If I could give negative stars I would.DO NOT TRUST THEM. Incompetent crooks.My car never had a check engine light on it, UNTIL I took it to Zeigs. Took it in for an oil leak, cost a little less than $1k. It came out of their bay missing.. my husband ran a code, and called the shop. An employee admitted that they had seen the code and cleared it 3 times before it was picked up.. and my dash was lit up before we even made it home. Husband got under the hood, and found a couple connections left undone... honest mistake... right? Because it's easier to clear a code 3 times instead of opening the hood and checking a connection. Ohkay.Anyways, code and check engine light disappeared and stayed gone after my husband reconnected the plugs.But a little over a week later, I realized it was still leaking oil. They ran dye and figured out its leaking from the gaskets they had just replaced. They offered to try again, and also let me use one of the cars in their lot while they had mine. I felt hopeful they would get it right this time.Sad mistake.My car came out missing, again. This time, much worse.I contacted the owner, and he told me I was lying, and that his employee said their were no lights, and it wasn't missing, and that they would no longer service my vehicle.. like I would trust them a 3rd time.I asked another employee who was with him, if it had been missing when they met me to trade cars back, thinking maybe it started missing after we made the switch.. he admitted to me that it was missing and jerking on the drive to meet me, and they had even talked about it.When I confronted the original employee, I was told my car was old, and things just get old and don't work anymore.Ran the code again, hoping they just left something unplugged again, this time with the code saying it's the knock sensors..That's another $1k job to even get to the sensors, for a problem that I hadn't had, until Zeigs was let under the hood of my car.Don't trust them.

Pls no matter how desperate you are do not come to this car lot. He sold us a lemon that wasn t even worth 2,000 and charged us 4,600 when we ve had nothing but problems from the battery, to breaks and headlights, alternator, rotors and breakpads. He tries to make everyone think he is such a good guy but he is verbally abusive and unprofessional to clients. Everytime we had him fix something, the car would just get worse, when he said all it needed was brakes . When we bought the car he said he had just put 2,000 of work in the car but we have had nothing but problems and then verbally abused when we ask him about the issues. He took advantage of us being young and not knowing much about cars. So the last few months we haven t been able to make a payment due to having so many car issues to deal with, plus he wanted 250 every 2 weeks, so he came and took the car back so do not buy the 2008 Saturn vue. IT IS A LEMON!!!! It s was actually discontinued due to the all the issues the model had!

Mathew Kelly , Sorry you had a negative experience , I really find it hard to believe anyone would allow you to drive a car that wasn't ready to be sold. I would really like to know who allowed you to drive a car that was not road worthy.We bring EVERY vehicle into our shop and repair any problem we find . By the way, a chop shop is a shop that cuts up stolen cars, we have titles for all our vehicles. One again sorry someone let you drive a car that wasn't ran through our shop (still hard to believe)

The car I originally asked if was available was getting sold when I walked in not the biggest deal but the next car they let me test drive had no breaks and made a burning smell . And extremely overpriced for the condition of vehicle . Would never recommend to anyone . Chop shop
