Woke up this morning and had a screw in my tire. Realized I have warranty under my tire. Took it to Belle tire and without question they got me in right away. Fix the problem and send me on my way. Very quick service. Great customer service amazing crew can t speak highly enough about them Definitely gonna keep my business with Belle tire in Yorkville

BEWARE!!! We spent over $1,800 on 4 brand new tires for our truck at the Yorkville location. One of the tires had a leak the first week so we took it back in to be fixed and/or replaced. Belle Tire told us they would not replace the tire but they would fix the tire. A couple weeks later I'm driving on the tollway (doing about 75mph) with my wife and daughter in the truck. The pressure light for that same tire came on and my tire was completely flat within approx 2 minutes. Thankfully we were able to pull off the highway without getting into an accident. We found a firestone near by. I took the tire and rim off in the pouring rain and took it to Firestone. Firestone not only told us, but SHOWED us on the tire where Belle only plugged the hole. The plug had fallen out while I was doing 75mph on the tollway. I could stick my finger through the hole in the tire. Firestone explained that the correct way to repair a tire is to patch it and then plug it. They showed us the inside of the tire where you could clearly see there was no patch or any reminnenets of a patch. We had the tire fixed the correct way and by the time all was said and done I was out an additional $200 for the Uber ride and tire. We went to belle tire once they opened and explained everything that happened including pictures of the tire and what Firestone showed us. Their only response was, "I'm sorry that was your experience." They did not offer to reimburse us or at the very least say they would look into matter, so that this doesn't happen to anyone else. After some select words we were offered a free oil change, as if I would ever bring my truck there for service again! Do NOT do business with them! I would hate to see this happen to someone else and it have a different ending.

They're customer service is pretty good. However, don't buy their Goodyear tires whether it's Kelly or any one of their other brands. Because Goodyear customer service is absolute garbage. They offer rebates and then they don't honor them. It took me 5 phone calls to finally get them to send me a rebate, and they only sent me one when I was supposed to get two. It only got resolved because I went to the Belle Tires in Yorkville and their general manager helped to me process to Rebate.Rather than deal with Goodyear and their incompetence he offered to give me an oil change which resolves the issue because I really don't want to deal with Goodyear. They're (Goodyear) customer service is absolute trash. I give them 4 stars because they're provider Goodyear hurts their business. Goodyear tires deserves 0 stars, but I can't give them 5 stars because they work with such a terrible company.

I was delighted with my purchase and service at Belle Tire in West Chicago. Matteo Carrasco professionally informed me of my options, and the team installed and aligned four tires in under an hour.I always get three quotes before making a significant purchase, and Belle Tire was the best quote. They gave me an installation time quote of 60-90 minutes and invited me to relax in their clean, comfortable waiting area, with drinks and snacks for reasonable prices. Thank you for the excellent experience.

I just stopped at Belle Tire in Yorkville, IL. I pulled up along the overhead doors and seen a worker walking along whose name is Cody. When I pulled in I noticed area where you could stop and fill your tires at no charge. I needed just the opposite as I had my wheels Powder Coated and picked it up a few days ago. Instead of being 33psi they were all 45 to 50psi. Cody directed me to meet him at the compressor and helped me out by lowering all tires to 33psi.I didn t know it at the time however he is the General Manager there. He could have been doing a 100 things yet he took the time to help me. He didn t know I was Disabled due to the fact it is a Neck & Back injury with over 9 Surgeries. He didn t know it at the beginning yet he took the time to help me. So, if your in the area and need anything stop in there at Belle Tire, ask for Cody and tell him that Rick with the Red Ford Explorer sent you. There is no financial gain for me as all he knows is my first name & that I drive a Red Ford Explorer.

I'm very pleased with the service we received at the Yorkvillle Belle Tire. From the start, they presented options more clearly than other local shops. They were fast and professional when installing the new tires. We picked up a nail within a few weeks of getting the tires and Belle Tire repaired it for us quickly and free of charge.

Long story short. Do NOT TRUST THEM with the time and date they promise to be done by.Dropped off my car at 9am for a 3 hour job. Called at 230 and they promised me it would be done soon. I called them back at 430 and they told me it wouldn't be done today and that they are closed Sunday so I can pick it up on Monday. They gave me 33% off to make up for it. But that doesn't cover a ruined weekend of errands and obligations to help my elderly parents.

