Very helpful and kept to their word! My wife needed tires swapped to two new rims to replace her bent ones. The entire team at Mt. Zion Auto communicated well and got her all taken care of, even though it was outside of normal business hours. New customers for life!Service: TiresService: Tires

I recently had my 2011 chrysler 200 repaired here. The customer service was amazing. They were very informative and made sure I was updated through the whole process. My vehicle was finished in a matter of days and is running great! The employees were knowledgeable, curtious, and very flexible. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

These folks are amazing. Took my car in today.. vibrating in the rear end. Within an hour they told me it was both control arms that were broke. Quoted me $500. Fix it I said. Called me back and said they got parts cheaper and it was only $375! Car was fixed and done within 3 1/2 hours from dropping it off. Everyone at the front desk to the mechanic who fixed my car were honest and courteous. You have a customer for life. Thank you!!!!

Friendly service, family-owned. I could physically feel that a problem with my truck was affecting the handling/steering. It was a loose bolt in the steering system near the front right wheel. It was cheap to fix (because they didn't add a bunch of unnecessary repairs) AND they stayed late to get it done so I could get my truck back because I could not go without a vehicle due to childcare. This business is top class and I will definitely be coming back!

Originally called for a used tire for my van. They said they had a couple tires that would work but ended up not being able to use the tires. Had to buy a brand new tire vs used Luckily it all got taken care of and wasn t charged for the labor due to the last minute change. Totally gave me a deal. Highly recommend Mt. Zion auto and appreciate getting my van in.Service: Tires

This is the ONLY place we will ever take our vehicles to be serviced. The entire staff is very friendly, the work is impeccable and the prices are very fair.

I was in a bind, I had been to a handful of places to get a tire back on its rim and was told I would have to wait a couple days due to lack of help/employees I stoped in here hoping for better news, and was greeted by the upbeat friendly owners. The husband/owner was so helpful, while he was out fixing my tire the wife/owner was speaking with me about how much they appreciate their employees and how grateful they are for them. In a time where so much is going bad and it s so easy to be negative these two were positive, friendly, and so helpful! I will definitely be returning.Service: Tires

Josh and the crew are great! Fair, friendly, and reasonable. I ve lived in the area for 2 years and will be moving shortly, and I hope that I can find a place like this where I move to They do great work, are reasonable with their prices. I strongly recommend them! Can t beat this place I promise you!

I've used Mt. Zion Auto Service 3-4 times and they have always been kind and helpful. They charge a fair price and work well on short notice. My rating is a 4 Star because I have had trouble receiving good communication from them in the past, but my last experience with them was very satisfactory.

I cannot express enough how incredibly customer service oriented Josh, Kendra, and their whole crew are. Most recently, I swung in yesterday morning with a flat tire, already running late for an appointment in Springfield. They swooped in with an amazingly quick turn around. In less than 20 minutes they had me out the door for an incredibly reasonable price. We take each of our five family vehicles here and continue to come back and rely on their dependable and fair family business. Always support local, especially if you want to be treated as more than just another account number amongst thousands. Thanks again, MTZ Auto! I made it to Springfield just in time!

Had a leaking rear axle seal on the left rear of our older Jeep Wrangler. I googled average cost of repair ($185-$350) and what the process was. Found out it took pressing the new bearing on the axle. I decided to call to see if they could do this repair on a Jeep Wrangler and a price. Was quoted 557.34 for replacing both sides, which I thought was definitely in the ballpark from what I found on the internet. A day into the repair I got a call to let me know the quote was wrong and it would be that for the one side due to difficulty removing axle and them not knowing the bearing needed to be pressed on the axle. In the original phone conversation I mentioned I did not want to do the work myself at home because I did not have a press large enough and was the main reason I took it to a Auto repair shop! 2 more days and the Jeep was done. $799.56 ( just the LH side) I won t even go into the pricing on the parts. I m not sure where they shop for parts but I didn t find the same prices they charged me on any local part store websites. Needless to say I will not be going back or recommending them to anyone I know . It was a truly disappointing experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Had to wait over hour in lot with kids waiting for car to get done. It was suppose to be ready. Ask owner when it would be done he said he didn't know. He was very rude to this senior citizen .

Best mechanic I ve ever been to. Friendly and quick service. Super super knowledgeable and prices are amazing. Josh isn t out to make himself rich so he does what is in the best interest of the customer ALWAYS! I will always trust these guys and I ll be a customer for life!

Very nice, helpful, and fair. I ve taken past cars there and the service is always amazing. I will always stop here first for any problems with my car in the future. I would definitely recommend Mt Zion Auto Service.

Got me in last minute and first thing in the morning! Fixed my exhaust in record time for way less than I expected! These guys are awesome and I will be taking all of my vehicles to them from now on.

My Caliper came off and got wedged between my rotor and my wheel right in front of his shop, Josh came down called a tow truck and got it right in, we got it back on the road in an hour, he was beyond reasonable on his pricing, him and his wife seem to be good & fair people.. definitely recommend him to anyone in the area.
