After I purchased my 6.0 Ford F350 I became aware that there were inherent problems with a 6.0 diesel engine. I knew at some point I would have to rectify some of those issues and talking with friends I became aware of Jensen Diesel as a reputable diesel mechanic shop that is experienced with bulletproofing the 6.0 Powerstroke. With 95,000 miles I decided to have Jensen Diesel bullet proof my truck. The service Jensen Diesel provided was excellent. They kept me informed through the whole process. I even visited the shop in the middle of the repair to see what work was being performed. A sidenote, the shop was very clean and orderly; for me gave me insight that they were professionals. We are very please with the work they performed, and the price was fair. We will continue to give Jensen Diesel our business and would highly recommend them to others.Service: Air conditioning

Took my MB Sprinter diesel in to have a turbo installed. Guys had it for a day and did a great job. Also ran diagnostics on some electrical issues and managed to get those figured out as well.Best part, they did it for a lot less than Mercedes-Benz in Springfield charges me. I recently purchased a used diesel ambulance that I am going to convert into an Illini tailgate machine. Though I'm sure it had ongoing maintenance, I took it to Jensen for a check-up. They were very affordable, looked the machine over and provided needed services and fluid changes. It runs great, and I am very pleased with the customer service experience. I will continue to use them for any additional services that my Illini tailgate ambulance may need!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Had a wheel bearing issue while traveling back home to help my Mom on a Friday of course. Jensen Diesel Repair did an outstanding job getting my 1 ton truck repaired in a jiffy by early Monday morning.They were very friendly to deal with and the cost was very reasonable .They are in my phone for future repairs if needed when in the Longcreek area.I highly recommend them for your diesel truck repair needs or just routine maintenance.

Very knowledgeable and reasonable. I've had them fix a couple trucks. They will fix it right the first time and will not throw parts at it, as most do.
