Been going here for well over a year and I've been satisfied every time. My car recently has been very dirty from transporting supplies and I decided to do a detail package at paradise. When I got my vehicle back I was shocked at how well they did. It honestly looked brand new and unrecognizable from when it was dirty. If you have a lot of miscellaneous items In the vehicle they will pack it in plastic bags for convenience. The team here is very professional and take pride in their work. I plan on bringing all future vehicles here for cleaning as I know I won't be let down. 10/10

If you go here, do not go on a day that is busy, they will rush thru your vaccum and miss a lot of stuff, This place use to be a lot better, but over the years it s just gone down hill, and majority of the staff are all extremely young, and when you ask them to wipe or vacuum an area that you notice got missed they seem very annoyed , which makes me not want to ask again, so today I went and got the 27$ vacuum wash, they say you get what you pay for but I ve even tried to pay extra to make sure it all gets vacuumed or dusted, and it s always the same thing, down the crack on the seat is a common area to be dirty, people drop stuff down there all the time, so I would think that would be an area that would get checked and it doesn t, when I m in line for the vacuum the staff are wiping down the trim of the trunk, but don t wipe down the inside of the door? It just doesn t make sense. This isn t even every thing, just what I noticed on my drive home.

The owner here is a pleasure to work with, always so accommodating! They do amazing work here, my car looks showroom ready in less than an hour. Everything is done by hand. I highly recommend this car wash. I will be a long term customer as long as long as I live in Yorkville!

This place is awesome!! I have never been anything less than ecstatic about the quality of service! From the owners to the employees, everyone takes such great pride and the friendliness is much appreciated! The details are top notch! My Blazer looks like it rolled fresh off the lot every time!! 5 star car wash! 5+ stars for customer service! Yorkville is lucky to have this business!

Good place to go, not perfect. I only go here and as dealing with mostly kids they are not perfect but always try . The owners are always there and helping their employees " local kids working ". The detail portion looks well put together although I've never used this service, I've done detailing in my youth.

They did a fabulous job! I regret not getting the back seats shampooed, - but next time! It's definitely well worth the cost, which is extremely reasonable.

I love this car wash! So friendly and always go above and beyond. I took my husband's truck to get washed and with not being used to driving it I asked if they would send it through. Not an issue, they sent it through for me. They always do a great job of cleaning the interior and drying it off. As long as they are open and I live in the area I will use their services!!! And I love that they are a small business too!

I don't typically go through automatic car washes, but when I do, I go to Paradise.They offer a very good automatic wash, and every wash comes with a hand towel dry.They are not as cheap as one of those $3 car washes you see, but they are better. I would say the prices are comparable to a gas station, but the quality of the wash and the hand dry far exceeds the value.They are open in the winter, and also provide many detailing services.Pro tip: Tip your dryers before they start drying. This prevents streaks on your windows from rolling it down after it's been dried to hand over the tip, and the dryers really appreciate it. You won't be sorry.

Unfortunately not very detailed oriented. Rims are still dirty ,ashes still all over driver door panel, dumped my bag of trash all over my center shfter/cup holders. Just not a very good job.was only car at time and had 5 guys on my car..sad face for a 27$ plus tip wash..Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuumingServices: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

I never understood the hype around this car wash as it has always been hit or miss. I paid additional fees and left my car with them for the day to deep clean my seats as well as detail the car. When I got it back and still had to spend additional time cleaning the seats and car myself, I swore to never return. Fast forward six years later, I decide to give them another chance. The was I got included exterior and interior cleaning. When I got into my car, they had not even vacuumed! When I asked the manager if my car was supposed to be vacuumed and he said they did vacuum. After I showed him the dirt and dog hair that was still all over my seats and floor, he said they did vacuum but we ll do it again I guess. I get in my car once again to leave and nothing was even wiped down; my dash, doors, center counsel, everything was exactly how it was when I entered the wash. I am extremely disappointed I have continued to give them my business over the years to only have them do what I paid for a few times.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

