I walked in wanting some information on the struts I needed for my lexus, they were friendly but didn't know much about parts. I was given the wrong item to buy, but luckily I noticed it before ordering. So I ended up buying struts on ebay.

I recently stopped in to purchase new wiper blades for my SUV. Lisa helped my find the front and back wiper blades quickly and offered to install them. She was knowledgeable and efficient while helping me and even answered some other questions. I appreciate her being so helpful!

I cannot say enough about this store! Everyone in there is very knowledgeable. Tonight though the manager Robert R went above and beyond to help my son with fixing a part on his car. The customer service was just amazing. Even his coworker was amazing with helping out. I won t shop at any other location! Thank you Robert again for all your help!

Stopped in for wiper blades the girl at the counter offered to put them on for me. She installed front and back ! Always friendly here when I stop in this particular location. Thank you Lisa for the installation of my wipers.

Lisa was the best. She helped me with my windshield wipers and saved the better part of what would have taken me an hour. Her recommendations for products to use and her attitude are why I come back time and time again. The store was clean organized and the staff I can't say enough about them especially LISA!

Robert at Autozone in Yorkville, IL is a genius! He helped me figure out if my alternator or battery was the problem and checked them! He knows his cars! It took him 15 minutes! He's honest and gives good advice! Thanks Rob!

I have been shopping at this location for ten years now and never had a problem. Always usually have what i am looking for and impressed on the knowledge the female employees have. If the employee you are talking to can't answer a question you have they ask other co workers, unlike other similar stores. And if they don't have what your looking for they can usually get it the next day

Alexis the store parts manager was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and extremely helpful today. It was busy in the store and he was doing a million things at once yet his customer service skills still shined! I highly recommend this location and if Alexis is working you know you are in good hands. Thanks You!!

Daughters car needed a battery. Got one right away and asked if they would be able to install. It was a cold night and not a pleasant time to do it, but Troy got it done and got my daughter driving again. The service was appreciated.

They are usually so helpful when I go in because I know absolutely nothing about cars. Not today. I bought a rear wiper and asked if someone could show me how to put in on. She was adamant that they won t help. She didn t even know. I asked if someone else could help. Her reply was that they don t do that. Very rude.

came in for a new blower motor for a 2009 Pontiac g6, the guy at the counter was not only very rude and had a huge attitude with me but he ended up selling me the wrong part after trying to argue that the part number i was looking for was the incorrect one, so i purchased the one he told me was correct and it s not. I now can t return it either since i did install it into the car for a short period of time, $110 down the drain. Not happy

Great place to go for your auto needs. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One employee in particular named Joe U exemplifies these traits and is an Elvis fan to boot. What else could you ask for ?

Best service from Melanie.. Got a set of injectors.. One in the box was no good while my truck was down ..called her she tracked one down and had it sent to me ..awesome took 5 minutes on the phone ..plano store could use some learning from her..great job ..thanks

I bought a battery $180 here...I asked if he could put it in, it was at night, he says "well yea if I could see" (my son says he has a light) the guy ignores him, just staring at us, then says "have a good night" and forgot to give me my battery!! I'm like um I need my battery...he says can u tell its a long day....like really...terrible service at this location.

Had to get a new battery and Melanie was very helpful, even helped me install it because of my broken hand. All in all had a great experience and found the place to get all my car parts!!
