Pro Automotive provided exceptional service when another dealership left me stranded with an unresolved tire issue. Despite a potential delay in acquiring the necessary tire, they offered a loaner car ensuring I wouldn t miss work. Their communication was stellar, keeping me informed every step of the way, and they were transparent about pricing. An excellent experience overall.

Brian worked with my schedule, so that I could get my car repaired. The cost with research was a good price. Replacing two transmission lines and dealing with fluid replacement plus. Additionally, I was given a loaner car to use and only had to refill the fuel I used. Professionalism throughout the whole process.

I had been to 2 other automotive places, and they could not find the cause of a noise in the back of my town and country. Going to Pro Automotive services, they took the time to find the reason for the clatter and fixed it. I have used this company two other times and have been very satisfied There should be a higher evaluation than five stars for this company. The are a 10 star There.

Lady at the front desk was very friendly. That was the positive. Went for an oil change. Had a coupon and total was above the range of the coupon. There was a charge for job supplies of $7.99. The total ended up at $70.00 and I had the coupon. Not much of a savings. I was told it was more because of "fees". Nice little game of hidden fees and charge more. Will not be back and will tell others the same

They're honest, they're friendly, they're highly skilled, & they take such good care of me, and of my vehicle, it keeps me coming back - even after moving an hour away!If you're local, and you're seeing this during the Holiday Season, I urge you to pop in with a new, unwrapped toy to put in their Toys for Tots bins! I'm sure the shop does great work but whoever was driving the pro automotive truck sat night about hit me and my wife making a left turn without an arrow onto 143 at 530 at night. He had a yeild and still went....

Have used ProAuto for many years and their crew has kept me aware of any thing that should be addressed with a loner car when needed. My 2014 Morano runs as efficiently as when I first purchased it. Go here if you want your car fixed right and at the correct price. Brian was awesome and informed me throughout the day of any changes I needed to do and kept it at the same price he told me originally. 10/10. Keep it up

We started going to Pro Automotive about a year ago and the service is absolutely the best. Katie at the service desk is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Service is excellent. Appointment times are on time and scheduled for the appropriate time. Took my truck in to find the source of an exhaust leak. I was treated like family. The found the leak was a loose exhaust manifold and got the nuts and fixed it in a reasonable time and for a reasonable amount. Mark and Marty are top drawer kind of guys.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Any automotive shop can fix your car, but Proautomotive stood out with their exceptional customer service. Between the friendliness at scheduling, the constant communication while my car was in the shop, and even the provided inspection report made this service a 10/10 for me. Brought my truck in for a diagnosis of my transmission. There must have been a miscommunication about what I expected the inspection to be versus what they actually do. I was upset because learned very little that i wasn't already aware of, so they waived the inspection cost. Katie took care of that for me, she knew I was mad and likely going to leave a 1-star review. But it means a lot to me that they put customer service ahead of profit. I wish the communication would have been better before the inspection, but they made it right and that's what matters. Thank you!
