Outstanding, flawless repair with amazing paint work! I hope I do not need these services often, but when I do I ll know where to take my vehicles. I picked my car up today and walked out questioning if it was even my car or not?! Picture Perfect Auto Body provides picture perfect results from the inside and out with top notch customer service! Allan and his crew went out of their way to ensure my car was driveable and to discuss repairs. Nichole was amazing to work with from billing my insurance, to coordinating my rental vehicle pick up/drop off. She made the whole process easy and worry free! Thank you for the polite, friendly and professional services!

After my car accident, I searched for auto body shops in the area. Most of them could not even get me in for a month. Picture Perfect was able to get me in right away. I have dealt with body shops in the past and Picture Perfect is not your average body shop. They have a very clean updated building with very friendly staff. I was kept up to date on the progress of my vehicle during the whole process. When I received the car back, it was as clean inside and out as when I bought it new and you could not tell it was ever wrecked. The car is a 2022 and actually ran smoother after they fixed it.I would definitely recommend Picture Perfect Auto Body for your car needs.

Allen and his crew do excellent work, our car looks better than it did before the wreck. They worked with the insurance company after discovering more damage, and still had the car done earlier than expected. We would give them ten stars if we could.

Perfect service from the very start to finish. Quick and painless. Great communication, very nice, attention to detail and felt like they cared about me and my car before they ever met me. Picture Perfect Auto Body was recommended to me by Redwood Automotive in Anderson, IN. Allan and Nichole were an absolute joy to work with and they did an amazing job on my car. The entire process was very smooth and Allan kept me up-to-date with the status. He was even able to save me money while still making my car look brand new. Not only did they do an awesome job on the outside of the car, they also cleaned and swept out the inside. My car looks amazing. The service matches the name! When I got in my accident, we we re calling around during a stressful time to see who can get us in, everyone was months out from even being able to look at our car, but Allen was able to get us right in and looked at that week! Him and his team took the time and care with our car to make sure it looked factory new again. Allan and his team did an exceptional job on repairing my vehicle, parts were ordered promptly and arrived ahead of schedule. Coordination was made with my insurance company, rental car company and myself. Repair work started a week prior than originally scheduled and vehicle was repaired and back to me earlier than promised. Allan kept me abreast of the repair status and even saved me $ by repairing a part in the shop in lieu of having to order the part and saved me on my deductible. Both of my passenger doors were so damaged they had to be replaced and repainted. Picture Perfect was wonderful! They handled everything for me including arranging for the rental replacement and made the experience extremely easy and smooth. Picture perfect dud an awesome job repairing the damage done when our Traverse tangled with a mailbox. It looked as good as new and was returned 2 days earlier than promised. What a great place to have work done on your vehicle. The owner Alan is a good guy who not only cares about your vehicle, but also cares about your concerns, and keeps you informed from beginning to end. Even after the auto body work was done, I got my vehicle back washed and detailed on the inside. Wow what a place!

Great customer service.I've never had collision repair done here personally, but was referred here by one of their many satisfied customers.I was in need of body parts for a project I was working on.The staff took all the time needed to look up the parts and find me the best price.Even though I ended up only purchasing 1 fender, I was treated like their most important customer.I was called promptly when it arrived, we looked it over to make sure I was happy with it.And a few days later I got a follow up call to make sure it fit properly and that i was completely satisfied.That's great service!!

I brought a work truck in which had been rear ended in an accident. Allan and his crew worked with me to do all repairs required to my specifications. The work was done ahead of schedule at a very fair price. I use them for all my automotive repair work including my classic cars. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. We were new to the area and Picture Perfect was recommended to us by T and J Tire in Anderson. Alan Anderson of Picture Perfect was kind, thorough, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Nicole contacted the car rental agency and had a car delivered to me. Alan also negotiated with the insurance company when he found more damage to the vehicle than he originally realized. In the end, my car is fixed BEAUTIFULLY, and they even cleaned the interior of my car! I feel like I'm driving a brand new vehicle! To the females especially: If you get frustrated with the auto industry's assumption we don't know what we're talking about, go here. Mr. Anderson didn't know that I know about cars, and he never once spoke condescendingly to me. Picture Perfect Auto Body has my business AND five stars. **This is an actual review - not a "fake" review.
