Found Brian years ago on YouTube looking into common problems with these trucks. Upon watching I recognized a few roads he did test drives on and shot him a message to find out he was only a couple hours away! After I was quoted by the dealership for a whole new engine (timing guides and oil pump went) I was able to get on schedule with Brian. He went over every, little, detail on my truck. Explaining everything that happened and what is needed to fix it better than before. Timing, price and his expertise had my truck running better than brand new and saved me thousands of dollars.I have always been one to think dealerships knew everything, but after talking to a real technician I quickly realized they do not. Brian and his family will go above and beyond to help get you fixed up and running correctly!Appreciate you guys!!!

Very high quality work. Unfortunately needed a timing job on my F150, but as work started I began to add on additional updates and upgrades to take advantage of the truck being out of commission and having Brian s knowledge. Brian never once complained about the last minute, additional requests I made. I truly appreciated his commitment to getting my truck running right. When I got the truck back, the engine felt smooth and powerful. I was already familiar with his work having watched his YouTube channel, but after having work done I have no doubt that he really is the best for Ford trucks. If you are still taking your truck to the dealership, you truly are missing out.

Brian did an amazing job on my truck! He is a perfectionist! I drove from Dallas all the way to Chicago to have him work on it. How much more needs to be said? My local dealer had a lot to be desired, and quite frankly.. I dont trust the dealers!The term "good enough " is not part of Brian's vocabulary. He either does the job thoroughly and complete or he doesn't do it at all! Thanks Brian!

Brian's knowledge and attention to detail is that of yourself if you worked on your own vehicle. Cleaning the mating surfaces of parts and torquing things to spec is NOT in a normal techs vocabulary. He IS the best Ford tech there is whether he believes it or NOT.. if I still lived in my great homeland of Chicago, I would take ALL my vehicles to him. I would consider driving from Colorado to Chicago if I had a big enough issue. 5 out of 5, anyone who says this guy doesn't know what he's talking about is a complete moron..

I have never visited but I will say that I have been following Brian and his videos and I would take my FORD there in a heartbeat - he is what every FORD mechanic should be - Thanks for all your great info!!Dammitduncan

Best Ford tech around, knows most of the little tips and tricks that make a huge difference. Stopped going to the dealer and made this my primary shop. More.affordable and usually done right the first time

BSG Automotive is a top-tier auto shop. I've brought my 2008 F-150 in for multiple issues. I've had a top end rebuild and two exhaust manifolds replaced on my 160K mile, 5.4L 3v, and it runs like a champ! Brian is an excellent mechanic with a great passion for what he does, and his costs are extremely competitive. Whether I keep my Ford or buy a new one, I will continue to get them serviced at BSG. Thank you to everyone at BSG.

Far and away one of the best mechanics you will ever find. This guy really knows his stuff, especially when it comes to Fords. Brian has been taking care of my 2003 Expedition since 2010 and its still running beautifully today. Exceptional Service, Straight Shooter, Quality Work, and to top it off really Fair Prices. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else!

2013 Police Interceptor Utility. Alex explained my repairs, why they were needed, and showed all their work. I feel the pricing was inline considering they used genuine Ford parts. Thank you BSG- We'll be back!

Never have been to the shop, but his YouTube videos are some of the best and most informative out there. I have saved $1,000s by watching and learning from him! I wish he was closer to Texas! He d be my main shop.

Ever since my extended warranty expired on my 2014 F150 I've been taking my truck to Brian. His youtube videos have helped me countless times and if I still can't resolve the issue I make an appointment. He and his wife run an honest business and there are no surprises. He is thorough and always let's me know if he finds additional issues that may need immediate attention(or if it can wait). Only downside is he's usually so busy you may have to wait a little bit for an appointment, but it's well worth it!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto brake repair, Engine repair

Very knowledgeable absolutely fair price fast turnaround. Had him do the timing chains on our 2016 F150 we gained two mpg just from him working on it.

Brian and family were welcoming, professional, and amazing as usual. Fairly priced, Ford/Motorcraft parts and fluids (like always), and great attention to detail. Had my F150 10spd transmission fluid serviced along with both differentials and transfer case. Clean, professional shop setting. Another 5/5 review. Found Brian's YouTube channel and couldn't be more fortunate that his shop is local. If you own a Ford this is the place to take it. Paid the exact price I was quoted for with the issue I was having, price was also very reasonable. Great shop with good people running it, they went above and beyond, and dealt with issues no one could have seen coming.I appreciate all the hard work they did on my 2007 f150, including the whole timing "kit" and a few extras on worn parts, truck runs excellent. Would recommend to anyone needing work done especially on Ford products.

I was tired of my local Ford garage and dealerships/service managers in general. Refreshing to talk with the guy actually performing the work, at a reasonable price, done at a high level as you see on the YouTube.

Took my truck to Brian after the stealership said I need a 10k engine replacement. He did the repairs for less than half that. Top notch service and attention to detail. Pride in his work is evident. BSG is owned and operated by Brian. He is a Ford Repair Specialist with a YouTube channel I follow. Had an appointment in August of 22 for my F150. 100,000 miles at the time. Installation of new timing chains, tensioners, cam phasers. New water pump and new High Output Oil Pump. And whatever else needed replacing.Runs a honest shop. Won t sell you what you don t need or want. Highly recommended! 765 miles home without any hiccups!

We want to thank him for the incredible videos he produces. They are the best! Very informative if you want to fix the problem yourself. I can't say enough good things about BSG Automotive. Brian and his wife Michelle are wonderful people and I would never think of taking my truck to anyone else. I know when I leave his shop that every bolt he touched is torqued to spec and repairs have been done right. And even with such a high standard of work the price is more than fair, I have never once felt like I overpaid, even for rushed or difficult work. With no other mechanic would I feel the confidence to have my truck towed to his shop in the middle of the night for a no start condition knowing that not only will my truck be diagnosed and fixed properly but I'd pay a fair price for it too. My wife and I will soon be moving away from the area and one of the things I will miss most is BSG Automotive. Brian's expertise, honesty, and professionalism makes him the best in the business and if you take your Ford anywhere else you're doing yourself a great disservice.
