Corey (Cory?) is a very helpful and smart individual. We spoke on the phone a few times for a serpentine belt kit. When I came in store for something unrelated on a different day, Corey remembered who I was and even updated me on the status of the belt kit shipment without even asking. Unfortunately, it has been over 10 days since I was told the kit would be there. Kit still has not arrived. The store associates are very helpful and professional. If i could rate Corey, he earned the 5 stars.

Wow! Lauren. Give this woman a raise. Promote her to the highest. She is competent. Kind. Efficient. Gracious. Damn, this store is lucky to have her. Just another reason I love O Reilly s. Thank you, Lauren, for making my ride safe again.Update. Corey and Frank are rockstars too. This place is great!

I use the laundromat nextdoor. I don't drive. But the workers here are awesome. I see who and what they deal with. Giving expert care and work to help their customers. I've seen frustrated customers ready to explode. Leave happy and glad they stopped here. Keep up the good work all.

From the minute I walked in, I was greeted by everyone behind the counter! Looked up my part for my 06 Mercedes Benz e350, needed brake pads and rotors and the nice gentlemen behind the counter gave me the best quality and best warranty for my buck! Professional and very straight forward! Danielle is also a very kind and polite store manager! You don't see many of those. Helped with finding my oil filter and oil a couple of days ago! Thanks you guys!!

I have been dealing with you guys for the past 3 years. Th guys in there were treating the customers very nicely til the past few months. You guys been giving me the wrong parts. Plus, the way you guys deal with your customers is unprofessional. Yelling at the customer and making them wait for an hour when it s not busy at all. There is no need for all that bogus service. Since the past month I have been ordering my parts from some other stories in the area. I used to tell all my customers about how professional and very welcoming you guys are, but from now on I m tell all my customers to not deal with you guys at all. Additionally to that, even some of my customers are complaining about how bogus the service is. All we need from you guys is a friendly service and professional dealing with your customer. Keep in mind. Your customer are you key to succeed.

Was in here recently when it was busy so there was a few people ahead of me. A chubby girl with reddish hair walked in while the phone was ringing, saw the line, and took a deep breath then said all you people need to go home before answering. Everyone in line heard and shared a laugh at her unprofessional and miserable behavior. Luckily I was helped by a different employees who was very polite and helpful.

Daniel at the counter found spark plugs for my 1997 Mercury outboard in seconds. She also looked up the gap on what they were supposed to be. So nice and friendly thank you Daniel

From the minute I walked in, the young man behind the counter was very professional and courteous and helpful. I was told that they would have a rear window windshield wiper for my Chevy Equinox and they did. He treated me with respect and courtesy and even installed the rear wiper without me having to go out there while I was signing up for their rewards card. He was quick too and did a good job. I highly recommend them.

Once you manage to get the attention of someone (takes numerous attempts) you're told to wait. Apparently they can't talk and stock a shelf at the same time. You're told (not shown) where you can find what you're looking for. Only they were wrong. Twice. FINALLY they checked stock. Don't stock it in this location, even though the website said they do - and that it was in stock.

This place is terrible, bought a part was wrong part went to return guy tried to tell me he didn t have enough money to return it then didn t want to return it because I bought it from different store when I didn t it was that store . The older guy was there when I bought it just sat there with his mouth shut. The sales person with cross tattoo on his neck who claims he is the manager. This place dose not know how to do business. Stay away there over priced also 57.00 part only goes for 33.00. Worth il location. Alsip location is cool.

They have very bad service from Girls she had the curly hair , When I come I said hi she looks to me yeah what do you need , And when I left I said thank you she said nothing that s not nice for the customer service they have to be nice they work with nice company !

They usually know how to help you. Girl employee sold me some bulb grease said it was only a dollar, didn't check but when I got home it was $1.49. Only 49 cents difference, but don't tell me a price of something if you don't know what it is. That is why I do not work in a auto parts store or Home Depot or Menards, because if I don't know what the hell I'm talking about, I do not want to work there. People coming to find something specifically and if I don't know where it's at I'm not going to say I don't know or, send him somewhere where it's not.

Got to hand it the guys working here. I went to autozone and pepboys lookin for a spark plug for a motorcycle that's 35 years old and I got told we sell car parts your going to have to go to a motorcycle shop. So for the 5th time I couldn't find what I needed at autozone and pepboys and yet again O'Reilly's took that extra step to help me out and had the parts. They took that extra step and spent the time to do their best on finding what I needed.

Could be better, Joe was exceptional here and did better than anyone here.The store has seemed to crumble!
