I purchase a Honda civic from this dealership four years ago and runs great. No problem at all. The owner is professional and honest. He even offered a free oil change for 1 year and good warranty. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

The gentleman that sold me my vehicle assured me it was in good running safe condition. That he would put his own daughter in the vehicle. And 1 week later I'm looking at a 2,000.00 repair bill for major mechanical problems. I test drove it, my husband test drove it. And it drove and felt fine. However, turns out it had a coolant leak, brake fluid leak and a fuel leak. Granted I didn't smell the fuel leak. We checked the fluid levels and they must've topped everything off before we got there. I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone!!!! I called them and they were like oh well.

Great prices and a very nice dealer, he will go the extra mile to provide their customer with what they're looking for. Highly recommended if you are thinking about getting a car.I was amazed by all the bad reviews at first, but they were all talking about the previous owner of this dealership. The new owner is awesome, check it out yourself!

I am 18 and recently bought my first car here. I managed to snatch up a great car from here, I managed to get myself a 1995 BMW 325i with just under 140,000. Originally, I was planning on buying the 1995 Mustang that they had. The night before I bought my car, I went here to check out the Mustang. I had my friend with me, and did not have my parents with me. I asked to test drive the mustang and the salesman was very rude and said I could only test drive it if I was going to buy the car right then and there. ( I believe this is ILLEGAL, they can't force you to buy anything). I probably should have cursed him out and left when I think about that now. I went back the next day, and I visited there 3 times that day. The first time I was there, I told them I was coming later on that day with my mom to look at the mustang. When me and my mom looked at the mustang, it turned out to be a piece of junk. We then looked at the BMW, and it ended up being a great car. Later on me and my dad went there to look at the BMW, and we then put down a deposit on it. We went back the next day and paid the rest of the money for the car and pick it up. Well we were taking care of the paper work, the one sales man took it to put gas in it. He was gone for like a half an hour, worrying me about where he just took my car. well me and my dad were waiting for him, the lady that took care of our paper work apparently messed something up and she then said we owed another $100. Currently our problem is that we had to buy the licence plates from them, and 2 MONTHS LATER, THEY STILL DO NOT HAVE THEM!!!! WE ALSO DO NOT HAVE THE TITLE PAPERS!!! Every time we check with them, we get told the same thing "Check back in a couple weeks.". Right Auto Sales sold me a great car, but I would not recomend buying your first car here. Luckily my parents helped me with this or else I would have gotten stuck with a bad car!

Be careful, don't trust these guys. When i was buying a 2013 Malibu, they din't let the mechanic check it, i knew something was wrong with the engine since it had signs of engine repair. Now they changed their name into Galaxy, because they had too many negative feedbacks. Their boss was rude stating that they don't care about customers and you either buy it as it is or not. STAY AWAY!!!

Seemed alright at first, but quickly went down hill. Asked if i could make a return on a car part and they said it was fine. When i found out the part didn't fit my car (which they said it would so i guess they're not very good at what they do) i brought it back next day and they wouldn't take it. Eventually took it back and kept 20 dollars from me saying i wasted their time... Extremely rude and horrible service

I can't believe all those negative reviews I bought 2 cars from this place and they are super good I really love their customers service specially the manger Fadi he so good with customers and try his best to make you walk away happy with a great deal

Probably one of the worst "dealerships" I've ever been to all staff from Manny, to the owners dad there were complete jack wagons, fadi seemed cool at first, yet really from all workers there they made me feel unwanted and like a burden, tried to blame me for a car issue they had when I was going to test out a car and multi cars in there lot had dead batteries or haven't been maintained, stay away at all cost ( I gave him multi times to make up and he disappointed me two weekend in a row / ignored txt and calls),

I bought a 1990 Cadillac sedan deville it had 103,000 miles on it it was very clean inside and out it was a well taken care of preowned vehicle I purchased the car for 2,995 I put about a 140,000 miles on it all thought I had to recharge the a/c no major problems MZ the sales guy took very good care of me I got my plates in a month in a half not to bad ....I'm into mustangs/Camaros/and trans-ams...I never thought id buy a caddy the reason I sold it was because I was offered full Kelley blue book for it which was 5,800 I regret ever selling still to this day I've had several friends and family members purchase vehicles from right auto sales great experience I would recommend everyone I know to do business with them hands down...when purchasing a used car escpecially a 1990 it was risky but it turned out to be one of the best vehicles I have ever purchased used I will continue to do business with right auto sales in the future a great set of guys...as for the cars that were purchased by friends and family no problems very family oriented people and agreat experience I will conyinue to do business for years to come....thanks Joe Churak of evergreen park Illinois

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Shady dealings wants cash for a car they don't even have a title for... Don't buy a car from here
