Went there for a new battery very quick in and out Jeffrey helped out a ton. Fast installation, very customer friendly, nice looking kicks! Will definitely come back here in the future!

I could not be happier with these guys. (Nick) has helped me out several times with an alternator issue I've had. He's patient, a great listener and diligent in his explanation. These guys are the best!

I have used Advanced over the last year and each part I get is the correct one each time and great advice. O'Reilly's blew up a Starter by putting the positive cable and negative on backwards. AutoZone, was right about parts 70 percent of the time. Great customer service by Nick and all employees.

I was looking for an air filter without having to pay a fortune for it. I found one that was still grossly overpriced. But it was cheaper than other places. So, I bought it. After I got home, I found the same filter online for half the cost. So, I ordered it for next time.

Needed a spark plug checked in my push mower the manager check that and changed the Gap in it for me mower works now

Every time I've gone to the Wood River store, the employees have always been helpful. It appears to be a group of semi-retired mechanics that work there. I don't feel as if they are trying to push unecessary services or products, and they've saved us money by helping us fix a few problems.

Well discount doesn't mean much if it's higher and add coupon brings it to what everyone one else is selling for

Always helpful staff. Plenty of similar stores in close proximity but chose this one because of the customer service.

I was having a problem with a turn signal on my truck the young lady at Advance came out to my truck and checked the bulbs and noticed the socket was slightly charred. I hadn't seen that. Thanks

It just a place that I shop for auto supplies they tend to have a little different things that I need I find I have to have to shop at different parts places find what I'm looking for most of the time
