I had a really great experience at the auto ranch. The staff are really friendly and were easy to work with. I absolutely love the car, it's in great shape and I don't know how I could have gotten more for my money. I definitely recommend them if you are in the market.

I have both positive and negative to say. Found the suv I wanted to buy and I will say he held the suv for me for well over a week almost two weeks until my money was deposited. The people that work there are very polite. Upon getting the suv the check engine light came on before I got from Alexandria to Muncie (not terribly far). I sent a message to the dealership heard back with the reply they want to make it right. Codes for catalytic converters and oxygen sensors and also a mysterious smell of oil as well as antifreeze. I took the suv back to them and they kept it a few days and told me the oil leak was just a leaky oil drain plug and they replaced it, couldn t find antifreeze smell and as far as the catalytic converter, they put a bottle of Cataclean in it and droveIt for about 20 miles and no engine light came back on. Was told I may just have to drive it with the engine light on or sink a lot of money on it. Off to the mechanic my suv goes. I bought the suv in November and I have only had the vehicle in my possession since the about a week of you add the random days between visits to the mechanic. To date here are the following required repairs: catalytic converters, 4 oxygen sensors, intake gaskets, manifold gaskets, valve cover gaskets, new spark plugs (mind you all their adds say vehicle has been serviced ), mass air pressure sensor and pcv valve. SUV still throwing codes and illuminating Check engine light . Currently the suv is having the pcm checked and reprogrammed with the possibility the pcm will have to be replaced. Other than mechanical problems found some creative repairs done to some trim panels with pieces of rolled up duct tape. Needless to say my bad outweighed my good, so giving two stars is being extremely generous. I know most used cars are purchased at auto auction s blindly and a dealership can occasionally get a bad one. However I feel if they had truly serviced the vehicle like that want you to believe these issues would have been found, and I find it hard to believe they weren t. I also find it hard to believe they check engine light was never on during their ownership of the SUV as it came on after I driver it for a longer time than just the quick test drive (had less than an eighth of a tank.). I know IAm lot free of responsibility in this matter I could have had it inspected and did not. But, I m quickly approaching half the price I have for the suv in repairs that had to be done. My suggestion is to either pay for an inspection at a trusted mechanic, or run (don t walk) as fast as you can away from this dealership. Sorry guys very unhappy customer!

I was looking for a small SUV for my grandson I was out and about and ran into the Auto Ranch I purchased the small SUV I was looking for great service great car..I'm serious if you're looking for a car and you're not looking for a brand new one you have to check out the Auto Ranch...I'm glad i did.

After shopping around at other dealers I found the Auto Ranch to have a better quality and price on the same make and model cars. I feel the owner is a fair and honest person, he is very easy to talk to. It made for a no hassle no stress experience.I have recommended shopping here to my friends who are in need of a reliable car or truck.Excellent place. Scott goes the extra mile.

Drove a couple of hours to buy my daughter her first vehicle. Everything he told me was spot on. Honest about the vehicle and told me everything about it. Door handle was broke and he fixed it on the spot before I left. These aren't the top of the line vehicles on the showroom floor but for what they are the owners take care to service them and make the necessary repairs to provide you with a dependable vehicle for the price. Easy to work with and very friendly. I will be going back for our vehicles in the future.

If you need a vehicle this is the place to go! The owners are down to earth, friendly and nice. They truly care about putting you in a good running vehicle, offer a 30 day warranty, will fix issues if the vehicle has any, work with you financially and offer excellent pricing. if that's not service enough they also run a coffee shop that's connected to the car lot. I have never seen so many options! I had a strawberry shortcake frappe and Starbucks or any other coffee shop I've been in couldn't hold a candle to the deliciousness! I live in Muncie and would gladly drive 30 minutes to go get coffee there!

These people are downright crooks! They do not go through any of the cars that are on their lot after buying from the auction. If I could give a 0 star, I would! Stay away from this place. Scott the owner has the worst customer service skills that I have ever seen in my life. Nothing like cussing at potential customers!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS MAN HE IS A LiAR AND A SCAM. THEY TURN OFF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS if THEY ARE ON. THEY RIG THE CARS TO RUN FOR A SHORT PERIOD. GOT A VEHICLE FROM HIM CANT EVEN DRIVE THE JUNK 5 blocks 2 weeks after purchasing it said he was gonna fix it didn't said he would give me my money back didn't said he would find something and didn't do not trust this man. Take all cars and put on a machine and look under the vehicle most are rusted so bad from sitting under water. Don't trust these people...

If I could give a zero star review I would I drove 2 hours to buy a 2010 f150 platinum get there and the truck is covered in rust that was shown in any pictures or videos and was told the truck is in great shape these people are frauds do not buy a truck from this dealership!!!

Car wasn t anything that they described. They wiped off the check engine light and it didn t come on til a day later. Had it checked over and the guy said someone definitely wiped the light off the dash before we purchased it. It has had different problems ever since. Obviously you won t know for sure until you own it a while. Def wouldn t recommend this place.

These guys are running a very poorly put together business built on horrible foundations that care nothing about the customers and they are horrible people. Buyer beware this is not the place to go and they are horrible people, never ever buy or look at anything they have for sale

Trashy lot that only cares about making a quick buck and will stage cars to hide problems such as painting the underbody to hide rust. Would not recommend at all.

doesn t even deserve one star. scammers who will do the least they possibly can so you have to come back and spend more money. don t come here unless you want to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars for them to pretend to fix any and all issues.

Very unprofessional, make sure you bring cash they won't tell you and then they will charge you for using a card. And if they say they will fix something it will be done halfheartedly. Very disappointed!

Trashy business my wife drove down 3 hours to buy a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado for $8,500.00 got there let her test drive went to pay then said oh well there is someone trying to finance that ........horrible business practice very unprofessional ....mind you my wife had cash !
