John and his team are outstanding!! My front windshield cracked and as the days went on the crack grew larger and larger. John was extremely helpful in clarifying and assisting with the claim via my insurance. He was also able to see me very quickly. Fast, courteous, and professional service. Went in for a quick fix while visiting a friend in town and they were able to get me in right away and take care of my issue. Highly recommended.

High quality work and was actually recommended by the Collision center at my Toyota dealership. You can't get a better recommendation then that. I chose to go to their location rather than have them come to the house but they can do it either way. Over the phone they explained the process. It was very simple. I simply paid them my insurance deductible and they handled all the paperwork.They worked carefully but were clearly experts & had the right tools to be done in 1/2 hour. Perfect fit and I couldn't see any difference versus my original glass. Price was reasonable too. I will recommend to my friends. Do yourself a favor and go where the car dealers go. Thanks again for a perfect job!

When I called they had our windshield in stock and were able to schedule an appointment at my earliest convenience. When I brought my 2010 dodge journey in with a chip that spread in the windshield the friendly and fast service was great in and out in an hour and confident that we brought it to the right place they did a great job the new windshield looks great. I would highly recommend them to anyone only had to pay the $100 deductible.

I don't know where to start with this amazing place. Long story short I had a crack in my window that was "repaired" by another company but ended up cracking even more as time went on. Today I called International Auto Glass and they saw me same day. The gentleman informed me of the price over the phone and also said it was going to be an hour to complete. They got me out within 40mins and the window looks AMAZING! I am so happy with coming here :)

came in for a windshield replacement appointment. they didn t have the glass there but had someone deliver it while they took off the broken one. whole process took a little over an hour, impressive. I had wired an aftermarket camera. when i got the car back, they hid the wires way better than i managed on my attempt. so well, that for a second i thought they lost my wire! they go a step above. great people!

Submitted the claim to my insurance company Tuesday night- by 8:30 am I had already received a phone call to schedule an appointment to fix my cracked windshield. They were able to get me in that morning without any fuss. Not only did they do a great job, but they corrected some mistakes that a previous glass company had made. The owner went out of his way to make me comfortable, and took the time to have a conversation with me rather than just fixing the windshield and sending me on my way. I will definitely return!

Awesome customer service!! They were able to get my glass and install it the same day I called. The install only took 30 minutes and I was on my way with a new rear window! Highly recommend and will definitely use them again for any other repairs I might need in the future

Just had a front window replaced for my Hyundai Elantra. Took them 20 minutes or so and they started immediately upon my arrival (I was a little early for my appointed time). Very professional & thorough. Was obvious they know what they're doing. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Experience was good, got in fast and work was done in almost less than an hour to replace my windshield on my 2010 Toyota Corolla that had a crack on the passenger side that was expanding. This review is posted today, April 9th 2021. I will update my review when I see how things go once the windshield has completely set. Only thing I wasn't too fond about was how they seemed to be in a hurry and I had more questions after work was done. The VIN number on the driver side windshield is not visible anymore due to the new windshield with moisture inside. The windshield seems to be closer to the edge on the driver side and more space on the passenger side. Also waiting on the seal up top to even itself out like they said it would once it sits in the sun.UPDATE April 16th 2021: I came back today to see if they could fix the issues I stated beforehand. They could not and stated it was only a cosmetic issue. The VIN is not visible and that is an issue. I believe it's the windshield itself that is the problem, after all, I did ask for an aftermarket windshield and the brand might have not been the best. All in all, we are not welcome back here because of the argument the owner and my father had regarding the windshield. What's done is done. This was just my experience, after all, I see other great reviews on here from other customers.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Driving in Chicago means chipped, cracked, broken windshields. This chip was a bit bigger/complex than I cared to tackle on my own. I called and was offered an appointment the very next morning, nice. John had my car taken in right away and I was out in less than half an hour. Excellent customer service. It doesn't hurt that their shop is only a couple of miles from my house and I try to frequent local businesses when I can.

