I am a first time car owner and I would say First Auto Repair is very helpful. They have informative team members. They listened to exact details, found the problem quickly and executed the service fast. Prices are reasonable depending on the service. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop!

I give them 3 stars as of right now not for there work but for I have been calling by the front desk and asking about my car because I m concerned which I give them respect for being respectful and patient with all my questions what I don t appreciate is them keep telling me my car is next and they set goals and I believe they will get it done so I call the next day and they say the same thing as last time guys I would really appreciate it if u would tell me he can t give u an exact time because we are still working on the car in front but I can call u when ur car is being worked on. Point is don t tell me your goal is to get it done by the end of the day if you don t know if it will get done by then ( will have an updated review on the work they did and I will post pictures to see if they did what needed to be done

I got a job there about 6 months ago and they gave me 2 weeks to see if I could hack it they cut me at the end of the 2 weeks and told me that the 2 cars a day was not fast enough and they only paid me $15 an hour expecting me to know everything about every car and also every car that came in that was a chevy they didn't put full synthetic oil because and they put regular oil in which is probably the reason why 5 chevy traverses were sitting outside waiting to get engines this place doesn't know they're but from a hole in the ground I know work at a shop making $15 an hour and am appreciated for what I can do also the father, son and the shop manager act like the boss and have different agendas dont go there go across the street or any place elseService: General repairs & maintenance

They ve had my car for about a week now, I m On my way! To get it back now. I literally called everyday my car was there and they didn t seem irritated with me and was very helpful explaining what s going on with my vehicle. They literally answered every question I had with no problems or at least no problems while I was on the phone ( I know I was irritating them they handled it soooo well!) very great customer service. Will let you all know how the car runs with a update in a couple days.

La Donna is a really great person. Extremely helpful, very professional and pleasant. I would recommend First Auto Repair to friends and family.I have no complaints and have only had good experiences.

I went to First Auto Repair to get new set of windshield wiper blades. The customer service representative was extremely kind and helpful. The auto repairmen exchanged the old windshield wipers blades(3) for the new sets , which took approximately 15 minutes. I realized the service that I needed was not time consuming or hard to do, but I'll still recommend First Auto Repair as a place to get your car serviced.

Both Abe Jr. And Sr. We re men of honesty and integrity and working with them was a breeze I m very happy with the result and would definitely return and recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repair at a fair price. They have a great location and were able to handle the things I needed done quickly and professionally and fairly.

I purchased my car from right way auto in midlothian who does the warranty of their cars maintenance thru this place. Poor choice of dealer then one day after purchasing the car the check engine light comes on. I brought the car here and they briefly looked at the car then told me to bring it bck in two weeks for further diagnosis which made no sense. I bring it bck then after not getting any update I call n was told they wouldn t get to look at it til Thursday which I had to come bck n get the car as it was Tuesday n that would mean I d miss more wrk. I bring it bck Thursday n was told I was first in line only to never hear anything. At this point it is now Friday n who knows if the car will even get to be looked at period. If I can save someone the grief of using this place for anything from this here u go I m missing money, time n possibly purchased a lemon but wouldn t know due to their lack of concernService: Auto engine diagnostic

Don't go there, they didn't do anything with my car. They just left it worse than it was, very disappointing, they were acting like they don't careIf you wanna lose your money and have a very bad experience go to this shopI do not recommend this place, they are bad, BAD

It's amazing this place has business....What a joke.I came in and asked if I needed an appointment for an oil change.1. I was looked at like I was truly bothering him just walking in.2. The response was that they only do oil changes from 8a-10a on the weekdays (they are closed on the weekend) and up until 4p on Thursdays (it just so happened to be Thursday)3. The attitude I received after just asking the front desk person a simple question was very disgusting.Again I ask, how in hell does this place have business? Do better! Seriously

I tried calling to get a rough estimate over the phone I knew wich part I needed and before even asking these money thirsty ladies in the office said I need to come in for an estimate they can't tell me what's wrong if I know what I want fixed that's what I want fixed not what u want to charge me to fix I just needed a rough estimate simple $100-$200 would of been enough but they rudely argued with me and hung up on me talk about bad Monday morning don't come to work if you have issuesService: General repairs & maintenance

I would not use this company go somewhere else seriously do yourself a favor. This repair shop gives you honest information and feedback about the necessity of vehicle repairs. They are fast and reliable. I would recommend this shop for most vehicle repairs. They mainly work by appt.

This place is really unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone they couldn t diagnose any problems with my truck took it to another shop and they were able to diagnose it with no problem
