Just left this location. Mary was so very helpful and so warm, and friendly. I will drive out of my way and never go to the granite city store ever again just to be helped by this wonderful, knowledgeable person and her great staff. Thank you again, Ms. Mary!

The customer service earned this particular store an excellent review! The evening manager was a humongous help. He was patient, kind, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. I did not seek his permission to post his name, however, the management and staff at Wood River Auto Zone is amazing! Thanks to all that are employed at this location.

The manager Mary always goes above & beyond & is very knowledgeable about what part you need to get your vehicle back on the road & safe. Shes the reason I will go out of my way to get my parts from autozone. A++++

I had an excellent experience at the AutoZone in WoodRiver tonight- Torrey took great care of me and hooked me up with what I needed to get back on the road - very honest people! Great prices and service, 5 stars!

I pass today to buy spark plugs for my car and they say had 7 in stock but when go check only had 3 so I need 4, and also I m need for a second car and don t have and I think don t count or don t do good work the people who make the inventory is so bad to go buy and don t have complete the items what need. Really bad experience, we choose to buy the items on another near store

I went there today and even with how busy they were they were able to help me get my parts and be on my way the manager was very nice and even with so much going on he definitely deserves some recognition for handling with commercial and regular customers and training 2 new employees

Randy is a saint. This man stayed over an hour and 15 minutes after the store closed to try and help not one, but two stranded people trying to help them fix their vehicles. Best man ever.

Save yourself in knowledge, a can do attitude, and part matching and just go to Auto Zone. Haven't been there lately thank Heavens but the staff will actually help you. And...no one can beat their hours. Auto Zone truly gets urgency and the working person's schedule.

Awesome staff!!! Went in looking for a part that could have been ordered and picked up the same day but with the bad weather they called other competeders to see if the part was closer. It was and we were able to pick it up before the stronger snow came. Highly recommend coming here first when looking for parts.

The best customer service I've ever had! I pulled up, walked in with my headlight in my hand, got halfway down the first isle and an employee handed me the right headlight without me saying a single word. I was in and out in maybe 2 minutes.

Please carry a "Jump Button" universal 4-wheel kit or two. Not having those standard is this universe's biggest shortfall.

If you make sure you get the correct staff member then you can be thoroughly assisted with whatever you're needing. Unfortunately there is at least one staff member there that it's not helpful nor knowledgeable and will not be accommodating and anyway if needing specific assistance

The staff was super friendly and the store was clean and we'll stocked. They even helped with some stuff that was definitely not auto parts related. Quick service and decent prices for what we bought.

Nice guys but gave me wrong break pads. Had to go back to store. Never got credit for previous purchase of break pads because they didn't want to take the time to look up my account properly.

I've had plenty of bad experiances at surrounding auto parts stores. Auto Zone is by far the best one in the areas. Sam escpisially went out of his way, above and beyond customer service! Extremely happy with my experiance. If he isnt a manager. He without a doubt should be.

Love it , just not impressed with cm, crk sht p senor 12345 defective house brand sent to shop 550.00 to replace the crankshaft positioning w ac Delco , after I froze testing codes n signals ECT n I was correct but 5 really cost me time n money but still a 4 normally I am satisfied

When always purchase lifetime warranty break shoes. We had to replace the break shoes and rotors recently. We used a giftcard and paid cash for the remaining. When we took the old break shoes back in to get a refund since we had lifetime warranty, we got a gift card instead of cash. The break shoes were purchased with cash when we originally bought them. It sucks that autozone decides where to apply the giftcard and applies it to a lifetime warranty product that they know they have to give you money back. Next time we replace the break shoes if we make any other purchase at the same time and use a gift card, we will make sure to have the purchases separated so autozone don't decide to give us a gift card to reimburse our break shoes again. Poor customer service!!!

I was having trouble with my battery went to the Wood River AutoZone I needed a new one Mike was very helpful and friendly he put it in for me everything's running great again! Highly recommend this place!

Fast service, know right where everything is at. Will keep going to this store. Very good people that work there.
