Regular auto parts store. Conveniently located at a major intersection. Free tool rental. There is plenty of parking sometimes until everyone wants to fix their vehicle in front of the store instead of at home.

We were outside the store and my brother was taking out the light that didn't work from the headlights. So we could see what type of light we needed to buy. When we walked in to the store we were about to ask for the light that we needed and the staff said that they already looked up my car and have the lights in the counter, ready for me to buy. I really appreciate them for going out of their way to look up what I needed before even entering the store.

Bought big can of wd 40, it didn't spray. Went back, and found out, with the cashier trying also, that none of the cans worked but 2.They were left on the shelf, but should have been taken off and sent back to manufacturer. Waste of time driving back and forth.Limited quantities of everything, shelves very bare

On Easter Sunday I noticed the oil level on my car was a little low. I stopped in around 3:30 pm looking for a couple quarts of oil to top off. The store computer system didn't give a type of oil, both of the staff members looked up recommended oil type and weight. I asked for a paper funnel they said I can borrow a regular one that they use if needed on site. The good service didn't stop there, but I will say I was surprisingly happy. It could of been a horrible experience especially being Easter Sunday. Thank you for the great service and helping to keep my car happy!

My battery I bought less than 2 yrs ago , died Jonathan was very helpful he went above & beyond to get a new one in & installed & ran a check on my electrical to make sure it wasn't anything else. I commented that this time I want a "Die Hard" & not a "Die Easy" battery! Sorry Mom joke! Great Job everyone in the store was very friendly. I'll go for any parts I need for my car.

I see so many reviews about this manager and i cant help but to think its the same guy. Jonathan . An older man. Very rude from the start horrible customer service. Would not charge a battery that had a good warranty on it still or replace it. Argued and yelled at me. Mind you im 25 and small and this man is yelling at me. Extremely unprofessional i hear all the time how no one likes this man even by other people working there. Never go here just go to auto zone everyone is super nice at auto zone on Sheridan in zion.

Gave us the wrong sized battery while being incredibly rude, I was also told that if I hadnt stopped them putting in the wrong sized battery they wouldn't have returned it. The only saving grace is that JJ was kind enough to jump us after the whole ordeal after the manager said that a hump wouldn't be possible. Wouldn't recommend at all for service.

Only go here if you know what you need. Ignored the loose battery cable and tried to sell us a battery. Charged $200 for a battery only to be told that they sold the wrong size and return would take at least 48 hours to process. If you need a specific part, they're okay, but don't go asking for testing. Employees were rude, manager was rude, and tried to sell us a battery and tried to tell us they couldn't do a return on it. I will not be going here again.

The prices at this store are reasonable. However the employees at this location are not friendly or helpful. Can't even change a simple headlight bulb

Excellent staff, very helpful and actually know their stuff, I won't go to another parts house. Thank you to the staff for always being helpful when I visit. I recommend Advance to anyone needing auto parts. Y'all are definitely top shelf.

Pretty nice staff. Helpful. With so many auto parts stores to choose from in the area I prefer this one the best. A couple of the full time ladies that work there area very helpful. No hassle. Easy return policy.

Did you know this was a UPS drop off? I didn't, but it came in handy. Another excellent reason to shop this specific Advanced Auto. They're great at getting you the right parts, they have a lot in stock, the staff know what they're doing, and they're super friendly. Zion has a few choices for auto parts, but try here first, you'll likely pay less and get the parts you need right then.

Called these folks to see if they had a couple parts. They said they did - when I arrived at the store they had it at the counter! Unfortunately, it wasn't the item I needed. They promptly started searching, found it at their competitor! I thanked them and when I arrived at the competitor, the guy had it at the desk - the Advance Auto folks called ahead! Great customer service!

Jonathan was very rude would not help us at all! battery still had warranty and he wouldn t do anything about it. Unprofessional will never go back there again. I don t recommend this place to anyone.

Extremely helpful.staff that knows what working on your own vehicle is about. Take care of their customers, extremely quick, and courteous service. On the rare occasion they dont have exactly what I need,I've tried other parts stores near by. Always long wait and less helpful.

I have been waiting for a call now from this place for over 2weeks.. Prices are sky high !! When you walk in they are in automatic roll.. I say this cuz the seller just suggested all other things but what i really needed.. Its funny cuz that day i was the teacher !! Do your research on prices before jumping in this place for sure!!Example: look for a wheel bearing for a Dodge Caravan 2008 and you will see !

Advance auto is the only place to go in Zion for car needs! The staff is the most pleasant and helpful.I literally go to this store every day just because the people are so nice in there! It's like an episode of cheers!

I went in today 4/8/19 stood there will the guy had a full on conversation with a guy ignoring the fact that I was standing just waiting. Instead I left and went across the street to o reilly we re they helped me and acknowledge the fact I was waiting.

Christine quickly picked up the phone found all the parts that I needed brake shoes spring kits. An awesome price and felt like I was taken care of by a real professional something I truly appreciate

Definitely 0 for service. If you already have an idea about what you want when you go into this store, DO NOT confirm this with Edgar...he will steer you into the complete opposite direction of what item you need to purchase. My dad told me that my car needed 10W-40 oil and when I tried to make sure with Edgar he had me buy a lower number (ideal for brand new cars) for my car...... though i have over 100,000 miles on my car. Completely backwards advice. I'd rather he let me wonder alone than tell me bogus information because he had no clue what he was talking about. And since I purchased two containers I returned one to him saying he told me to get the wrong oil and he should have given me a free bottle of the right oil...but of course, I ended up purchasing 3 bottles because of Edgar's backwards advice instead of 2 like I originally needed to and would have if he wouldn't have acted like he knew what he was talking about.I also noticed that the employees sit around and converse with each other regardless if there are customers around or not.Sincerely,Annoyed lady who just wants to know how to care for her car.

We was traveling from florida and our truck started acting up so we went there the customer service was awesome nothing we have experienced in Florida the worker Johnny took the time to help my husband thank u guys so much we back on the road again

Went for wipers $60 later got some. Then found them somewhere else for half. Remind me to research b4 I purchase.
