I absolutely LOVE my experiences with car connection! I ve known Nick an his team for years and I have always had a pleasant experience. I was in an accident that totaled my explorer and when I was told they not only had one ready to go but it was the same exact year as the one I had! Not only did I walk away with a car that I have been wanting for years but I was able to walk away knowing I would be in a safe vehicle. My children and I will always feel taken care of by the car connection team!

I recently bought a SUV 2008 ford escape from Car Connection. Nick was very helpful and very honest about all of the vehicles I was interested in. He was also very kind and nice and answered any questions I had. He also replaced the battery in my car because I had a dead battery after having the car for 2 weeks. And he kept his word. I would recommend everyone to come here if they are looking for a nice decent car. Prices are also affordable as well. I will be coming here from now on and sending people here as well to purchase from nick. I cannot thank you enough!

I have bought two cars. Very friendly people Nick Mary and Bryan were like family. Any repairs they are quick to help fix the problem. I will be buying more cars from them. Very professional. Will help work thru any problems you got. Very Honest also. If you need a car Car Connection is your best place to go

Nick and Brian are THE BEST IN PLANO! Bought my 02 explorer from them and she runs like a 2021. If you want a dealer thats looking to make you a DEAL and not just a SALE. Then look no further! I fully plan on returning in march for a trade up and cant wait! They also are chapter 7 & 13 friendly! I just got my discharge papers and they were more then willing to make a deal without drowning me in interest in the process! 10/10 hope to see some new faces there!

Runnnnn, his name is SLICK NICK for a reason. We are out of Title tax registration and plates plus car insurance full coverage mind you we had to have to do the deal for a car that he could never get running he promised to fix one thing on the car tried to fix it(failed)the car never started again. We don t have the car but we were left to pay title, tax, plates and full coverage insurance for a car we had for 3days!!!!

Great Place to find your next car, a lot to choose from no pressure no hassles, they are good honest down to earth guys who want to help you and work with you to give you a good affordable car within your price range and what your looking for, they do have financing and payment options whatever your wanting to do they want to help and work with you ! they also do work and repairs there as well, great small dealer without the hassles and pressure and extras you pay at bigger dealerships. great guys to work we bought our second car there, we are happy with what we bought there I would definitely recommend if your looking for an affordable, reliable car with great and friendly service without the stress pressures and hassles

My husband and I went to find a car for my daughter and he found us Just the one. He was very honest and polite willing to help us out anyway he could. He's a very straight up guy. And we left their with a very nice car and a very happy teenager and a great price to! We will be back for sure. Never thought we could find a car dealer like Nick in a million years. Friendly, HONEST, fair-price! I was struggling to find a decent used vehicle in my price range. We gave these guys a call and it was worth the trip! Almost 3000 miles later, and I'm still very satisfied with my vehicle.

We had spent Days searching the internet for a car. Then Hours driving around from Dealer to Dealer. As a last stop we pulled into the Car Connection. We were greeted by Nick, He chatted with us a bit then left us to look around. We found 2 cars we were interested in , and Nick went to work trying to meet our price. He came very close.We opted to take one and after a test drive it was clear the car has Demons. Nick said he would make everything on the car Right. No Hassle, No BS .and he DID ! Wow an honest used car salesman, Go Figure.Nick and his crew are Great, The Service is 5 Star .We are still looking for a 2nd car and you can trust me when I say. Our search is going to start at the Car Connection with Nick.EDIT ADD ON :We meet Nick and his crew 1 year ago when we were looking for a car. The experience at The Car Connection was so professional, I commented That the next car search was going to start with Nick. Well I have since bought 2 more cars from him and We have them all serviced there. You just can not beat The Car Connection for Quality cars, service and people.Thank you again Nick, to you and all of your crew.

Not even 1 year ago, I Stopped by looking for a vehicle from Car Connection, while I was there I met Nick.I feel in love with a 2008 Cadillac DTS Luxury Edition II. I was very skeptical about purchasing,Nick made me feel comfortable about purchasing, he even offered to hold the vehicle till the next day while I slept on it and thought about it.I came in the next day and purchased That beautiful Cadillac.When ever I had a question or concern Nick and his team were always there.I would highly recommend Car Connection for a quality used vehicle, they dont pressure you to into making a purchase, but they will guide you in the right direction, based on what you are looking for, and help you make a wise choice based on your needs and wants.Let's not forget they do offer" BUY HERE PAY HERE". Went to Car Connection in Yorkville this weekend looking for a reliable car for my family. I pulled in and was approached by Nick asking if he could help us in our search. When I told him I was just browsing he left us alone and don t pressure us at all which I really enjoyed. There s nothing worse than a pushy salesman. After having a few cars in mind I went into their office and they were nothing but professional and helpful assisting us in our search. We went over financing options, and pulled out of the lot feeling good about our purchase.

BUYER BEWARE Crooked, lying s.o.b as a human. Wouldn't give this person any business. He sells you a car for one price and then writes down a different price while filling out his paperwork. Lucky for me I have evidence. DON'T TRUST THIS CROOK.Edit:First off you tried selling me a car for 1,000.00 more than your listing price. After i showed you your mistake and went to walk out you pleaded with me to let you make 500. I then bought the car for 4200 and paid the taxes on that. You're trying to say I paid 4410 for the car and no taxes. Since you noticed you put $200.00 in it you're trying to get that 500. You also told me you put brand new tires on it. You failed to mention they were only put on the front. Leaving the rear tires on a rear wheel drive car completely bald and very unsafe to drive. I know what and how a car purchase happens. This is not my first car buying experience. But it is my first time with such a lying, despicable human being.

We went to Dempsey down the street and we actually did get a vehicle from there left out happy and with a newer and better vehicle . shout out to Nora at Dempsey!!! Luv there service!!! No BS!!!
