They did such a great job on my car. You would never know that it was even in a wreck. They were so nice to me. They explained everything they do not try to overcharge you. They don't try to throw any extras in there on you. They honestly made me feel like family, they even vacuumed out my car, but my favorite thing that they had done for me and it's just one of the littlest things that made the biggest difference was I had a license plate frame that said princess they went and actually got the same one that I had that got damaged and replaced it Just like I said it's the littlest things that make the biggest differences for that. I absolutely love them I highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was delivering someone to be picked up and ferried to get a rental car, but we talked to the young lady who just happened to be making notes of the damage to his vehicle when we arrived. She was very helpful in answering his questions, made notes about items he asked to have the repair team address, and pointed out where the rental car representative was parked. Good, friendly service, in my opinion!

I had a great experience here! A deer took the front end off my new Telluride, and I was so nervous about having my insurance company send me to a specific shop, but my worries were for nothing. From the moment my truck got to them, the staff was great. Communication was impeccable which was so important given the backlog of getting parts (which is in no way their fault). 95% of the time, they contacted me before I needed to contact them. They were professional, courteous, communicative, timely, and the work was done well. Our car was towed here after an accident. These people were amazing on the phone and in person. You just don't meet alot of people in business anymore that seem to enjoy what they're doing and treat customers with respect.

I took my car in to be looked at after running over a curb. They did a thorough inspection and came back with the good news that I had no issues. Exceptional professional and friendly service with a more than reasonable expense. Will go back again.

I needed a rim amd tire replaced and i had third party insurance and just provided the phone numbers and policy number and your people handled the rest. It was a painless experience and everyone was pleasant to work with.

I've never had a bad experience with them and I have nothing but good things to say. We've had all of our vehicles serviced here for a couple of years now from oil changes to a few major repairs. They've always taken care of us and reach out to us to ensure the repairs they made fixed the problem, and that's something I really appreciate.

Got in quickly for a scratch repair to the rear bumper. Work was completed the day after I dropped it off, and I can't even tell there was ever any issue. I have always gotten courteous service from all of the employees here. They have given me reasons to trust them in their assessments of my vehicles. They have been honest with me when things need to be fixed and when they do not. I have never felt overcharged when they service my cars. I am very pleased with their attempt to repair my car as quickly as feasible. I will be returning to them for future service.

I took my truck in for body work. The service was very quick. When I got the truck back there were just a few things I was picky about and they are very understanding and fixed it. The Wright's are good people and have always treated me like family. Also great to chat with them as well!

This company is solid. Customer service is in their DNA. I receive updates from the company during the service, just to update their progress with respect to a completion date. Good mechanics are difficult to find. Excellent and honest mechanics that take pride in their work are a rarity. Well done Wright Way and thank you!

After hitting a deer with my vehicle I wanted to make sure everything was repaired the right way, no pun intended :-) Ryan and his Collision team were very professional and courteous and I even received text updates while my vehicle was being repaired. I got it back when they said I would and everything is perfect on it. Couldn't be happier with their level of service and expertise!
