Max, from the Zion location, is the best! He helped me replace a battery for my car in the middle of one of the worst snow storms we've seen in a few years. He was incredibly pleasant and super upbeat throughout the process. He gave me a small discount and gave me a few maintenance recommendations, as well. I'll definitely be back for any future needs!

Max is the absolute best!! I needed a new battery for my car and he was very helpful. He was even nice enough to put the battery in for me and he also gave me recommendations on other things that was wrong with my car that he could fix. I even referred him to my Mom! It s so hard to trust people nowadays when it comes to vehicle maintenance but we trust Max. I love the fact that he continues to follow up with his customers after everything is done. Everyone that I know I now send them to O Reilly s and tell them to ask for Max

Very poor management by max if you thinking of working here think twice before you do. you don t want be max slave won t end well. the boss/max there is so disrespectful and rude. he doesn t know how to teach his coworkers. And money goes missing allot there

Amazing experience. The manager came out and used the headlight polisher on both headlights. Plus people pulled up and asked about the product. This O'Reilly's is on Sheridan and hwy 173 and the manager's name is Alex. Thank you sooo much!!

Max the store manger went above and beyond to help me find out why my fog lights in my suv weren t working properly since I had just got them installed at an auto shop yesterday. I appreciate the great customer service I ll be coming here from now on. I went to another auto place and they didn t even attempt to help me one bit. He did all this in the snow!! 10/10

When I say phenomenal customer service!!! Max was standing in front of my vehicle at 8am installing a light bulb at -4 degrees. Its not the fact that he took the initiative to install it after coming in for a simple bulb. Its the fact that he made a simple sell a simple reminder of true kindness and what customer service use to be. Changing my light bulb isn't so quick and to make sure as a whole my car was running at its highest function! I walked in needing a headlight bulb, walked out with a newly installed bulb, a turned off check engine light, topped off de-icer windshield wiper fluid, etc... Thank you.

My headlight has been out for a month so I finally went over to O Reilly to buy headlights. Luis helped me find the right one for my car and installed them smoothly and in less than 5 minutes. Back on the road safely!

Went in there today to get a battery and Max went above and beyond selling me one. He took time to explain to me in detail which battery was best for my auto usage. To top it off took time to install it for me to avoid the wait at my personal mechanic!! I thought customer service like that was a thing of the past.... THX again Max!!

Exceptional customer service. My daughter called me one evening to tell me her passenger window is stuck in the down position. Long story short, we determined it was the motor. They had the part in stock & we picked it up. Installed it and still not working. We didn t suspect the switch because the drivers switch also would not work. A little diagnostics and we decided we would go ahead and try the switch. Called and they also had that part in stock. The only person on duty, Max, was extremely busy handling all the customers and phone calls. Despite all that was on his plate, he called us to ensure the switch worked just in case we needed something else before the store closed. That extra call left an impression with me and my daughter. As long as Max is there, or people like him, this is our parts store.

I worked with the assistant manger Matt . He was so nice and really helped me find out why my car kept not wanted to start to on me . I just knew it wasn t the battery because I had just got one couple months ago . So he went on and check everything thing he could . Then he asked if he could check the battery when everything checked out good . Turned out it was the battery. He was so kind to even put it in for me as well. I offered him money for the trouble and he wouldn t even take it . He said he love what he do and that s his job to make sure customers leave happy. O Reilly s auto parts have a new forever customer because of him.

Awesome store, every shelf well stocked, clean, enough employees to deal with customers, a lot of traffic in and out, officer Ed Mohn was in the store, really interesting stories! The technicians were very willing to answer questions and help, and just an enjoyable experience for an auto parts store, go figure, right?

Went to store to get brakes and rotors for my truck. Max Torres went above and beyond to help me he has excellent customer service. Recommend going here for your car needs.

One of the most cheapest auto parts around the market, but also one of the most cheapest part to buy in this place... Not even the oil pan i got here is worth it... The only thing i like about this place is that they normally have the brand of belt drive i like to use on the cars i repair....Another very important detail in this place is that they will charge you 3 times the retail price for any tool for sale or rent and that is a big NO NO... example... Brake caliper tool set here over $65 i got one double the pieces to work on more cars for $22... The ball is in your court now guys.

Love it. Amazing staff. They actually know what ur talking about when u ask for a specific part. Other places will argue that my car doesn't exist even tho its parked in their parking lot right by the door... lol. Thats y i come here. One of the most important things to a parts store is having a caring and knowledgeable staff. They have both here.

sloppy employees i told them exactly what parts I needed and they messed it up I didn't even realized it til i got home and by that time they were closed but i shouldn't have to double check their work if the just get me exactly what I told them to. plus i don't like being followed around the aisles being asked if i need help every 2 seconds. i'd recommend people going to napa or advanced auto

Great staff there. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this location in particular because of the staff here.
