Mark's Auto Body was incredibly helpful when my car was damaged in an accident. Mike and his team was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job restoring my car to its original condition. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the end result. Great work from Mark's Auto, I brought my vehicle in around eight in the morning, and it was done just a little after two in the afternoon. Staff was very friendly and communicative, kept me updated the whole way through. They also have very competitive prices that I feel are very hard to beat, will definitely come back if I ever need work done on my car.

Took my vehicle in to get a check engine light looked at. I was able to get right in and Mike got me taken care of. Mike was very helpful and explained everything that was diagnosed with my car thoroughly. I was able to get my car fixed that same day and everything is running as it should. Marks Auto in Woodstock really helped me out and I would highly recommend this shop.

Mark's has always been fair and honest with me which is why I kept going back. We've had everything done from tires to electrical to the AC system to the rear main seal on our cars and trucks. Mike was great to work with and is always proactive with communication and getting timely answers to questions. I wish I lived closer to the Woodstock shop. I'm confident you'll have the same great service that i've had the past several years. I highly recommend Mike!

Go see Mike Intravaia at Mark s Auto in Woodstock! My car needed brakes and they got me in right away. Great service and affordable prices. Most important he is honest! Won t sell you stuff you don t need which is not easy to find these days. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Everyone from Crystal in the office to Mike the manager and even the amazing mechanic who serviced my car (Ethan I think). Very knowledgeable, reasonable prices, and best of all honest Highly recommend. Check them out they are great.

Everyone there is super friendly. And the mechanic Bob is a badass. He is very knowledgeable on anything with automotive needs. I would recommend and trust this shop to anyone.

No matter the location, Marks Auto is the spot to go! I am SO glad they opened up their NEW location in Woodstock. Same great, amazing service that s always spot on. Any time I need work done on one of my used cars or family s, I send them to Marks, even for my extended auto warranty work. Mike has never steered me wrong and I am super grateful for the quality of service they ve always provided me with.

Oh boyI brought my car in to marks auto in Woodstock. I dealt with Mike and he took care of my vehicle. Told me what I needed and prioritize everything from most important to more of maintenance for me. I will definitely be going back to see Mike and get my vehicle taken care of by marks for the recommendations I was shown!

If you haven't been to Marks Auto yet, you Have to! Service is incredible! Mike Intravaia is so caring and helpful with whatever it is that your vehicle might need! Wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else but here at the new location in Woodstock! 5+ Stars in my book!!

Won't give prices for tires over the phone. Bad business practice. Lost me as a customer.All I needed was the price of tires to purchase and carry out to install at home. You go thru a lot of explanations for a simple question of tire prices. I was comparing prices from different sources and didn't like the fact that I couldn't get a simple answer. Wasn't able to explain my request just a simple not over the phone, bring it in. I understand that there are complications with getting tires on with other issues that could arise, and was accepting the problems myself. Very unprofessional with the phone response I received.

Took my car in to get my heat repaired. I dealt with Mike. He was able to squeeze me in and they were able to diagnose it as a faulty thermostat valve. Got me in and out in no time. They were also fairly priced. Will be doing Buisness here again.
