Great experience! They were very polite, gave us a good deal on the vehichle we wanted, gave us a fair price for our trade in and made finalizing the deal a breeze. I would defenintly recomend checking them out! By far the best car buying ecperience i have ever had! Thanks again to perry franks for makimg it happen!

Our company did business with Nick Frank from Perry Franks Auto and it was a great experience working with him. Nick was friendly, prompt, and very easy to communicate with. If you are in the market to buy or sell a vehicle this is the dealership to go to first and Nick is your guy! We highly recommend.

My son(18yrs old) bought his first truck from Nick. It was very clean,so clean we didn't notice any issues with it.(Nice power wash guys) 3 days later i spotted oil on my drive. It had oil all over the front suspension. I took it took a Ford dealer and found out it had 7 previous owners. Nick told me the only thing on the Carfax were oil changes. It had bad front and rear seals,turbo line,rod bearings were shot and oil pan gasket.(all shown to me by the mechanic)Long story short i have $28,000 in a $15,000 truck. After telling Nick about this i got"So sorry to hear that"2 yrs later still have a bad taste left. Be very cautious if buying a car from them. Maybe if i was from Alexandria In. I may have been treated better or maybe the one's leaving good reviews got lucky. Never again fellas! Wouldn't recommend buying a golf cart from these guys!

Needed rims for my Silverado. He happened to have what I needed, at a good price, and even made an offer for my existing rims. We agreed on a price, and he was willing to let me take them and bring back the others when I could get them changed over. Very easy to deal with!

I bought cars from quiet a few dealers in my life. This was certainly the best experience, I ever made with a dealer. When I drove home I noticed some minor issues (broken light bulbs, etc.). In addition there was a little bulge in one of the tires. I proposed to Nick that he takes care of the bill for new tires and I'll take care of the rest. Nick didn't negotiate at all and sent me a check right away. I sent the title to the DMV in order to get the car registered. Now I am being told that the package has been delivered, but they cannot find the documents any more. I called Nick and he did everything in his power to help me resolve also this issue. As I said, this was the best experience I made with a car dealer - in Germany, where I'm from, as well as in the US. Thanks again to Nick and his great team.

Awesome service! I bought my first truck from them 3 years ago. No issues at all! Truck still runs perfect like day 1... the workers were very kind and patient with me and the owner really helped me find just what I wanted. I highly recommend everyone to start here when looking for a vehicle!

Frank was Amazing we drove 2 hours to check out a truck on his lot, I gave him advance notice the night before that we were coming to look at a specific truck, As soon as we got there we wanted to take a look he came out and said hello & introduced himself and that he already had the truck unlocked for us. He gave us plates we took it for a spin (& was very cool about the fact we had to move our 2 young sons over for the drive) When we came back we asked about another truck on the lot and he gave us the run down of all the trucks he had off the top of his head. (Year, mileage, manual or automatic) He knew information about every vehicle there without having to look at anything that was impressive! The whole experience was wonderful we filled out paperwork and while we waited to hear back from the financing place we took our two sons to the park and he called us within 40 minutes to let us know that the information had come back. We went back to the dealership finished up the paperwork and off we went with out new (used) truck!! Thank you Frank for being so friendly, informative and easy to talk to! We will be recommending you to anyone we know who is looking for a new vehicle!!

Had a particular truck in mind that I wanted and drove by Perry Frank's and saw just what I was looking for. I dealt with Nick for about a week and he was more than fair on a trade deal! I feel that he was very honest and there was no sales hassle at all. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to stop by and give Nick a chance to find what you are looking for.

Purchased this week, a 2015 Silverado. I have been purchasing our family vehicles for many years with Perry and Nick and have never been disappointed with the experience. They treat you with respect as a customer and will work with you in every way to ensure you have satisfaction after the sale. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle you would do yourself a great service by calling Nick or Perry.

Went in today and got the car of my dreams! I have been working with Nick for about a week or so in getting the best deal possible on my trade in. I went in today with a set mind in taking anything but a great deal. Well Nick delivered! I have never truly enjoyed any of my vehicles until now! I took the longest way home so I could sit in my car longer. I can t thank him enough!

I had a great experience with Nick Frank at Frank's Auto Sales. Every chance I had to stop by there and check out their trucks I did, they always had a nice selection of trucks. I just so happened to pass by there the same week they got a 08' F-150 that I loved. I talked to Nick and he let me test drive it and fall in love. I brought it back to him made a great deal with him and that day walked out with a great truck that runs great!!! We worked out a few things to fix some dents and he followed up and made it easy for me to drop my truck off and get them fixed. I would refer Frank's Auto Sales to anyone.

