My wiper broke and in this weather I needed repair. Am a senior citizen and the young man took the time to fix it in this bitterly cold weather. Always had great experience in this store

Their system only showed one part number for the part that I needed. There are in fact two types, and i recieved wrong one. Ive had to go through quite a hassle to have this taking care of it's now cost me an entire day pay. If you don't want the same to happen to you use a competitor. I would list what part it was specifically but I'm not giving them this information. It's not my job to fix their catalog they should be looking into that.

Everyone at AutoZone was super helpful when I had to buy a new car battery on Christmas Eve of all days. The store manager, Roger, even went above and beyond by installing the new one for me as well! I would definitely recommend going here for all your car needs!

Changed my battery in -30 degrees wind chill. Didn't accept a tip, so told me to write a google review instead. 15 mins in and out. Great service.

Always friendly and helpful; but visually check your parts before leaving; comparing to the old part. Sometimes parts are mislabeled or they just have the wrong part in the system as a replacement. Also don't skimp on suspension or drivetrain parts; they'll only past 1 or 2 years before needing replacement; which is fine if you're not going to keep the vehicle for more then a year. Also their alternators usually need replacement after about 18 months. Lifetime warranty yes, but it won't cover a new battery if it gets ruined.

Eric was the Manager on duty and really took the time, insight and care to assist me during a Emergency situation. I am ever so grateful for the level of help because this is Not my area of expertise and familiar knowledge. I will recommend AutoZone to everyone !

Service was incredible! The man who assisted me was fantastic! He not only helped me pick out the right battery but he also installed it; and did not attempt to oversell anything. He was kind, knowledgeable and very friendly. A true American champion!!I absolutely regret not getting his name to give him the full credit that he deserves. He wore glasses and had a spider-man mask (which instantly made him a favorite of mine).Honestly I will return solely for the fact that he is a consummate professional and will be recommending this particular Auto Zone for those reasons.

They have a sign free battery check and installation. Then say they don t have the tools or time to do this! You pay $250 for the battery you should be able to help your customers and put the battery in if you have a sign that says you do that! Awful customer service.

..i dont really like writing reviews but feel like its definitely worth the mention, yesterday i was stranded at home and needed something as simple as an oil filter wrench because my filter was seized..called in a delivery and they were at my house in less than 10minutes after getting off the phone...awesome service, i do appreciate it, driver didnt want a tip but said to leave a review, good people at this location, thank you..

Went to this store today, and it was a Great experience!! At least 4 employees asked me if they could help me, I was waiting for a young lady to get my rotators for my daughter in laws car! They were all so polite and helpful! I hope the men send me back to pick up more parts , soon !!!

I needed a headlight replaced. They had the part in stock and I was very impressed with the speed with which they got the job done and the reasonableness of the price. They wouldn't even accept a tip. Thanks for the great customer service.

I have spent thousands of dollars at autozone to keep my fleet running. Today I was treated like complete garbage by a guy who says he is the commercial manager. They have lost all my business. And I will be making sure that others will not be using them also.

Double check the price of what you buy from this store to their online prices. I bought 2 front hubs for my car and was charged $92 each. Price didn t seem right so I questioned the manager Nick and was told that was the price. Checked online when I got home and found the hubs I got were supposed to be $62 each. Went back later when there was a different manager and she me the difference back. Autozone has been letting me down a lot lately.

Disabled Vet. Broke down less than 2 blocks away. Needed batteries and asked if, for a fee if they could get them to my truck. The counter help said no. Had to get an uber to pick them up. When I talked to the manager, she laughed in my face. Terrable service ! Be carefull !

Headlight when out on my car and they were conveniently on my way so I stopped in and they had the exact brand as the OEM in my vehicle. Fair price for the basic OEM brand. Bought the Philips lamps as the ones I replaced were 13 years old before one failed.

I bought a brand new starter from this store in June. Had the store test the part before i bought it and it passed. Had a very good well known mechanic install it, and within just 3 months after the install my mechanic diagnosed it as faulty due to the awful sound the armature makes when I start my truck. So now i need a new one, and Auto Zone is more than happy to replace the faulty part with another one, but refuses to pay for my mechanic costs. So now I have to pay my mechanic twice for the same job when I should of only had to once, because of their ignorance. So if you are thinking of buying a new part from them which I wouldnt recommend doing. Make sure you have the time and are capable of installing it yourself. If not then have your mechanic buy the part from them. Because apparently if your mechanic buys it and it ends up faulty they will pay for some of labor bill to get the new one in.

They plugged in this thing into my old Infiniti I30 and found out that I needed a new gas cap. They've exchanged a cherry bomb 26" for a 22". Bought brakes here. Helpful and will even find things for you.

Always have what I need (or at least know where I can get what I need). Always friendly and kind. Excellent service.