I called them at 12 p.m., they gave me the same day appointment, I was charged less than what I expected, my car was fixed in few minutes. Everyone there is wonderful person.Thanks for the job well done.I recommend this garage to everyone.

They gave me an estimate that included everything included in the replacement of my front windshield, unlike everyone else. They had my windshield installed within 30 minutes of my arrival. In the month I've had the new windshield, I have had no issues with the windshield or the installation. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great experience here. I was in an out within an hour. They saw my brake light was out and replaced it for me bc they had an extra light. And the quality of the work was exceptional as well. It's easy to see why they've been in business for nearly 25 years. I highly recommend international auto glass!

They made it extremely simple and painless to get my windshield replaced. I called them Thursday for an estimate and had a new windshield on Friday. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended

I used International because of the spectacular reviews; perhaps the business is under new management, because my experience was very different. They were so late to the first appointment that it had to be rescheduled for the next day. They were an hour and a half late for that appointment, but at least called at some point to tell me they were late. The windshield chip repair was done quickly, and ended poorly: the repair of the chip had caused a significantly longer crack in the windshield, with the potential to turn into a crack all the way across. I was not charged for the service, but no effort was made to rectify this new disaster. What should have been a $50 repair is now a $300 repair. I deeply regret using International Auto Glass and cannot recommend its services.

These guys are the real deal. I got my windshield replaced a month ago, and noticed another crack forming the other day. Took it back in for them to inspect, and they were able to replace it. Work was done fast and with good quality.

Just had front windshield replaced on my 2010 Escape.Guys came to my house.Were on time.Did a great job.John took me through the insurance process.Everything done in a snap.At a FRACTION of the cost if done at the dealer.Loved it.

I had a great experience with the guys at International. They were prompt, friendly and inexpensive. I had a same day windshield chip that needed to be sealed. They took my truck right away and was done in 20 minutes.

This is a stand up company.This is my second windshield replacementThe 1st was done at the dealership, the owner of International pointed out the dealership put the cheapest windshield in my car, which didn t have the heater for the windshield wipers, this made winter driving tough, to say the least with ice covered wiper blades.They also installed the right windshield and for less money.Very friendly and quick service.

Had a broken window on my van and needed replacement. I called around to a few companies but couldnt get anyone to come out in a timely manner, which was important to me since this is my family vehicle and it was cold outside. When I called International Auto Glass they were very attentive and helpful. They took some info over the phone and were at my location with the replacement glass in no time. I was impressed with the professional service and they even did a great job cleaning up all the broken glass. If I ever need glass again they will be by first call.

Just got windshield replaced on Lexus Rx350, I've had some reservation about going 3rd party since the windshield has rain sensors, camera attached etc. However I can't literally tell that it was replaced, everything was perfectly put back in place. Whoever was working on my car was extremely detail oriented. Even my silly remainder stickers, for oil and tire change, were transferred to the exact same location. Granted I don't care much about the stickers, it tells me everything I need to know about this shop. Much appreciated.Service: Auto windshield replacement

It was very convenient that they came to my car to fix the windshield, but the first repair needed to be touched up. So I took the car to their shop and they did a really good job the second time.

They did a great job! We had rust underneath our windshield as it is an older Ford Escape. Aarons Auto Glass did not tell us about the issue until after they took the windshield off. they then could not give us a price for fixing it nor could they adequately explain the scope of what needed to be done. They wanted to tow it to a bodyshop and charge us for that and we would be ultimately charged by both companies plus tow charges. International took care of it all themselves, and were able to completely explain the process. It took less time than I thought it would, and they did a nice clean job.

Wow unreal service.. GREAT.. They were so kind. My windshield cracked and a church help me pay for it. And this company helped RIGHT Away. I They didn't judge or make me feel any type of way. I recommend 1000 percent. Everyone was so kind!!!!?
