I had to drop some people off and got to the dealership way to earlier than my appointment. They were very nice about it and was able to take me in right away so I didn't have to wait that extra hour before my appointment time. Thank you I really appreciated you working with mme. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. Then they told me of services I needed to get done in the near future on my vehicle. Thank you.

Bought a used truck here in November 2023. They had done alot of work on the front end in their shop. Brakes, balljoints, tierod ends, even new tires. I drove the truck about 1500 miles and 6 of the 8 wheel studs on the left front tire snapped due to being left loose. Ruined the wheel, studs, lug nuts and there was a tow bill. I notified my salesman and sent pictures. He said he would pass the info to the service manager. I've not even gotten an "We're sorry" no offer to pay for damages. NOTHING. I bought a f350 diesel. Not really a truck you want a front tire falling off of driving down the road. I would steer clear of anything that comes from their repair shop if this is the type of work they do

Chris Louth and Terry Birch were so Great to work with! My situation was a difficult one and they managed to help me get into a great vehicle. Throughout the process they explained everything and worked relentlessly to make sure I was happy and in a good vehicle that fit within my budget. I will be referring everyone I know looking for a new vehicle to come in and see them! Great team!!!

My husband and I both drove so we could get some errands done. The appointment time was 8:30am. We heard nothing back from the dealership service from Jack Schmidt to find out whatcwas wrong with our 2020 Equinox until 2:30pm. That was way too long of a wait to find out that our vehicle had some wires chewed on by some kind of a rodent, either a squirrel or chipmunk. And that they had to order parts, so our Equinox would not be fixed until around 10:30am the next day. So we waited for a call back, but we were already in the area so we stopped by the dealership at 1:15pm. When we drove into the parking lot, we saw our Equinox. We went in to talk to the service counter. The guy we talked to told us he would go see if our Equinox was ready. About 15 minutes later he came back and told us someone would be bringing it up for us. We watched him go to where we saw it parked when we drove into the dealership and he bought it to us. Needless to say we were not at all pleased with how everything was handled. Timing was terrible. No one kept their word. Their service was horrible.

This was an internet sale via my KBB search and inquiry to the dealer about a used car. From that initial email I sent that I was very interested and ready to buy that exact car, they followed up very quickly and put me in touch with Michael an internet sales rep. He is very easy, kind and thorough to work with. He was honest as there was significant interest in this car as only 545 miles!! So, I moved forward quickly with a deposit to be sure I didn't lose this amazing car.Thank you to all who made this sale happen online and I hired Easy Auto Ship to deliver it to me 18.5 hours away!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Chris Louth and Ron Wooden for making my experience in purching a vehicle less stressful and for putting up with me for going back and forth on which one I wanted. This is a tough decision for me since I don't buy one very often. Chris and Ron were wonderful!! Highly recommended them

Amazing experience from start to finish. We arrived to test drive a van around 3pm and left with the keys around 5pm. Quick, transparent, and honest prices. I kept waiting for the catch, but there wasn t one. Best experience buying a car yet and we run a car rental business and have bought a lot of cars. Cody was our salesperson, and he did a great job.

The service department was horrible! First they told me my catalytic converter had a hole in it and another pipe was broke and it would be 3000.00 to fix it since it needed a new one. I didn't have that money and the car is only 4 years old. I picked it up and had to pay them 125.00 for basically nothing and took it to another auto mechanic. He had it fixed in a few hours and charged me 150.00! He took the converter off and took photos of it and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. No crack, no hole, nothing! My exhaust header on the backside broke in half. Moral of the story don't trust anything they tell you here. I can't imagine how many people they take advantage of.

We couldn't come to an agreement on a car, so I bought elsewhere. They contacted me for another 3 months trying to get me back on the lot even after I told them that I was no longer shopping and even asked them to stop.EDIT: reply to owner... I got it stopped a couple months ago. You were CC'd on the email that I sent to literally everyone on your website that has an email address and threatened to file a regulatory complaint. Then the messages stopped. The review stays up.

My wife and I had to purchase a car quickly, we were riding around dealerships and ran across a car we both liked. We contacted the dealership and was given Chris Louth as our salesman. Chris was nothing but professional understood our situation answered all our questions and made both of us feel at ease. Dealing with Chris made this one of the easiest car purchasing experiences I have ever had. Chris has followed up to make sure we still enjoyed the car and were still happy. Great experience! Deceptive sales staff, asked if a vehicle I was considering had been in any accidents, to which he got on his phone to look and claimed there was only minor damage and pointed out some minor irregularity, what he failed to disclose was that the vehicle had actually been in 3 accidents, one of which was hitting an animal. Could not have been too minor as the steering wheel was out of alignment, car drove straight but either the alignment guy didn't know what he was doing, or more likely theres an underlying issue. Had this sales rep been honest I may have considered other options at this dealership, but I'll just take my business elsewhere.

I had a wonderful experience here. Chris Carr was an amazing salesmen. Never any high-pressure simply answered the questions that I asked and offered to show me different cars based on questions he asked in my answers. He asked me what my budget was and found me a car to stay right within my budget. Extremely polite. Overall my experience with this dealership was amazing I would recommend it to anybody. From the moment you walk in the door everyone was very friendly full of smiles and willing to do anything to help you.

If you want a bad experience buying a car, go to Johnny Londoff in Florissant. If you want to feel confident that the representatives you work with care about your opinions and try to get you the best deal, go to Jack Schmitt. I've worked with Aaron twice now and he does a great job. When I came in, the car I had come for had already been sold. Instead of selling me on another trim package or color, he made an effort to find what I wanted from somewhere else. I eventually decided on the one you see here, but I was extremely pleased to know he was willing to put in the work. Not once did I feel obligated to buy anything. Not once did I feel like he would be upset if I walked away from the deal.The approval process took awhile to get through, but the institutions they were sending it through were severely backed up. In the meantime, Aaron kept us updated periodically. When it was time to sign the paperwork, my finance manager, Stormy, walked me through the back end products. I feel like she really listened to what I wanted in terms of a payment and gave me the options she thought would be best for me. The payment fell right within my budget and she managed to get me a better rate than I initially thought possible.I usually don't take the time to write detailed reviews, but I have never been disappointed with Jack Schmitt Wood River and I will refer people to these guys until they go out of business or I die.
