My experience was fantastic working with Jason & the team. I purchased a used 2019 Cadillac XT5 & I m extremely happy I chose to work with Bullvalleyford & the pick of the vehicle over others I saw elsewhere. When I m in the car market again I will look at their inventory first as I would 100% go back. Great staff!

There is so much anxiety one experiences when making such a large purchase. Janel and Paul made the experience smooth and seamless. Great experience with everyone at Bull Valley Ford. Tyler in sales was great and answered all of our questions. Paul, the sales manager was very friendly and helpful in getting us what we wanted. And Zonje made all the paperwork and extended warranty options a breeze. Definitely will be continuing our vehicle purchases at Bull Valley!!

I came here with my wife and daughter looking to trade in our vehicles for a truck and we had expectations set and let them know once they assessed our vehicles and started negotiations. The sales representative that was facilitating our deal was Janel and she did great and made the process smooth by answering any questions and if she didn't know, she found out. Zonje worked with us on filling out the paperwork and she was incredibly nice and made the whole experience easy by already having our plates registered and ready to go.The first visit where they assessed our vehicles and we started negotiations took about an hour and a half to two hours.The second visit after negotiations were complete and we were just signing papers and taking the vehicle home took 1 hour.I hope you all find this review helpful.

I had the pleasure of working with Tora over all Bull Valley Ford as a potential out of state customer. I had been shopping for a conversion F150 for more than a year and have worked with many different sales associates over this time and Tora provided timely and straight forward communication that was a cut above the rest and really simplified the whole process!Thanks again!

Great experience with Bull Valley Ford. Total time it took from picking out the vehicle, test drive, deciding, filling out paperwork, and leaving the lot with my new car was 2 hours. Janel was great to work with, and she explained everything to the detail. Will be going back in future needs.

Would not recommend for service dept. We ordered brackets for two benches to be installed in our 12 passenger van. Was told parts would be in a week later, and made a service appt for that day. We dropped it off on scheduled date and time. Then we got a call saying they sent the parts back, and it would be 5 more days. 5 days went by so we called to check in what time we could pick the van up. Suddenly now the cost was going to be double what we were originally quoted, and the brackets wouldn t be in for another 5 days. We picked up the van, and will take our business elsewhere.

Buyer beware! The dealership does not take responsibility for the poor craftsmanship of the vehicles they sell. They had to order nearly a dozen driver side seat covers and they were all defective. I had decided to jump into a different vehicle with better mileage being that of a 2022 Ford F150 Powerboost. Solid vehicle overall, but the windows kept bouncing down. After trying to fix that issue, nearly half a dozen times, they claimed there was no issue, even after we provided video of the issue. Even the previous service manager indicated there was a problem, and he suggested sticking a wedge in the window in hopes to fix the problem.Since then, they have a new service manager and team. Beware of Tom Tomczak, Steve Smith along with the GM of the store, Paulie Rapier. I ve always tried shaking hands with these people, but after they started placing the blame on me, and getting concerned about my anger, they stopped taking responsibility and stopped warranty work on the vehicle. They even went as far as claiming that I damaged a loaner vehicle, and because of that, they refused to warranty the work that they did.Bull Valley Ford, outright lied about any damage done to a loaner vehicle. The issue, a strap that holds the driver side seat cover down. It had come undone and takes less than 10 seconds to clip back to the frame of the seat.They thumb their nose at the idea of a lawsuit. Nobody should have to go through this. The dealership is a fraud, full of lies, and lack of responsibility and ownership.

My experience with Bull Valley Ford was just amazing! I usually compare buying a car with purchasing a house, a pain. I saw what I wanted and contacted my sales lady Janel, we talked price and no haggle just ok, we did the deal on the phone she sent financing papers via email, filled out in minutes and then Zonje the financial person had all paperwork done for when I got there, basically just signed and drove; in and out in less than an hour. I have to start with they could not of made the buying experience any better. From many emails back and forth with the online department to meeting my salesman and being honest and upfront. They took the time to listen and work with me. I would definitely recommend and purchase our next cars there. Thanks to Tyler and Tora.

Overall the experience was good. The reason I am giving them 1 star is that they did not inform me that I was being charged $399 for "Surface Care". Shame on me for not reading the contract in detail but that is something that should have been called out when we were discussing the price of the vehicle. The car did not need and nor did I want Surface Care.

For me going to a dealership to buy a car is a nightmare , but in bull valley ford , was a really great experience the f150raptor was almost in a perfect condition. Clint was really honest with me he answer all my questions. The crew was great very honest people. Zonja the finance manager was very clear with the paperwork. I recommended 100%

Never bought a new car and had no idea what I was doing. I was not prepared but Tyler and Zonje were so patient and so helpful. Walked me through the whole process and made it as easy on me as possible. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Just purchased an expedition from salesman Bill and it was a great experience. We had spent an entire day prior at another dealership and it was exhausting and bad! Coming to this dealership just showed how caring and professional they were. Would highly recommend!

I visited Bull Valley Ford early on in my search for a new truck and I was immediately impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the lot/showroom, and the quality of the vehicles they had in inventory. My initial visit was an 1.5hr drive from the city and Clint showed me a beautiful F250. unfortunately, the truck was too big for my parking space downtown. Three months later (after being scammed buy a nationwide car-delivery company with the name ending in "-vana", and several other dud-dealership/scammer visits), I got a friendly text from Clint checking in with me about the status of my search. I came back up from the City to check out an absolutely beautiful used F-150. Unfortunately, Clint was on vacation, but Jason stepped up above and beyond what I would expect from any salesperson and helped me take home my truck the next day. The entire staff that I had interactions with (Jamie, Adam, Bill) are all down-to-earth, friendly, easy-going, and most of all honest.I really cant say enough about the whole experience. If you're in the market for a quality vehicle, and want to be treated with respect, professionalism, and honesty, head to Bull Valley Ford, no matter the distance.I feel like family there, and I'll be buying my next vehicle for them without a doubt.Greg

Bought a 2021 explorer ST from them - Never Again! Drove 40 miles to another dealer (Arlington Heights). Service mgr. is an ahole. Sales & mgmt back this incompetent POS! Stay Away!