Called about a white 4door GMC truck. They told me it had 200,000 miles and they wanted $10,000 for the truck grant the truck was in good condition it looks nice I did not test drive it I only asked about it but I believe that it is highway robbery trying to get $10,000 out of a truck that has 200,000 miles on it. Maybe 5000 max for the truck but never 10,000 but eventually they ll find a sucker somewhere that wants it. Just wanted to state that it was way over priced and I would never buy a truck from someone that wants to rob people. I will be taking my money somewhere else

A few years ago we came in just looking and found exactly what we wanted. We decided to buy right then and there. The manager (Nick Frank) was extremely helpful in showing us all that Perry Frank's Auto Sales had to offer. Since then we bought a car for our daughter from Perry Frank's. It has been a great vehicle for her. We have also sent family and friends in to see Nick. They don't pressure you into a sale and are great about answering all of your questions! We are RAVING FANS and LOYAL CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!!!!

Personal, helpful, friendly, knowledgable, speedy service, excellent value.Recommend this dealership very highly - my parents have been purchasing cars here for years so it was the first place I went to look as a first-time buyer this month. My wife and I are newlyweds and these guys helped us find the PERFECT car for US at a price we could work with! With decades of experience and proven character these guys do it RIGHT.

This was the... Worst. Experience. Ever.I read the reviews on google before I ever traveled to this dealership. Talked to the man on the phone (Nick Frank), and he seemed like a very nice, trusting guy.I picked a truck out that I LOVED. I drove 2 1/2 hours to buy it. I was so excited about it. We test drove it. We got the background on it from Nick. He told me it was as clean as a whistle--no issues whatsoever, everything checked out fine. I told him I usually take any vehicle I'm considering buying to a mechanic to have it thoroughly inspected to ensure everything is great, but I was unfamiliar with this town and so I was going to take his word for it. I even asked him REPEATEDLY, "You promise? No issues? All good? I don't want to spend all this money and then have something major pop up in a few months. I have three babies and can't afford any issues." He said to me, "Nope, this is clean, guaranteed."I picked up my check from the bank, wrote a personal check to cover the taxes, and took a picture next to my beautiful new truck!We took off for home, in separate vehicles of course. LITERALLY ten miles down the road, the "check engine" light pops up. Immediately, I call Nick. He told me to "come on back we'll take a look, good thing you just left." We had to drive an additional five miles before we found an exit to turn around.We drove all the way back to the dealership, Nick comes out with his diagnostic tool. I get out the truck and tell him I'm pretty upset. He looks at me shocked. He talks to us about what he "googled it could be" for a while. I told him, "just hook it up and let's figure this out because it's getting late and I wanna get home." He looked at me and said "we can just scratch this whole deal, let's forget about it and you can go home." WOW is all I thought. I told him, "Wait a minute, you're pissed that I'm upset about the truck I just bought from you and having a 'check engine light' come on and having to come all the way back here?" He just stared at me.ANYWAYS... He hooked it up, and once it popped up the code, he told us it was an "unknown issue." My boyfriend looked up the code (he's a mechanic) and he told us it was an issue (I can't remember what it was, it sounded like a foreign language to me) that could cost thousands of dollars. But we won't know until we get a mechanic to look at it (my boyfriend is a diesel mechanic, not a gas mechanic.)Nick didn't apologize. Didn't try to make things better. Didn't try to restore our confidence in him. He simply said, "Let's just scratch the deal. That sounds awesome. Let's get your check back." Then he even tried to keep my personal check.I am SO UNBELIEVABLY shocked at this experience and can't even begin to explain the level of disappointment I feel.This experience could have been fixed with an apology and some words of reassurance and some suggestions of possible fixes but no--the guy didn't perform any customer service measures WHATSOEVER or take any accountability for anything. He wanted to "forget about the whole situation" because I'm pretty sure the weasel knew about the situation with the truck all along and was trying to sweep it under the rug.Please, if you have any brains at all, stay away from this snake and the place of his employment. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did.

We recently purchased a 2006 Trailblazer. We had only had the vehicle for a week when the transmission went out. I called and Perry had the vehicle towed to Phil's Transmission in Marion. Our vehicle is now home and repaired! Thank you for being a stand up business and doing right by your customers!!!! We will definitely refer customers your way!!!! Buyer beware:I had one of the worst experience at this dealer i have ever had in buying a truck. I found this truck on CarGurus and was very interested in this LB7 so i decided to drive an hour to go look at it. I get there on a 3/6/2020 and a employee can out from detailing a trunk and we talked and i asked him if i could take it out for a test drive and if i could have a diesel shop look at it.He said ya the shop I took it too said it need a little over 1k to get it up and in good condition, it needed (All new rubber fuel lines ,both trans lines,and oil pan gasket was leaking). What the detailer/lot porter/salesman/boss man didn't know is that i had the luck of knowing all about this LB7 (where it came from,when he got it, almost like i seen the auction papers and they might of'passed threw my hands at a point, He jacked the price up on this truck by 2600 on the high end of the KKB and NADA book and it needs 1k in repairs. I offered he a very reasonable cash amount for this truck with profit and he got offended and said it could just sit out there until someone else came along. (my words someone that didn't do there research about this truck. I still don't see in the post of the repairs it need so buyer beware!!!!!
