If I could give more than 5 stars to Hal and Racheal I would! These two went above and beyond to help me get the tailgate replaced on my SUV. They were super helpful, stayed in touch often and truly went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the work which I totally am. It was so refreshing to deal with such friendly people and the quality of work done is outstanding. Should I ever need anymore body work done I will certainly be coming back and highly recommend Collision Solutions to anyone in need. Thank you Hal & Racheal!

What an amazing shop!! Rachael is the best to work with! I needed my daughter's car repaired within 6 weeks. They promised me they could get it done, even with their heavy workload. A little over 2 weeks after I brought it in for an estimate Rachael called and said they had an opening! A week later my daughter's car was as good as new and they perfectly matched the Fire Orange Pearl paint. You guys are the best! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Collision Solutions recently did repairs to my car after an accident, and it turned out fantastic. They matched everything perfectly and kept me in the loop all along the way. I felt in very good hands all the way from the initial quote through picking up my repaired vehicle. Have had the best experience with Collision Solutions time and time again. I have been going to them for car repairs for years! My partner's vehicle was recently rear-ended and we had the pleasure of working with Racheal, her customer service was beyond words. We had to deal with an incompetent Allstate agent who was unavailable for the entire claim process(how convenient). But Racheal went out of her way to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was able to squeeze us in to their already busy schedule, which we were grateful for. Once the vehicle went in for repair it was returned in less than a week! The vehicle looks good as new! As if nothing ever happened! They have customers for life, I wouldn't trust ANYONE else with a collision repair. Thank you guys!

From the first estimate to completion of the work Collision Solution kept me informed. They were able to make the repairs in 3 days. Much faster than I anticipated. Rachel does a fantastic job of keeping you informed of the progress of your vehicle. I took my car in for repair on Monday and needed it back by Thursday. Late Monday it was determined that additional parts were needed and the adjuster would be out the next day to approve. Next day the adjuster fails to show up. Rachel got the additional work approved over the phone and called to let me know. Every step along the way I was informed of the progress of the repair. I picked up the car early Thursday morning.Collision Solution exceeded my expectations. My compliments to Hal, Racheal and the boys in the back, all were terrific! If I could give then 10 stars I would! My husband was involved in an accident and our car was totalled. Our insurance company fought us over everything. Rachael and Hal were right there fighting with us! They went above and beyond over a 13 week period to get us what we needed. They were so on top of everything and their communication was top notch! I hope we are never in an accident again. But if we are, I will do whatever it takes to make sure our car goes back to them for repairs. They are amazing!

Everyone there has been super helpful, understanding, and kind when it comes to my car being fixed. Most places wouldn't even take me as I have an obscure insurance, but they did. They have definitely made this whole difficult and stressful time alot easier, and have been transparent with every step in the process of fixing my car! Hopefully I won't be hitting any more deer in the near future!

From start to finish this was the easiest car repair I could have asked for. Alexis was friendly, personable and kept me up to date via text throughout the whole process. They charged what they quoted and finished early! Alexis advocated for me with my insurance and pushed to have the highest quality parts installed in my vehicle. I will be recommending this shop to anyone I know who needs repairs.

There is absolutely no other body shop in the suburbs that I will take my vehicles to. The crew is spot on professional, total and complete repairs are accomplished in a timely manner, and if so desired, updates made as to the status of the work being performed.My vehicle looks better than the day I purchased it, and has no issues since the accident. They handled the return of the rental car, and all the other logistics that go into this kind of issue.Collision Solutions needs to be your first and only choice for body repairs and painting. They will have your vehicle better than new, no doubt about it.

I have always been impressed with the work done at Collision Solutions. They did a great job (and timely, also) when my everyday car was rear-ended. When I was looking for someone to restore my classic car I took the recommendation from a great friend and had Collision Solutions do the work. Nothing but satisfaction with the restoration. Hal is the owner and Alexa ( his receptionist) is a sweetheart.

Took my vehicle in yesterday afternoon for it's first detail, and I was very happy with the outcome. Coordinated with Alexis in the office, and she was amazing! Very personable and considerate. It rained before I could pick up my vehicle (poor planning on my behalf), so she kept it in the garage so I could see the final product out of the elements. Thank you, Alexis, and Collision Solution! I will definitely use these services again.

Got rear-ended in my wife's brand new 2021 Buick Encore GX, only 1500 miles on it. Collision Solution made it a very pleasant experience. Work was done perfectly and ahead of schedule. They also did all the communication with the insurance and rental car company so I was never without a vehicle. Had rust on my fender from an accident many years ago. Went and got numerous estimates for the fender and other issues. Chose one and left the car. Got back a brand new looking car 2 days later. Perfect paint match, I was so in awe I pet the fender to make sure it was real. They kept me updated the whole time, and even allowed me to choose the method of contact, since I was working and couldn't pick up the phone. Extremely kind people, Alex was very kind and knowledgeable, she explained everything clearly no matter my question. Will return, if necessary of course.Service: Body & Trim

I took my 2014 Honda Civic after being involved in a small accident. They installed and replaced my bumper professionally and in a short period of time. Alexis was the one who helped me and she was amazing. She wasn t pushy and was very honest. I ll be coming back in the future.

No one is happy when there's an accident. But if all the bodyshops had an Alexis like Collision Solution does, you wouldn't mind the time away from your vehicle! Very professional and super friendly.
