Nice store. Customer service is great. Only parts store I will do business with. I was back at Advance this evening for windshield wiper replacements got the the Vet discount and the best service. I'm not just saying that, I don't get anything out of giving them a good review but you will! Drop in there when you need parts for your truck. The men there are very helpful and courteous! They have the best customer service! I used to trade with other automotive parts stores and I never got the attention and the knowledge and information I get at the Advance Automotive parts store. I say all of this because I can trust Advance and I can count on them! Here is a little insight, a long time back I worked for one of their competitors so I have inside knowledge and with that trust what I say them other boys are just that, "boys" when it comes down to it. Always go to Advance Automotive parts for your parts for your truck!!!

I was having a problem with my crank sensor an when I went 2 take it off it broke off an the 3 employees that helped me were Ben Jennifer an Stacy they all were amazing but Ben went above an beyond he actually got the broken piece out an went ahead an put the new 1 in 4 me best service ever

Only parts store in town that has Help! section organized right. Always seem to have what other stores are out of stock on. Great service.

Sean and Steven just made my day! Not only did they listen to my needs, they quickly found a solution and made sure that my car issue was fixed. The icing on the cake was the superb communication and friendliness they offered while they assisted me. It sure is refreshing to not be disregarded in an auto parts store simply because of my gender. Thanks so much, guys!

I stopped to buy a battery for my key fob for our new truck. The gentleman at the counter wasn't very pleasant and when he was done putting it in it still didn't work. We took it down to GMC and they turned the battery around and it works great. No charge. The first battery cost $12.00. They only had 2 packs.

Only place that had what I needed in st[ck. I have found that going straight to the counter and asking for what I need instead of roaming around speeds things up. Staff is always friendly and ready to help me find what I need and makes sure I not only know the price options but answer any questions I have.

I searched all over for a battery for our RV. Found the best price and services at AAP. Naturally when the truck wouldn't start, today I didn't have to search for a new battery. I went straight to Advanced Auto Parts and purchased a gold battery for $159.99. They could have installed it for me but it would have taken 45min. So I did it myself. Best place for batteries that I know!

Overpriced parts for underpriced cars! This auto parts store will charge 20% more than any competitors, because "why not?" The only plus side to this franchise, is the fact that they are 15% more likely to have hard-to-find parts in-stock. Aside from that one plus, this auto-parts store is a rip-off.

Very helpful. Went in for a turn signal bulb and the employee helped find the correct bulb and made sure it was the least expensive. Very polite.

Auto parts store. Prices are comparable to O'Reilly's. Most auto parts carry a limited lifetime warranty. Most of the sales associates are knowledgeable about what is wrong with your vehicle if you describe the symptoms of what is happening with your vehicle.

Not really very good service guy didnt know what he was talking about. Told him I was a vet and showed mu card and he forgot the discount. It was about 25.00 ask him and he said it was to late to change it. I wont go back.
