These people are amazing! When I tell you - I've been just about to every shop in the Madison County area, it's not even a joke. I work on my own things 9/10 times & have a commercial account, so very rarely do I need another set of eyes. It's gotta be something dumb or really frustrating for me to call shops. I always THINK I find one I like either from "ehh" referrals or just because most places will treat you right the 1st time almost like they wanna see what "kind" of customer you are & I can tell when shops do that. I've had places try to perform work without asking because they "had to" or don't actually listen to you because they automatically are better than you because "why else are you here"... Iove when they say that. I've had most places say, things like "id try this 1st" etc. Basically charging me to guess & check like i already was most likely. This place is NOT any of those. They truly do know what they are talking about. Even with my CEL turning itself off before drop off (my luck), they checked the live data of my fuel trims and told me exactly what it was & was very respectful with it. Not trying to make me feel dumb or like he just wanted me in/out. Not only was knowledge 10/10, service was impeccable. Here it is a day after- i did the job they said i needed (myself) & sure enough it more than fixed my issues!!! They didn't just tell me anything they wanted to & actually gave me an answer without shoving their hand in my pocket. 1st time I've felt this good about a shop & will religiously stick to these wonderful folks as long as they stay open anytime I need help!!!

Honest and dependable. Stand by their work and very appropriately priced. Had some issues with Pro Automotive where they were doing some things that were making me scratch my head a bit. Took my vehicle to Jr's to get a 2nd opinion and Jake was straight with me and was very helpful. I'll be taking my business here from now on.

Very honest people they work hard, daily.. The owner also known as Junior, replaced a tire on a Saturday afternoon for me at no charge. I just happen to have a slice tire right next to his building as I was driving by. I offered him $50 tip and he wouldn't take it... This is the way you earn loyal customers.

What a great shop I recommend them to everybody. I like to work on my stuff myself and save money but whenever you need the help this place will come thru... Ive had them work on 5+ vehicles of people I know and myself and family and they've never let me down.. Go Jr's also Jake's one of the best technician/ mechanic I've ever had a chance to do business with.. update 6+ vehicle and vehicles have went back for work and they took care of it since they serviced it or replaced it or replaced it not to long ago

I cannot say enough good about this shop. My son has a handicap van for his girlfriend and they were quick to get it completed at an amazing price. I will always recommend them to everyone.

I had a very big piece of metal in my brand new tire and called to see if they could help me with it. The guy there was very helpful, explained to me the process, and was very thorough. Once he got it all patched we noticed there was a very small split on the side wall. His patch in the tread he did held absolutely perfectly. The sidewall slit was not apparent until he aired the tire back up. He felt bad since that happened to me and fixed my tire on the house. That totally was not expected or necessary and was very much appreciated. Seems like they do quality work and are honest and fair. From my perspective would be a great place to go and have your vehicle worked on. Thank you!Service: Tires

I called a day before I went to shop, explaining what my problem was with my car and they told me I could come in the very next morning to drop it off to get it checked with no charge. When I brought it to the shop they let me know approximately how long it would take and they were still on the shorter end of time. Once they figured out what was wrong with my car I got a call with pricing, details, and was even told I didn t have to get it fixed right away. Called on Monday afternoon to schedule an air conditioning old r12 conversion to 134a they got my truck in the next day and it's blowing ice cold.. amazing job thanks guys

Got a flat after coming into town for work and had the hardest time finding a shop to replace my tires. These kind folks took the time to take my call, order my tires, replace them and had me back on the road within 2 hours. Lifesavers! Highly recommend.

Junior did a good job with my work. Some other places have very high prices and with the chains I haven't been satisfied with more complex work. I got a ball joint replaced here, major safety issue, for a reasonable price. I'd recommend Jr highly as so many places are either gouging on the one end or doing questionable work on the other. And who wants to give their money to a big chain anyway with a grimy waiting room?

I'm so glad this shop re-opened. Our area really needed a place like Jr's. Every person there is highly competent, and you know they aren't doing shoddy work. They will explain clearly what is wrong ( even show you if you're interested) then give you a fair price. Highly recommended.

We bought a new set of (overpriced) tires for my father in law. After the sale was complete, Our experience turned into a nightmare. My father in law had an issue with a tire and was met with smart comments when trying to get it fixed. The new tires were supposed to come with free tire rotations. My father in law stopped in to make an appointment for a tire rotation for the following day at 10. When he showed up at 10 he was told that they were swamped and he would need to come back that afternoon. He went somewhere else for the service and was out in 15 minutes. There are also political signs (December 16 - election is over) in the window. This place is a joke. The customer service is non existent. Go to NTB. The service is great, the appointments are honored, and they leave their political beliefs at home.Service: Tires

I've always come here for tires, whether it be on my truck or my current car. Jr and his team do nice timely work and help me pick the right tire for my vehicle. Highly recommend these guys and love to support a local family owned business.

I got a 4 wheel alignment done my car is a 2009 the I bought brand new this was the 4th alignment since I bought it and this is the 1st time that I can honestly feel the difference in the way that the car rolls it's like the tires are all pointing in the same direction like they're supposed to be and not just brought to the allowable spec it rolls free or on the road now.
