I wanna give a BIG thanks to Joshua C for helping me out any and everytime I come in. No matter if it s big or small he helps me out and gets me what I need , especially not knowing anything about cars . He helped me with questions I had about an oil change the other day and even referred me to a few shops that I can get work done at as well. He always has a great attitude and very helpful! Shoutout out to Joshua ! Thank you again

Had a receipt to an item I purchased and they still said I never bought that there. Because when I bought the item they put it under my name but a different phone number. So after arguing with a guy about my receipt being legit he wanted to see my bank statements to make sure I bought it there. Because my receipt was not enough. Then a manager came to help he found it after the other was saying I didn t get charge and that $6 +20 something added up to over 400 dollars. So I asked if I could get a refund they said yes but didn t have enough cash to give it back and he could only give it in cash he was very nice. He said come back tomorrow I ll leave a note to my manager. I said no they going to do the same thing as the first rude person that was helping. He said no, you will get your money back. So at this point I tell the mechanic to fix my truck I ll reimburse him when I get my money back. Only because they said I ll get the money back. I just needed my vehicle fix. So I go back and they said I couldn t get my money back. That the manager had only been there one year and he had to authority to give me a refund. The manager helping me at the moment said his been a manager for 8 years and not even he could make that call. If the day before they said no, your not getting a refund I would ve been ok and just swapped the items out. So the mechanic I had just meet didn t even know his name I guess bought the alternator there also. This is a person I met for five min because he was helping me with my truck. Well the manager there says oh this mechanic already bought this item for you, I don t know this mechanic I said a mechanic Is fixing my truck but I didn t even ask his name he just showed up with a tow truck n his now fixing my truck. Well my truck was already fix but now they refusing to give me a refund. And they were all rude I can hear them laughing ect in back of the store. Like I ve worked in retail before and I know not to tell a customer they can get a refund if they can t. And the last thing I wanted was to give them a hard time I just wanted my vehicle fixed. I just wanted to cry I still do. Because when my truck broke down I thought at least have warranty on the parts. So to go against like 5 guys just giving me mean stares was so depressing . Like I have enough going on just give me the money back or never say you are and aren t. At the end they swapped my old alternator with the one the mechanic purchased. I didn t get my money back but my truck was fixed. I did call customer service and a lady name Jessica reach out to me and was very nice and apologetic. But I pray to God I never have to go into another Auto Zone again. Just thinking about it is so overwhelming. They treated me as if I stole the item. Zion Auto zone

Herman Coen, the store manager, not only provide excellent customer service but installed our windshield wipers and informed us of the de-iced fluid that will be definitely needed in the upcoming months. Come to this Autozone on Sheridan and you will be well taken care of. Thank you!

I came in to test my wife's battery on her Kia Sorento. Joshua C. The Assistant Store Manager came out to test and advised that the battery was indeed dead. After some discussion, my wife and I decided to replace it at the location. I was provided the tools to remove the old battery and consulted Joshua which would be the best replacement. He gave me what I needed and I was able to quickly and safely install the new battery. This may sound routine but throughout the process, I was treated respectfully, personably, and professionally. And that means a lot nowadays.I may not always be able to go to the big box store for routine needs and if I can't, you can be sure I will be coming here.Thank you to Joshua and your associate. You made a tough day a lot easier.

This review is for my friend who doesn't have a Google account. He came to the store on 11/6/22 to get a new battery for his mom's car. When he brought the battery back to get the refund for the materials charge the manager, Herman, looked up my friend's account. He noticed the old battery was under warranty and gave my friend a full refund. With money being tight, my friend was extremely grateful for Herman going the extra mile to provide great customer service.

I went in to buy a replacement headlight and Joseph guided me to picked up the proper light bulb then installed it for me on this very cold weather. He replac d both light bulbs in less than 5 mins.He is awesome!

Let's start at the beginning. My headlight went out so I drove right to AutoZone. I told the guy what I needed and what kind of car I had. Against my better judgement I bought the very expensive bulb. The employee was very hesitant to replace it for me. After a little bit he agreed. So we go outside. He was not able to get my current bulb out. He told me I had to take apart my car to get to it. Funny because about a year ago my other headlight went out I went to AutoZone bought the bulb and within minutes it was in my car and I was on my way. In the end I left with the bulb in my hand not in my car. After a while I dug up my receipt for the last bulb $14.99 the bulb I just bought $28.99. So I went back and returned the bulb for a refund and left. I'll be shopping around today to get this fixed but never again at an AutoZone.

Went into the store just to get some new window wipers. A clerk named Danny immediately offered assistance, found us the right wipers, and checked us out. After we paid, he offered to install the wipers for no extra charge! Great service and will be going back for more help.

Worst experience in an AutoZone location!!!!! They gave me the wrong spark plug for my Cadillac and it almost exploded my vehicle, when I came back to get the correct one they acted very hostile towards me. Starting yelling at me and my son who was with me, and asked me to sue if I wanted to but I was not looking for problems, just needed my spark plugs. I cannot believe that happened and I hope those three WHITE men get fired because I COULD HAVE DIED IN THAT VEHICLE!!!

The staff here is amazing. Went in looking for an oil filter and a gallon of oil for an oil change. I usually am self conscious about looking stupid because I m not a car guy by any means but the staff was helpful as hell! Offered to help me find the right oil filter instead of letting me waste my time flipping through to book.

Visited this location as I have an "alley mechanic" that had me purchase a sensor online, twice, because he said that the first one was the wrong side. After being told the second one was also the wrong size, I visited this location to compare the part with what they had in stock. Honestly I was expecting that they would just tell me to buy the part from them, but the gentleman I dealt with was super nice and cross referenced the info I gave him, the part number on the box I brought in, and their part number, brought out the part they sold, and physically confirmed that they were all one in the same. He spent a good amount of time being helpful without making any sale from me that day, but I've definitely gone back since. (Turned out the problem was with the mechanic and after visiting a legit shop my part was installed within 20 minutes.) These guys are great and I am super thankful for their help that day!

I and my father went here to purchase a replacement heater for my vehicle. The staff member was very helpful got us the right part and check out was Great. Staff is very professional and great customer service.

+Can't complain about the store. They always have what you need and they're never out of anything either. They're also right next to Dryers automotive which is an excellent automotive repair shop.Bring them parts over and let Mike install it for you.

Lazy employeeI went in for a new battery and you could obviously tell the employee did not want to be there. He was moving incredibly slow and would barely move his mouth to talk. Incredible frustrating and uncomfortable.Nevertheless I got the battery after almost having to put my ear to his mouth to hear him.

Had to get a replacement mirror. They got it for me by the next day but it turned out it was the wrong side. They took it back and got me the right one immediately. Great service friendly people that know what they're doing.

The employees are either very good to work with or are just jerks. You never know which personality you're going to get. I try not to go there unless I half to. Hate to answer that way but you never know. Sorry guys but your people skills can really suck.

Any parts that I buy here will break within a couple weeks. Had a torque wrench that didn't even work!

Parts people are descent, prices are not to bad. Just always be on your toes. Remember to know everything about the vehicle you are working on. If it's an engine part you better know the tire size... just saying

Every time I go in they are under staffed. Its supposed to be free loan a tool but they were charging me $20 to borrow a fan clutch wrench. My girlfriend went one time and bought a windshield wiper and they refused to install it for her because of under staff. They are pretty pricey so definitely shop around for better prices. Without sounding like a terrible person The manager there is very fat and unhealthy and seems to take it out on his employees & customers. He is incredibly slow and not the nicest guy. New management is needed asap. Go to the New Orielys on 173
