They were quickly able to rectify an ongoing issue I've had with a newly installed stereo installed at another business. They did 2 previous awesome stereos for me but at the recommendation of a friend I tried another company. Had an issue from day one. Took it back to the original installer 4 times who were never able to fix the issue. Their final advice to me was to not turn the radio up loud. Decided to dial up Sound Decision, they asked me to come in the next day, they found and fixed the issue and readjusted the sound to make it sound like it should (unbeknownst to me it wasn't playing at its capacity from the original installer).

I took my 2017 victory vision motorcycle to Sound Decision to have custom 8-in woofers and custom six and a half inch speakers put in the fairing they did the work I was more than satisfied with the work that was done it was a tad bit expensive 3300 as I recall a few years later I had some issues with the radio in my 2015 f150 Crew cab I called on Sound Decision to see if they could help me with the installation of a radio unit the unit that they offered was not something that I was interested in I asked them could they install a radio unit that I ordered that was a plug and play simple they said yes let them know and they will put me on the schedule when the radio came in so I did I called for some reason I was not able to get through I I would get an immediate voice message that the customer was unavailable so I tried another day with the same results so I had a friend call and Sound Decision answered so they were avoiding our call for what reason I don't know they were paid on a previous installation with no issues on either side they were paid in cash with a thank you and goodbye they were a bit expensive but the work was done I was satisfied until this issue with my F-150 all Sound Decision had to say was thank you for your previous business we don't like to install units outside of what we sell that would have been fine but to ignore a customer that has paid thousands of dollars for their services with no disgruntle issues on either side is appalling the only thing that I can say is that Sound Decision is not the place to take your vehicle motorcycle or any other form of transportation that you listen to music or otherwise I would not recommend Sound Decision to anyone when a paying customer can be turned away for absolutely no reason and lie to about their check to see what's wrong with their service when they know very well that they are blocking the customer that's given them nothing but admiration the work is average you can do better for less money and better results and without being treated in a discriminatory manner I will never speak well of this business or its owners ever I would not do business here!

My husband had his truck stereo installed there. He did a great job at a fair price and it was done in less than an hour. We will be taking my car in now for a remote start, highly recommended

If you have a luxury vehicle, do not take your car here. They caused an additional $900 in damage to my car and refused to pay for it. And they didn't tell me that until ignoring my 3 phone calls over a month's time. They drilled a hole in the interior window material which destroyed the way the window worked. They claimed it had to be done that way, but after taking it to BMW, they were able to do it without the drilling, and after replacing the whole interior piece. The system also sounds terrible. They didn't know how to MAP it, and even the amp company said to stay away from Sound Decision, because it was obvious they didn't know what they were talking about. They blamed it on the stock radio. Who changes the navigation/radio in a new BMW? PLEASE, PLEASE...do not take your car here. Go to a more professional company in the area.

BAD! BAD! Customer Service... These guys must have gold wires - fingers or something... they're a total rip-off and until they lose or are out of business they will continue to attempt to rip-off kids. My kid went to have a radio connector "CONNECTOR" installed (as pictured) they quoted him 2 hrs at $125 an hour... this is literally a 30 min job... unbelievable! Arrogant they are... spoke with the manager and a background singer... whom both over talked each other to show just how arrogant and delighted they were to turn away our business! Wouldn't and don't recommend!

I don t understand the bad reviews. I have used these guys to install under truck lighting, xtra battery, 2 amps and this morning a Viper alarm. Going in 2 weeks for another audio build. I have never had a problem with them or any issues with the products they have installed. Thanks guys!

Took my car to get a remote starter guy in the phone quoted me 366, went in to pay charged me well over 400 dollars he than proceeded to tell me it s because he needed to do a few extra things plus card fees would not recommend

Went last year to have them put in a remote start. After about a few days, you hit the button and the remote start wouldn t work. I had to take it back to them a few different occasions to get it to work. He said it was this he said it was that. I truly wouldn t recommend taking your vehicle to sound decision for anything over price and the work they do is not that great

I had a remote starter put in my truck and three days later I was having issues with the alarm and lox. I called Mike on the Saturday afternoon and told him about it. He closed up his shop at 5 o clock and came directly to my house and solve the problem. Everything is now working great. I really appreciate mics loyalty to his customers and his products. I would recommend him to anyone.

