Love this place, soap, wax, spot not, rinse - all cycles work great ... ALWAYS. That is how car wash should be run.To OWNER:Please open another location somewhere in Gurnee area, would love to go there to hand wash my cars, just about all we have are junk compare to yours.

The two gentlemen that I have worked with have always been really friendly and helpful. One time when it was really busy someone cut me off in line and one of the workers made them move so I could go. They also complimented my car which made my day.

I love that you can use quarters to wash your car I just wish it was more time for each quarter... but it does offer the spot free rinse which is great

I didn t catch their names, but I ran into two men who were extremely sweet! I didn t have any cash on me and asked for an atm but the man just gave me the quarters and proceeded to wash my car for me. I was extremely surprised and so touched that he offered to do that for me. Highly recommend this wash and they have won my loyalty!

The employees clean windows and wheels before you go into the car wash. I thinks it's wonderful that the vacuums are under a roof, providing protection from the elements. Highly recommend!

This place is so well kept and convenient . The solutions in wash are always full and functioning. As well as the product vending machines. Best of all you can wash your auto and vacuum for about 5$ with rug shampoo &perfume

Great place to wash your car. I like how you get a card that gets punched when you go there and 5th punch free wash plus they brush your car while being washed.

Convenient location on Sheridan, quality washes at a fair price! The attendants are always polite, and remind me to use my punch card--two more punches before my free wash! :)

The man that takes of the car wash is very rude. The quarter machine wasn't take my dollar bills. I asked him for change and he just yelled at me , "Keep trying machine!" That is what you call awful customer service. This message is to the owner of the car wash spot, find better employee with good customer service skills. This guys is scaring your customers away with his bad attitude. He needs to find a job better suited to him attitude.

The workers first told me to stop and yelled at me because they will not let you put the money in or use a credit card at the automatic car wash. The workers do it and then want a tip. They told me people are to stupid to use the machine and might break it. Very rude and ignorant workers. I can swear they keyed my back panel of my Suv when they used a mop to wash the car.

I had a good experience here, although it was earlier this year. Car wash was sufficient, and a guy came out to guide me on how to get the car through. He also let me know that the car had an expired sticker, so I thought that was pretty good he noticed. I will probably return in the near future

I have been going to this carwash for many years..the owner is great and Arturo treats everyone like an old friend, he has awesome customer service and is very knowledgeable on how to clean things in your car..I love that his whole family is there on Saturdays..he deserves a raise and extra tips

The name says it all. I swear by this place. They give you an option to do it yourself or go through the automatic wash. I go through the automatic wash because unlike other ones they have people to pre scrub your car which comes out SPOTLESS. The prices are cheaper and I never leave disappointed.

I went there to steam clean my engine and it was not the best! All other cleaning might be okay for your car. Lots of vending machines for cleaning things like Armer All ECT ECT. It's a car wash so give them a try!

These people are RACIST, I came here and had to call the police because he got hostile after asking a question telling me he closed and I couldn't ask any questions. Do not recommend... Didn't use the wash area only the vacuum. First one ate my quarters. The second one had good suction and got most of what I needed.

I went there around 6:35pm on 2/22/19. I used my credit card to purchase a $7 autowash. The light was green and flashed forward. I drove forward and the undercarriage was blasted. Nothing else happened. No soap. No water. No car wash. I backed up and pulled forward again. Nothing. I cmdialed the number. No answer. My daughter rang the bell, since the sign started someone was working. No answer. There was no sign the right wash was broken. A RIP off.

This is my go to place. They brush your car as it is washing and the price is great. Always good service from friendly associates and the reward program is great also.

Took my car for the first time this weekend and was pleasantly surprised. For less than $10 I could wash and dry my car by myself. Needless to say I ll be coming back more often

The staff is very friendly and it's affordable. They give you a chance to win cash back. They also clean the car manually in between automatic washing. My go to car wash
