I have been bringing our vehicle's here for at least 5 or 6 years now, from older vehicles to new, and always had a great experience! I'm sad that Marcy left, but Megan is great and their work is superb, communication is great, prices are very reasonable, and above they are very honest. We have spent a lot of time with the folks at Peters this year. Between our two cars, they have taken turns developing problems. peters has been a great help. They are knowledgeable, and do not waste time getting the job done. The office staff are great, and very understanding about the stress car problems can cause. We highly recommend them!

I just stopped by to look at a Jeep they had for sale for $2995. I was looking for my sister, but the Jeep is a stick shift. She can't drive it. Nice Jeep tho, they didn't have a year on the Jeep model, but it's nice. Oh, the color was like a light grey.

After learning our long time mechanic Pro-tech was no longer in business we choose Peter's due to the good reviews. They did a great job fixing things on our older car that we were previously told were not an issue. And the best part was they padded the quote so the bill was much less than we expected. I believe we have found a winner!

No one asked me to write this review or to rate Peters Motors highly. I live locally in Woodstock, IL.I have been their customer since approximately 2005. I have had 5 different cars repaired over the years. On occasion I have received quotes from other garages. Peters Motors is always lower. The work is done quickly and with quality.Has the work always been perfect? Pretty much. I can think of two times I had any concern. I went back in and talked with them. They addressed the concern in a straight forward manner, and always took care of me financially when appropriate.I agree with the other 5 star reviews. I think they are true and accurate. My son now uses Peters Motors. That's better than any 5 star review.

I don't know about their work if good or bad. Tried to make an appointment to get my vehicle checked out, was told they were booked up till Thursday, Friday before they can check the vehicle. Gave them name and number to call for either day or sooner since I live near by. Well can't get in to get it checked out since I officially didn't give them a day and time. So much for being accommodating to work around their schedule.

They have given both my family and me good service at great prices for 3-4 years. They've fixed everything from a failed brake line to fixing a slow leak, which is about as much as I can ask from a mechanic. I can't recommend them enough.

I don't have much experience with mom n pop shops but I've been using Peter's Motors for years with three very different cars, and anytime I've brought my cars in, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is good. Because of their great reputation the shop can be busy and booked out a bit, but it's WELL worth the wait to get service doneReasonable labor/parts prices, a very cool waiting area complete with a K cup machine, and friendly mechanics and front desk staff that has NEVER pressured me for work unless it threatened the reliability of the car. I always tell my friends to call Peter's first before any other auto shops in the area.

I picked this place when, 2 years ago, I needed a new battery for my 2013 Corolla and I was new to the area. I liked their good on- line reviews and the fact they have served the Woodstock area for decades. The place is clean, the folks are friendly and knowledgable, and they never try to sell you more than you need. I am so glad to find a trustworthy auto shop close to home! So far, I've only needed oil changes, but should I ever need more service, I'll be heading to Peter's Motors!

No exaggeration at all these guys are the best. Because of that I drove 30 minutes to use them again for a car with some suspension issues. Sure enough I pick up the car today and pay less than the estimated cost and it drives perfectly. Usually you pay more and it s still broken. Very happy, I should go back and leave a tip.

My headlight went out on my way home. No place around knew how to even get to it. Thanks to YouTube I did know. So after trying to explain many times I called Peters motors. Asked if they knew how to get to the headlight. Yes they did stopped and got the bulb to make it easier and fast because I was walking in at closing time. Hands down best service. Great price and quality.

i've been to literally thousands of shops for my job and these guys have no idea what they are doing. They ruined my 30k car, threatened me, and I sat there while the owner yelled at me for well over an hour over a very realistic, polite, and fair request. Trust me! STAY AWAY. Don't waste your time or money. I'd trust a stranger on the street before I'd trust these guys.

I called three days in a row i understand there busy but all i had is a question where a vacuum line went they told me they cant tell me unless i bring it in if i could drive i would it took 4 days for a call back
