I was amazed at the very efficient service. I believe the oil/filter change and inspection was completed in 40 minutes. The seating area, as usual, very clean and well kept. The service attendants were helpful, informative and friendly.I highly recommend using the Yorkville Midas for automotive serves.Long time fan and patron.

This location has always had fast and friendly service. I feel very comfortable staying there in the waiting room if I have to. They always explain all services and I never feel pressured. This Midas location is my go to for all auto services whether it is a fix or regular maintenance.

Very happy with my experience at this location. I needed my exhaust fixed and the staff was very helpful, friendly and unbelievably fast to get it done. Felt like they were honest and didn t try to upsell extra work, which I appreciated. Definitely recommend.

These guys are the best! I was in a serious pinch last minute and needed to get my car in asap! They were super helpful and very kind with helping me out. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing help with their car in the future. A trustworthy place!

Terrific service! Ryan had my tires filled to perfect pressure in less than ten minutes. This location always goes above & beyond to provide exemplary guest service, & prices are always reasonable. Thanks again, Midas! I ll be back!

So you re considering going to Midas.Great customer service, but terrible for your wallet. Had to get an oil change and some work done on my brakes. Works fine, wonderful even, but when asked if I wanted them to rotate my tires while the car was up I said No, I can handle that . What do I see on my receipt after the job was done? Another $20 charge for a tire rotation.Never mind that I was already paying 2 grand for an extensive brake service- it felt like an insult as everything was served with a smile.You go here, you should be wary that you might not have a choice in what you re paying for.Not going back.

Brought my Chevy Traverse in for what I thought was a real problem. After the Midas Team went thru a step by step diagnostic check. Found that my brakes where a bad safety issue. After information was explained to me, The Midas team, fixed my car quickly. Highly recommended Midas. Price up front, explained service in detail, time frame required for repairs, polite and mechanics very professional.

They always give me pictures of anything they find, tell me the truth if it needs attention or not or if it s a concern or not. They never pressure me to get more than what I came for only inform me of what if anything else was found. Honest and helpful!

Absolutely wonderful team, service, and timing. They are the only place in the area (unless you want to go to Joliet) that has nitrogen to fill up tires! This was my first reason for coming to this shop, but the people and service are why I keep coming back. My car is my baby so I only take it to places and people I trust. This extremely short list almost always leads me back to Yorkville Midas. Another thing I love about Midas is their timing. If they say something will be done by Monday at 3pm, you beat your bottom dollar, it will be done on Monday at OR before 3pm, or I will have a call, voicemail, and a text all explaining why and to give them a call for more information. I genuinely appreciate all of my last-minute appointments they squeeze me in, let me pay over the phone, and pick up my car after hours. I refuse to bring my car anywhere else, and when something is wrong, they are the first I call... well after my dad. LolThank you again, Midas!

By far the best place around for oil changes. The BEST customer service and I absolutely love not feeling like I'm trying to be "sold" on unneeded maintenance! They'll tell me when other services may be needed but don't waste my time while waiting pulling out all of my filters and such like other chain locations. Absolutely love and won't go anywhere else.Services: Tires, Oil change

They did a fine job fixing my problem. But then I got a quote to do even more work that didn t need to be done they tried to have both real wheel bearings replaced on my truck $1700+ in work. I went home tested to see if it was a wheel barring the sound wasn t even in the rear of the truck and it ended up being a sound of a caliper being seized.Service: Steering & suspension repair

These guys are scammers! Terrible experience all the way around. I was quoted 69.99 for a full synthetic oil change. When I picked up the car, the cost had jumped from 69.99 to 79.99. The manager told me that all prices have went up. Really? I hadn t noticed! He s is the master of the obvious. Prices are up, but shouldn t jump $10 from what you are quoted. They also pulled the emergency brake and didn t inform me. Needless to say I figured it out when I pulled away. The manager is a condescending jerk. I would never do business at this Midas again. Stay away from this Mickey Mouse outfit.Service: Oil change

I've always gone to the Midas in Yorkville and have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Chris, Scott and Ryan do an excellent job explaining the problem or problems and getting them fixed in a timely fashion. Their customer service is 2nd to none.

The nicest people work here and they work hard. They are very honest with their prices and won't charge you for things you don't need/want. I recommend this place to people who live in the area.
