.

I had an amazing experience at the auto zone on rabile Ave. The salesperson or clerk, whatever stephanie was her name. She was so knowledgeable and helpful with what was going on and super fast on finding and solving my problems. Then I had to travel to the Mounds Road store, and the experience was O.M.G. so different the guy was trying force me to buy the wrong part. I knew for fact it was wrong and I even had return ticket from previous store(thank god) An they all start going an looking on a truck to see if it was on there when I am like dude what's that there, an its stack of the 3 batteries. Hmm, an I'm dumb when comes cars, lol. I just knew what I just took into the other store. Ugh, then it was just like buying a brand new battery because Stephanie already gave me core return money over there when I took the dead battery in there, and she tested it an refunded the money to me for the warranty I had on the dead battery. They didn't offer a new warranty nothing they sold me battery but now it has no warranty that's not cool the manager at mounds wouldn't even talk about it just just rudely dismissed herself and walked away.

Never in my life will I go to another auto part store! Stacy and his crew are an amazing group! Saved me over 300.00 by taking their time to find me a mechanic to fix my car. Recommend AutoZone on mounds road to anyone in need of parts. Thank you guys very much. GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE!

Mieneke told me I needed a throttle body and crankshaft position sensor and was going to charge me $1022.00. got home and noticed my air intake was damaged and I fixed it but still had issues. Went to AutoZone and talked to Ed not only did he talk to me about my car but he broke it down in terms I understood. He diagnosed my Lincoln and gave me a $75 mass airflow sensor. I went home changed it in 10 minutes and my car is back on the road. Ed is the guy to ask about all of your car issues. A1 services and professional and knowledgeable guy.

Welcoming atmosphere, Great customer service! Very friendly, outrageously knowledgeable and extremely helpful in making sure that I purchased the correct car parts for my car and for anyone that drives a Charger purchasing parts for our vehicle can be very challenging!!! but NOT if you go here to Auto Zone on Mounds in Anderson, IN they ll get you taking care of & a special thanks to Mr. Steve who explained in depth and details exactly what the difference in the parts, told me exactly where and what to look for on my vehicle to know which part I needed then explained how it functions. I know more now about my own vehicle than I ve known in the 7 yes I ve been owning these type of vehicles!I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE & EVERYONE!!!!! I wish I could give 10 STARS

Most people think Auto Zone sales products cheaper then every one. Not True. The company takes the top 20 most popular items and lower these item's price less then their competition. Knowing you'll buy related items at "their" higher price on all there other merchandise to make up for the "lower" price on that on item knowing you will think you're saving money. But your paying more. Check all prices when you comparing cost.I called Mounds road looking for a part, put on hold, they came back after a couple, asked me what i wad looking for, then put me on hold for couple more minutes, came back told me that item was NOT available from AZ. I looked it up on like, found the item, they had it in stock! At that point, I decided l'm not buying any thing from them. Not good. Thumbs DOWN!

Very nice people with customer service just wish they knew a little more about cars or at least the parts I know there is a lot but if you know it's a wrong part say something the computer isn't always correct

Went to get headlights for our car at 6:15pm on Dec. 31. Ed helped us & he above & and beyond. We always go to this auto store because everyone is helpful and very nice.

They just don't want to go out of the way to be a help and they don't are not standing behind there products or there customers and I Will not be going back to mounds Rd store they obviously don't have the skills to be a help to customers and they should be treated like Raible Ave takes pride in and time to get a behind you and the best ways to get a solution for a problem and a reason I will continue with the best of my the first choice store and years of dedicated service you can count on.and a great place to be trained in what makes a difference between the best of all always working with you awesome people team would do thank you guys I knew that I could count on should have went to this day it's worth the drive to .

The best person... the Manager Betty is the best * on mounds road that lady knows her stuff and i appreciate her patients politeness and how she get things done and done RIGHT! They really needed that in that store.

Best customer service. The crew over there at mounds road are the best. They have helped me every time I go in there. They are quick. Getting you what you want. Prices are very competitive, with best inventory and variety.

They are extremely helpful and sometimes place items for you. I had a talk with a male worker and he explained my entire AC issues and what is necessary to fix... That's some customer service you don't get anywhere anymore definitely!

Great experience even though I didn't accomplish my goal for going. I'm helping friend by working on his car. I found a rear suspension bushings bad. I need a loaner tool to press the new bushing in. They didn't have it. Nobody in town had one. Steven at Autozone offered to help me at his other job in a shop. What a stand up, care for your customer thing to do.....FIVE STARS!!!!!

getting really tired of the mounds rd location. You have at least 3 to 4 employees working but only one helping customers who are there to make a purchase? One employee doing a delivery order so they r with a customer, one guy at the counter with a customer, one in the back not sure what they was doing, and another employee in the parking lot talking to a woman and smoking a cigarette in his uniform. I will continue to keep taking my business to your competitors where I can receive help with no issues.

Needed a battery for my suv. What an amazing staff they where laughing and loving there jobs. Asked could they install which they had no problem even with it raining there manager was amazing sorry forgot his name but he understands customer service. If you need something for your car i highly recommend this store

Huge shout out to the store manger here! Went to AutoZone thinking I had a dead battery. She had it removed, recharged and tested saving me $170 bucks. I will absolutely be bringing my business back here, thank you for your help and patience!