They said i needed my front shocks replaced, paid them $800 and they put shocks that were 10x worse and have to take it somewhere else to get new set. complete scam and out of $800

Absolutely horrible. Got my brakes and rotors done and a few weeks later my entire car would shake when I brake. Took it in and sat for hours 3 separate times until they finally said the rotors are warped. Made ANOTHER appointment to have them fixed and sat for an hour until they told me the systems were down and I d need to come back. Would NEVER recommend this place.

High praise for the Belle Tire team in Yorkville. Took my car in to repair a persistent air leak in a tire. Had already taken the car to another tire shop who charged me to remount the tire but that didn t fix the leak. Stopped by Belle and they quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty valve stem. They replaced it and the problem is fixed. Best part is that they didn t charge me for the repair even though I did not buy the tire from them. They could have easily gouged me but instead they earned my trust. Will definitely come back for future tire needs. Thanks Belle Tire!

Had my husbands truck towed in for a valve stem replacement. The tire was beyond repair! The team at Belle found a perfect deal on some tires and got us back on the road quick! Great communication and customer service at this Yorkville location.

I took my truck honda pilot just for an oil change and Mateo Carrasco was the one who helped me and he was very kind and very professional in his work. He also did a safety check at no charge and found that one of my tie rods was a little loose and helped me with the pricing as well to get a good price to replace it , I recommend this place 100%, they are very professional and especially Mateo Carrasco!

I had the best experience and worry free on 9/12/2023.I had taken my car in for a tire leak. I was a little concerned on cost but the team over at Belle Tire took all those concerns away.100% professional and gave me all the options possible. This will be my recommended tire place going fwd.100% customer satisfaction for sure friendly and professional.

I had 4 Goodyear tires installed 5 days ago. Belle had the best price that I found on the internet plus there were some rebate offers included using a Goodyear credit card. The tires were installed very quickly and Kyle (store manager) was very helpful getting all the rebate paperwork. There was a misunderstanding on the details of one of the rebates and Belle offered to resolve that by giving me the rebate amount off on a future service. I had a 4 wheel alignment performed today (took less than 30 minutes) and Belle was good on their word giving me the rebate amount off of the alignment cost. Bottom line, the cost of the alignment and the tires was very fair, the service was performed very fast and the staff were very professional and friendly. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends and I will be using Belle Yorkville for future tire purchases.

I got my tire s here bought the service contact pulled in to have my tire s checked and was told that we have a free air machine on the side of the building . Not what I expected to hear what did I pay for? I drive 100 miles a day don t have time to deal with this

I rarely ever leave a review and when I have, they have only ever been positive ones. This is unfortunately not the case. I schedule my appointment online on a Monday for 6pm the following Thursday. I received an email the day of saying my appointment was changed to 5pm. No request or contact attempt made. This would not normally bother me however, I scheduled the appointment for after work and have a 2 hour commute. Seeing the time had changed I had to abruptly leave work. I would have just changed my appointment however I desperately needed new tires and did not want to prolong getting new ones any longer . During my commute I ran into traffic and found I would be 10 minutes late. Being courteous of others time, I contacted belle tire at 4pm and let them know I was going to be a few minutes late and questioned the reason behind the appointment change. I was told everything is going to be ok .. and unknown reasons for the email I received. I was told to continue my attempt to make it by 5 and they would still be able to service me. Now, other than the condescending everything will be okay none of the above warranted a poor review at this point . I understand glitches in systems and mistakes. However, I asked specifically if my appointment time remained at 6pm on there end and if arrived at 510, if they would be able to service me at that time or if I d have to wait until 6. They confirmed they could take me at 5 when I arrived. I arrived between 5 and 510, shared information about the email and showed it to the staff checking me in. They said it may be due to the time difference where there headquarters are located. I was not looking for the exact reason why, just wanted to let them to prevent this happening to another customer and their staff. I asked what the expected wait time would be expecting it to be an hour and was told they were backed up and it would be close to 2 hours. Further explaining the conversation I had just had with another employee saying they would be able to take me at 5 without an issue, they then apologized and said they would get to it right away. I sat for an additional hour and 25 minutes before they had even brought my vehicle into the shop and ended up being there for 2 hours. Had they told me during my initial call that they were behind and to come in at 6, I would have been understanding. Again, things happen. But I gave multiple opportunities for them to be honest about the actual time of the appointment and how long the wait would be. I felt that they were completely dishonest and inconsiderate of not only my time but several other customers waiting on there vehicles. After having to abruptly leave my job, take personal time off for having to leave early, rush in heavy traffic for 2 hours making an effort to be on time ? Whatever time that actually was, AND giving the opportunity without complaint for them to tell me to keep my original time because they were behind, I get the runaround, lied to about wait time, and condescending remarks as if I m an unstable woman about to throw a temper tantrum. FYI, if you re in a situation where a woman is simply addressing discrepancies in efforts to prevent things from happening to other customers and your staff, just speak to them like a human After informing the garage manager? That I had been waiting an hour and a half at this point and my car was not even on the lift, he offered a free oil change which I decline because I do those myself. Just be realistic and honest with your customers and train your staff how to speak to women like humans (who may actually know a thing or two about vehicles) and not toddlers.

