Fast and excellent service. Traveling long distance from Florida to Wisconsin and hit a pothole that dented my rim causing tire to lose air. They were a great help!

Great job on our alignment and replacing a headlight for a fraction of dealership cost.. The staff here are friendly and never hesitated to answer all of our questions.

Fast, friendly, knew their stuff. I went in for new tires, and I won't go anywhere else for my next set! They were the most budget friendly in town. Highly recommended

Always great service. Nail in my tire they fixed and did rotation, about 1hr.Ordered a replacement tire on Saturday. they received the tire and was able to get us in today.Thanks Rodney and the crew.

Called and got a quote for a new battery and dropped my car off with them. They later called and said they didn't have the battery in stock and it would be twice the amount estimated to order it, so I declined the service. I was still charged 25 bucks for them to do no work on it except tell me my battery is dead, which I already told them was the issue in the first place. I wouldn't have even dropped my car off with them if I knew they didn't have a battery for my car or would try to charge me twice the estimated cost for a new battery, yet they still charged me 25 bucks for "service" when they never even had a battery to begin with. Very shady business practice that is not in the customer's best interest. Beware when leaving your vehicle with them, even after getting an estimate.

Was in Mt. Zion for work and picked up a nail in one of my tires. The rate it was leaking out was more then I was comfortable to making the 3 hour drive home on so I stopped in to see if they could patch it. They were able to work me in during a busy Friday and get me fixed up and on the road home. Thanks for the great service and working me in so I was not stranded.

Super fast and friendly. Had a blow out and took the wheel into them. They had the tire installed on the wheel and I was on my way in less then 20 minutes. Price was of a good value as well.

They charged for fixing lights and didn'tThey suggested it need alignment when Neil Tire in Sullivan did it two weeks before

Up until this week I would of given this store a great review but when I stopped by for a flat tire and was told they were too busy to help it just didn't sit right with me. I have been a long time customer of this shop and up until Monday I felt like I had good service. I stopped in because I had a flat tire. I was able to fill it up & get it to the shop but when I went in they said they were too busy to get me in even though I said I could leave my car there & they could fit it in between appointments. The set of tires like all of my previous ones are from Neal & I paid extra for the tire hazard coverage per tire. I don't think I was out of line to ask them to take less than 20 minutes to fix a nail in my tire but apparently even though you have been a loyal customer & paid extra for the hazard protection that doesn't matter here. I have been told by many people that this place does not have the small town feel anymore but this week I saw it for my own eyes & will never go back.

I used to be a 5 star review. Recently I took my cherokee in to get 4 new tires. The old rears were very expensive about 600 a peice. I asked to get them back because they still had life in them. When I got there they had thrown them away..

I've bought 4 sets of car tires and 2 sets of trailer tires from Neal since we moved to the area 5 years ago. Rodney has helped tremendously on several occasions and is an excellent manager. All the other employees I have worked with have been quick and professional. We also get all our oil changes here.

Called about an alignment appointment and was told by John that my wife could drop it off the next morning. I said she is going to wit on it and he said,"if she's gonna stay and wait we can't get you in for 2 weeks "! I'm done with them as long as he still works there. That was my 3rd and final straw with him and I've spent a lot of money with them.

Excellent price and service on a new set of Cooper tires!Maybe I shouldn't have been, but I was surprised Neal Tire's price on the Cooper Tires I wanted was better than Sam's Club!Let me offer a few details -- when I went to Sam's Club, there was ONE guy who was working in the back. He came to the counter when I rang the service bell. He quoted me a few prices, but had no opinion on any tire manufacturer or type of tire. He seemed anxious to "get back to work". By comparison, Neal Tire not only had GREAT pricing, but the service was waay better than what I would have gotten at Sam's. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing place! My car had so many issues and they were able to get me in quickly and fix everything at a great price! Brian is amazing! Great place! Highly recommend! My car runs better now than it did when I first got it!

Got a great deal on a new set of tires after a major blow out. New tpms sensor as well as we uncovered some additional issues along the way that were all resolved ahead of schedule. Service was great, value was great.

Had an appt set for 2pm dropped it off at 1 came back at 330 and they hadn't even touched it. So don't bother making an appt because they'll do it when they feel like it. I took my keys back and won't be coming back.

As a customer I am concerned for my health as well as the health of the workers. Even though there is a sign on the door saying masks must be worn. I was sitting inside waiting for a ride with several unmasked people. As for the service I dropped off a car for repair around 10:00 and was told it would be done in a couple of hours. I came back at 5:15 and was told it was in the shop being worked on. I ve have had this happen several times at this location. It seems like if your not staying there the staff doesn t care.

Took a small Allen wrench out of the sidewalk of our camaro which has special tires. Nearest replacement tire had to be ordered from St Louis. They had it there the next day. Polite eager to help staff made the waiting easier to handle.

Great fast service, requested for my vehicle to be done early. Brian did an excellent job on my alignment. Rodney listened to my requests and they were met with no questions asked. Very satisfied. Thank you guys. Alignment after a 3inch front and 2inch rear leveling lift. 2005 gmc Sierra 2wd

I will never take my car anywhere else. They are fantastic. Ryan and Rodney are always nice and the service is perfect every time. They never do any services without asking you first and they never pressure you to have anything done that isn't needed.

Got new tires, new tpms on 1 wheel, and an alignment. Spent around $1000. Driving home, the steering wheel is clearly crooked. It's around the 12:30 position to go straight. It also has a slight out of balance feel. Get home and do a walk around and see the ugly, non matching tpms that looks to be for an HD vehicle that they used. Took it back and they got the right tpms and it looks better. Said they fixed the crooked wheel, but it's still crooked, but not as bad. Now I'm back AGAIN less than 2 months later for tires being wildly out of balance. I've wasted at least 4-5 hours driving back and forth, making special arrangements, and sitting around waiting(I had an appointment each time too, they're ALWAYS behind). Will not be bringing them any more business.4/16/2019. Had to update my review.... free rotate and balance came with tires so hard not to want to take advantage of. Been several thousand miles on the new tires(don't put many miles on this car) and was getting vibration at ~75-80. Took 2 hours out of our day and had them redo the balance on 4/10, and it was EVEN WORSE than before! Had to take it somewhere else who confirmed that all but 1 wheel was .75+oz. out. It's UNBELIEVABLE how incompetent this place is. Not even worth returning for free, included services. Out another $65 and 2 hours of my time for someone else to get it right.

Misquoted the life of the tires they sold me. Had to go back for 2nd appointment after mistakes made at 1st one. Did "the wrong thing" to my car at 2nd appointment and now it pulls left into oncoming traffic. I can only assume they did an alignment on a car with 193000k and no new parts. Will not be back.

Just had new tires put on my SUV, and these guys stayed an hour after close on a Friday night to make sure it was done. Great service and great prices. Highly recommend them!!

I had an unexpected flat tire, called and they got me right in, on a Saturday no less. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be using them again.

Neal tire sold and installed a set of tires on my car, I waited for 3 hours, and was told the delay was because they were sent 4 tires, but one of the tires was the wrong size and the new tire was being delivered. After driving the car a few days, I discovered that one of the tires was a different size, and so I had to take the car back for a new tire to match the other 3. I expect more from a company that should be experts in tires