If you have an expensive car, this car wash is not responsible for any damage they cause to your car during the cleaning. Just be aware of it. During detailed cleaning they broke my mirror and when I broth it to the attention of the owner he said, that Paradise car wash is not responsible for any damage they caused to my car during the cleaning. They didn't give me any discount and even didn't apologize! NEVER AGAIN!Service: Auto detailing

Brought my Harley to Paradise Car Wash to get cleaned and waxed. I made an appointment 2 weeks before hand. When I picked up my motorcycle 8 hours later, rims were still untouched and dirty (once I pointed that out, he then wiped the back rim clean) and bike was only wiped down, if that, only removing some of the bug splat. He said my bike was kept clean so he was only charging me $70. I went home spent 3 hours cleaning and detailing it myself. A 3 year old child can clean their butt better than Paradise Car Wash can clean a motorcycle. I was a loyal customer for 5 years. Guys are really friendly, and did a good job I'm very happy. Alot of other washes don't have the same services as Paradise. At the carwash I used to manage you would pay twice the amount for the same service Paradise offered. Thanks guys I'll be back if I find myself in the area needing a carwash.

I have a 2013 Honda Civic. Never cleaned it since I got it. I work in the automotive business. I had oil, dark spots, and a filthy car since I get dirty from work. Did a full detail today to the car and this place made it look brand new. Highly recommend it if you need a full body detail. They did a really good job. Shout out to Chad and his fellow employees. Thanks.

We weren't sure if the car would be clean. What a great experience though! The staff was wonderful! The wash was good for what we paid too. What we didn't know was to drive over to the drying station when we got out of the wash. No signs or anything directing us so we left with spots on the car. But we'll continue to come here, now we know.

I saw some good reviews so i though this place was one of the best carwashes in Illinois, and based on the price they charge for one car was is the price for a month membership at most of all other car washes. So i though this was the place where my car is going to come super clean in and out. But i was absolutely not what i expected. U go in a machine like any other 3$ car washes than there is 3 or 4 people who cleans the inside . I thought the inside is going to come clean and shiny. But no it had dust still , no vacuum was done between the chairs the cupholders dirty still water on the outside so basically i had to go home and keep cleaning myself. I don t no if i went in a bad day but definitely not worth any penny i paid . I will pay extra i don t care i just want the good service that i paid for. But we learn from our mistakes. And plus all that i still gave a good tip for the kids. Because it s not their fault it s a management problem and not training them good .

They do a really nice job here, not too many full service car washes in the area like this one. If you are particularly picky about how the car looks, or if it is really dirty, I just follow the car out to where the young kids are cleaning the inside and drying it off and I tip them well and request they do a nice job. For a few well-placed tips and a couple extra bucks, the car looks like it had been detailed. They do hand waxing and actual detailing by appointment as well. I have never been disappointed here.

Brought a pickup in for interior cleaning and vacuuming. Did a poor job. Interior was not clean. Leaves under seats and cobwebs. I wouldn't take a vehicle to them again.Service: Auto interior vacuumingService: Auto interior vacuuming

Great place! I dropped my car off for a full service detail and was not disappointed at all. I haven't had my car detailed in 4 and a half years and it really needed it. I was surprised how good of a job they did. The salt embedded in the carpet was completely gone and didn't wick and come back. It smelled and looked like new again.Great job on the exterior as well. I had a 2 inch tar mark on my bumper and it was gone as well as the tree sap on my paint, not to mention it shines like new again and they cleaned up my headlights too.Overall couldn't be happier. Great job! Highly recommend this place.

Wow! I am so impressed. Just had my first experience here. My car had never been so clean, not even from the dealership. I only got the basic cleaning job. I dont know what it would look like if I'd gotten the upgrade! They would've brought back a new car! As a mom of 3, almost 4, I will say this was worth absolutely every single penny spent. Do yourself a favor, dont detail your car yourself. Take it here! They even picked it up and delivered it back to me!