From the get-go they were professional and polite. They seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer and followed up accordingly by having my vehicle done in a timely manner, providing updates and suggestions for additional maintenance my vehicle needed. The pricing was competitive and even though it was a town over I had no problem traveling to have my vehicle serviced.

Beware of Belle Tire in Yorkville! Went in for service for an oil change and tire rotation and came back out with one of the GTR headlights missing. Called corporate and they sent the store the surveillance video and they invited me in to watch the video. When I reviewed the video with Cody, you can clearly see the technician standing on the driver side of my truck which ended up having the missing headlight. Once I pointed out that the technician was standing there I was told that he was checking the oil and I told him that the dip stick for my truck is on the passenger side. He then proceeded to follow me out to the truck and pop the hood to find that I was correct and the dip stick is NOT on the driver side. This was the only shop that I had taken my truck to. Was extremely excited to see this tire shop come to town since they offered such low prices for their services, however, I now see that at least at the Yorkville location, you get what you pay for. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service at this store.

Decided to give Belle a shot balancing my tires. Discount installed them a few months back and never felt right. Twice they balanced them from new. I was told by my Nephew, give Bella the tires and have them Road Force balance them. Seeing as Suburban tire wanted $50 a rim, I went to Belle. They gave me a great price to balance and rotate the tires, much better than Suburban. Excellent service and customer satisfaction

Great service, friendly, and knowledgeable. Recently got two cars aligned, straightened out steering wheels that have been crooked for years and really appreciate it, super fast service. For some reason other shops were never able to straighten the steering wheels. Appreciate the service and honesty.

I had to have a tire replaced so I brought in my explorer. Well when they took and dismounted the tire from the wheel and mounted the new tire somehow my rim got messed up all around the center cap area, and I have black rims so it doesn't look very good! Well this was 2 months ago now and I'm dealing with Glenn, he keeps telling me the guy to fix my wheel won't call him back. Well you need to fix my wheel, I'm tired of waiting, or get me a new one!

These guys are awesome! They re not there to just sell you on anything and everything like some places! I originally got a quote for brakes at a different belle tire but I heard nothing but good things about the Yorkville location so I wanted to go there. They were able to schedule me and work with my schedule when things changed. They were cheaper than any other location, and they were super fast with the work! They truly did an amazing job, the customer service was impeccable and Johnathan was awesome!! Thank you Belle Tire!

Woke up to a flat tire. It turned out to be the tire valve. Brought it to Belle tire and Cody took care of it in minutes. I was expecting to pay the minimum for labor at least, but the kindness and professionalism of Cody showed me otherwise. Very grateful to know there are still good people that have common sense and understanding. I will do business with them for sure. Thanks Cody!

My technicians Kyle and James at the Yorkville, IL location were very professional and helped me with getting quote for my car. My daughter was on her way to work, and she experienced a flat tower. She called me low and behold that she did not have a spare, so we drove up to bell tires in Batavia. And they were so amazingly helpful that they even came and took off our tire and brought it back to the shop and return to put the new one on these guys were amazing all of them that were working that day. They really showed me that customer service is their number one goal. I give them five stars they want above and beyond for us. I was shopping around for new tires and let me just say I had a much better experience at discount tire than belle tire. At Discount tire they seemed like they wanted to earn my business. Discount tire gave me a great discount on the tires which belle tire didn t even try to match up, and at discount tire they even loaned me a tire free of charge while my tires arrived at the shop due to I had a big nail in one of my tires, something belle tire wasn t willing to do either. Overall my experience at discount tire was really great and really tried hard to earn my business opposed to belle tire that didn t seem like they wanted to earn my business and really left me overall dissatisfied with their customer service. I live in Yorkville and I drove all the way to St. Charles because of the great service discount tire provided me!
