My brakes were not working safely and needed to be diagnosed and repaired. Kieth was able to fit me in first thing the next day! Can't argue with that. I had the truck back and working properly ASAP! Fair price, great service, prompt and friendly service. Thanks!

Outstanding Service and Communicatin from Auto & Truck Repair of Woodstock.My daughter's 2008 Audi A3 would not start due to an ignition switch issue in the steering column because the key would not turn. Once we got the car to start, it would not turn off. I started looking on Google for nearby repair shops that work on foreign cars. I called and explained the situation to Keith. He was familiar with the problem and said it was a common issue in the older cars. Keith knew we were in a predicament and offered to help us right away even though we didn't have an appointment. Keith was able to turn off the car and diagnose the issue. He provided us with a couple repair options (new or used parts) with his recommendation and estimate. We went with new parts and the car was ready the next day. Keith even offered to come pick my daughter up with the car and bring her back to the shop. After leaving she noticed the air bag light was on and went back to shop. Without hesitation, Keith took the car back and resolved the issue next day. I was really impressed when Keith called a few days later to check on the car and said to let him know if there are any more issues related to the repair and that he would stand by his work. Needless to say, I am very impressed by Keith and his customer service / communications and will call on him again for future repairs.Thank you very much !!!Jim

New customer, have had 2 vehicles serviced there recently, a Mercedes & Navigator - both with challenging problems. Repairs were effective, reasonably priced and finished quickly. Highly recommend!

Our family has been using Keith since before I can remember. He always takes the time to explain exactly what was wrong with your car, how he fixed the problem, and how he arrived at the (very fair) price you pay. Now that he s at this new location, Keith can do more repairs that ever. I just bought a used car, and he did a great job making some repairs so that the car is ready to drive.

I talked with Keith on a 2001 Ford F150 SuperCrew and he was very honest about what it was. I was driving 7 hours and when I got there, everything was as he said. Keith was very honest about it. Justin was great to deal with when we got there, took us on a great test drive to check it out. I was an easy, laid back, no problems purchase. One of the best to deal with! My mechanic checked the truck when I got home and he said great buy! Would definitely recommend Kal's if they have what you're looking for.Update June 4, 2023: this has been the best truck for my wife. She uses the heck out it. Added a new photo taken today with her horse trailer. Appreciate Keith for selling us this truck with no issues!

After having my check engine light come on, I called a local dealership looking for pricing and they instantly recommended Discount Muffler. I am extremely happy they did. Keith really took the time to explain what he was looking for and why. They were able to fix my car in a short amount of time and give me peace of mind. They have gone above and beyond to handle my very temperamental car when it comes to communication, pricing, and service. When I totaled my previous car, I went to Kal's Cars for help with finding a new car. I gave them the details of what I wanted, and they were able to get me the perfect car. I've been going to them for maintenance and any necessary body work. This team is composed of honest and competent people which is something not commonly found in this area of business. I have purchased two cars from Kal's Cars and I can't say enough good things about this company and their staff. After speaking with Keith over a period of time and describing to him what I was looking for, he was able to locate the car that was a perfect fit for my wants and needs. When it came time to buy a car for my teenager, once again Kal's Cars to the rescue. We patronize Kal's Car not just for purchases but also for all repairs needed. I can't say how appreciative I am of the staff and their ability to find the most cost effective solution. I would and do recommend Kal's Cars to all of my friends and co-workers. I purchased a 2010 F250 flatbed from KAL' S Cars. I saw the vehicle listed on cargurus and contacted them about it. Spoke with them several times over the phone about the vehicle because I live 400 miles away. They sent me pics I requested and held the vehicle for me until i could make arrangements to get there. About a week. The vehicle was as described. Super friendly staff. Well satisfied with the purchase. Great vehicle at a fair price

2012 Honda Civic purchase - the car was 2hours away and Justin drove it down for us to test drive on a weekday evening! WOW!We ended up buying the car the following Saturday morning! We were very pleased with the sales transaction and the car that our daughter been driving with no issues since September 2017 !Our experience was awesome ! Thanks Keith & Justin

After getting 5 estimates on my vehicle for a deer running in front of me and basically messing up my front bumper I am grateful I have found this body shop. The owner is hands on and very blunt in regards to what can be done and pricing. The staff is very polite and the attention to detail really shows they take pride in what they do. It is hard to find an old school feel body shop like that anymore.

Got a price from one owner one night. Decide to purchase the truck and the next day the other owner raised the price by $1000. Bait and switch. I will walk before I ever purchase a vehicle form "Kal"I know sometimes there may be accident on pricing during negotiations. Very odd to be on a dealers end of the negotiation being they do it all the time. This in combination with there high pressure sales strategy that if I do not buy right now the truck will be going to auction tomorrow. Truck still there 3 weeks later. I would walk before I bought a vehicle here

I had been looking into buying an automobile and i wound up contacting Keith (the owner) about his vehicle inventory. After i learned that his dealership did not have what i was looking for,i was about to hang up and move on like i had with the 3 or so other dealerships before his, when he said,"well why don't you tell me what you're looking for and ill see what i can find in the area for you." I told him i was looking to spend about 10k for a vehicle and i had my hopes set on a black Lincoln LS, with the v8 option. i hung up thinking it was going to be a bust when the next day he contacted me saying that he had found just the right car for me! i was surprised when he did, but nevertheless i had him email me some pictures and prices and i purchased that car through him after he had went out of his way to go buy it for me from a private auction. i still have the car today and it runs strong as ever thanks to Keith helping me out. He had no responsibilities other than what his dealership had to offer, yet he went out of his way to help somebody out. That's a true test of character and for that i will only go to Kal's Cars for service as well

Highly recommend Kal's Cars inc. Keith helped me find a living quarters horse trailer to purchase. He made the whole experience of shopping for a horse trailer so smooth and fun.Kal's Cars repaired and refurbished this trailer to be in totally top-notch shape. Keith and his team's work made this trailer my dream-horse trailer!

Absolutely disappointed in there operation. 2 months after buying the Ford F150 truck. Return to Kals for service ended up spending $1000 to service truck. Still not satisfied with the inspection from Kals stating truck was good. The Following week went to Douglas automotive Crystsl Lake for complete inspection. Came back with a list of items and pictures of work that needed attention. So following week scheduled work appt another $2000. Now truck runs beautiful THANK YOU DOUGLAS AUTOMOTIVE !!!! By the way going on 5 months since purchasing truck still waiting on title and license plates. "BUYERS BEWARE"

Engine tune up. They have successfully got my 3500 HD diesel truck back on the road aswell as my 2000 Tahoe. If I could give these guys 0 stars I would. They failed to diagnose what was wrong with my car. On the phone I told them I thought I had issues with my axles, and all they did was look at my brakesbrakes/rotors, and failed to check my axles. Which are bent. They also continued to quote me outrageous prices. Never going back there.