After reading the reviews, I felt confident going with Sound Decision. What a huge mistake that was. I had them install a remote start that never worked properly from the time we picked up the vehicle. On 8 seperate occasions over a 2 day period the vehicle would not restart after turning the engine off. I called and spoke to Mike (Owner) and scheduled an appointment to bring it in. Mike doesn't install remote starters so we had to wait 3 days for his part-time technician to come in. They had the vehicle for several hours and determined they were not responsible for their faulty installation and wanted an additional $200 to install a ground wire. I politely told Mike that I paid him the amount he quoted to do the install and i should not be responsible for his technician's failure. Mike stated my vehicle is the problem and its common to have this ground wire installed in Chevrolet vehicles. I told him we never had a problem with the vehicle not restarting. After further discussion, I asked Mike to uninstall the remote starter and requested a refund. He stated that he could not do that because the remote starter is now used. I asked him what he suggests I do now? And he replied " Take it somewher else and have them look at it"... I told him he is not an honest business man and he called me a jagoff and hung up the phone.

Sound decision = bad decision. Charged me $400 to hook up a deck and speakers that were already hooked up. On my 5 mile trip home the rear speakers already came disconnected. Also I had an appointment for 10:00 am and didn t get it back until 6:00 pm. What s the purpose of an apt then. Way over priced. Do not go here!!!!

Went in there to get my stock alarm checked out. It kept draining my battery so I finally took it in . They pretty much charged me 55$ to tell me they don't know what's the problem . Waist of my time, waist of my money . Then they tried charging me 100$ to continue an hour . And for the tech guy working on my car, No thanks. I should've never gotten charged if there was never a simple issue found. Yet my battery died in there parking lot, and they didn't even bother to ask if I needed a hand. Luckily I had a jump start in my trunk. So much for looking out for our customer right ?I'm done doing business there.

When I bought my 3 year old Kia soul, I wanted a remote start installed, and later they installed flood lights, also mud flaps. Very good friendly service and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I had autostart installed and it was not working properly. I went back to Sound Decision and Mike the owner offered to uninstall it and give me my money back if I was not happy. It turned out that small button on remote and not pressing it twice hard enough. It was nice that they offered a refund if I was not happy. Good customer service. He is not making a lot from these installs; he has rent, utilities, taxes and installer he has to pay. He also has to earn a living. Owner is honest and good person.

This place sucks. Way over priced and does a horrible job. I was quoted $125/hour and quoted 2 hours max. When I went to pick up my bill was $415 and the speaker connectors already broke after 20 min. Would not recommend bringing anything to this place even a simple job like I had.

Quoted a price over the phone, then more than doubled it once I brought the car. First he denied talking to me on the phone, then said the phone price was "just an estimate." Maybe you should mention that part on the phone! He had the exact same information on the phone as he did when I brought the car in. Bad attitude stating, "Well, regardless, this is the price." Will never return to this place.

Mike is the best around..... he s thorough and he helped me navigate through all of the options for lighting up my work truck and putting a stereo and back up camera in for me...., won t go anywhere else! He s my car audio, security, and lighting guy from now on! I d give him 100 stars if I could!

Mike did a fantastic job! He was responsive and thorough. And on top of all of that the prices were very reasonable. I couldn't ask for more and would highly recommend him and his shop!

I am so happy with the service here! Mike was so helpful, answered all my questions, and stayed within my budget. He did a phenomenal job with my sound system, and I would recommend Sound Decision to everyone!

Horrible customer service over the phone. Asked him a question about replacing a stock stereo & he replied what? . They need to work on their phone etiquette. His answer to me was we don t do quotes over the phone, you have to come here , the guy sounded like I was bothering him. What a joke

Bogus. Called looking for rates and availability for a radio install. Response: "we don't give rates out over the phone". Timeframe "Sometime next week". Now that's customer service. Won't visit and recommend others don't as well based on poor customer service like that.
