Nate and Dillon provided the best customer service experience I've ever had. I stopped by one evening needing a new battery and left a satisfied customer.

Most excellent customer service I have ever received at any auto parts store, I went in yesterday on a very hot day to get my battery tested and when the test came back as failed the associate Nate took me back inside the store to purchase a battery for my vehicle he than offered to replace the battery on a very hot day, he than proceeded to take the battery outside and had such a great attitude the whole time. Thank you advanced I will most definitely be coming back.

Rude, unhelpful and a poor attitude.Second time I've tried too do business with advance and it will be the last. O'REILLYS was completely the opposite.

Steve was extremely helpful in finding the color match spay paint I needed. Unfortunately he did not have it in stock. He looked it up to see if he could order it for me but could not get by in time for my needs. But wrote down the numbers for me so I could continue my search for it.

Says they're open till 9pm, yet i get there at 530 pm and the door is locked but all the lights on, i called and it rings about 8 times then nothing not even a voicemail, called again and it only rang 3 times then hung up on, maybe someones there but they dont wanna work so not answering the phone or letting customers in?

brian was amazing !!!!! had been looking for u joints on a 69 camaro , after days of trying to buy one at several different auto parts stores with no success , took brian 5 seconds to tell me what i needed and why i needed this specific one i was very impressed with his knowledge, thankyou brian as my car is now on the road once again i would give you 10 stars if possible

Steve is the best! I called 10mins before closing and Steve found my part quickly and for a great price, He even offered to stay a little late so I could get my part. Life saver honestly.

The management doesn't honor warranty at this location. Rather condescending too. Don't go here. Not sure why I got the best parts at the higher price.

didn't know how to do a return and I got lectured worse than my parents would when I tried to exchange a part. went to the one in Montgomery and had 0 problems with what I was trying to accomplish here.

Worst service in the world I had a defect in a transmission line and they accused me of switching that and packages the manager was terribly rude called corporate to complain nobody ever called me back
