Exdents just completed a repair on my Range Rover and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. Randy and Victoria were excellent at explaining the process, communicating with the insurance company, procuring a part that no other repair shop could find, executing the repair and also assisted with securing a rental vehicle for me. If I could give zero stars, I would! Absolutely DO NOT bring your vehicle here. They had my car for half a year and then returned it without the coolant attached. When the car broke down and had to be fixed out of state they refused to cover the charges for their mistake. The bill was $500 and they got an attorney involved instead of reimbursing me the $500 after the total bill was over $15,000 for what they were supposed to fix from the get-go. The owner will give you the complete runaround for months and your vehicle will not be fixed correctly. This place is an absolute dump. I wouldn't even go here to have my oil changed. DO NOT GO HERE!!!Services: Body & Trim, Battery

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Exdents Auto Body, and I must say that their communication and customer service left a lot to be desired. From the very beginning, I encountered difficulties in getting my concerns addressed and receiving updates.Firstly, the receptionist's attitude was far from welcoming. When I called and went in to inquire about the status of my vehicle, I was met with indifference and a lack of willingness to assist. It felt as if my questions were an inconvenience, and I was made to feel like a bother rather than a valued customer. She constantly said she would call with an update but I guess the phone is broken as no calls were ever received.Furthermore, the lack of communication was incredibly frustrating. days would pass without any updates, and when I attempted to reach out to the shop, I was met with unreturned calls and unanswered questions. It seemed like they had no interest in keeping me informed about anything.To make matters worse, my interactions with Randy, were nothing short of disappointing. His unprofessional demeanor and dismissive attitude towards my concerns were unacceptable. When I tried to discuss some issues with the work, he brushed me off and even suggested that I was being overly critical.Overall, my experience with Exdents Auto Body was deeply unsatisfactory due to their poor communication and subpar customer service. The lack of transparency and the unhelpful attitude of both the receptionist and Randy made the entire process needlessly stressful. As a paying customer, I expected better treatment and a more proactive approach to addressing my concerns.I cannot recommend Exdents Auto Body based on this experience, and I will certainly be taking my business elsewhere for any future auto body needs. Good communication and customer service are essential in any business, and unfortunately, Exdents fell short in both areas. I hope they take this feedback constructively and work on improving their services to avoid disappointing other customers in the future

I have been doing business with Randy from Exdents for the past 25 years.We recently had an accident on 08/21/19 with our 2012 Chrysler Van.Randy and his service team fixed our vehicle and did a fantastic job.Exdents service team is SECOND TO NONE!!! Exdents facility is extremely clean inside/out, especially for a body shop very impressive.Randy has always been professional and courteous. Its truly a pleasure doing business with them. Randy is one of the nicest gentlemen, I ever met. My family and I appreciate their quality and workmanship they have always provided us.

No action after a week. Called and was told I would receive a call back. No call. Insurance company has not heard from them. I m taking my car to another body shop.Edit: Surely you don t expect me to provide my personal and vehicle information in a public review. That s ridiculous. We are now a month out and my vehicle has been repaired by another body shop but Exdents still has not contacted me or my insurance company. I ll certainly contact you, the owner, but I think instead of sitting around responding to Google reviews, you guys should spend that time working on your customer service.

I came to Exdents for an estimate. Cheyenne and Randy were very nice and I decided to bring my car here to get it repaired. Randy saw my car and gave me the estimate a few minutes later since it wasn't too bad. They are professional, keep you posted on everything and do an awesome job. My car looks perfect. I recommend going here.

I stopped in for an estimate and was promptly told they were busy and only do estimates via appointment. Thats when I requested they take pictures of the vehicle and email me an estimate to send to the insurance company. They agreed to do that and had me fill out a form with my info. After 4 days went by I called to check on the status of the estimate and the girl that answered mentioned that they are backed up and I should have it soon. Needless to say, I never received the estimate they promised. There should be a better system for follow up within ExDents. In the end, we sent an estimate to our insurance company from a different nearby shop and they ended up getting the repair job.

We had a great experience there. Maria in the front office was awesome. She always had a smile on her face and was very gracious to us. They fixed our car with no trouble. When we went to pick it up it looked brand new. They washed the inside and cleaned the carpet and washed and waxed the outside. The tires and wheels sparkled They did a great job, exceeded our expectations.Thanks again for everything.

I have known Randy with Exdents Auto Body for over 14 years, not as a customer but a supplier of promotional products and imprinted apparel for his business. Randy has always be aware of the need to look, and act, and be professional in all he does and what his workers represent. I have never seen such an organized and clean work environment as Exdents Auto Body in Wood Dale, IL. Over many years, I have found Randy and his employees to be very helpful, always polite, responding to call and customer needs. Often he has reached out to me personally to ask how my business was going. He is truly a personal of integrity, over the years purchasing calendars/promotional post-it notes, tee shirts, polo shirts, not just to advertise his business but given out to his customers. I have also noted Exdents Auto Body working in the community at special events that support Wood Dale, IL and the surrounding area. Great job over the years, Randy, I am so glad to have you as a customer.

Absolutely love Randy, always good about explaining everything. They are very professional. Work on my vehicle exceeded expectations. Victoria is a great receptionist.Its worth the almost 2hr ride.

had rear end damage on a 2014 chevy silverado. truck was still drivable, gate still opened. got estimate on 2/22. approved by insurance on 3/3. they said they would order the parts and paint them before i dropped off the truck, they would call when they were ready. called on 4/5 (one month of waiting) and they said to call back on 4/8. called back, they told me to wait until 4/22. at that time said it would be a 'good week and a half' to do the repairs. they called back on 4/12 to tell me that 'a good week and a half' was conservative (and they didnt even have the truck yet!). dropped off on 4/22. truck wasnt ready for pickup until 5/10. so two months plus one week, not counting the time they took to write the estimate. at the last minute they told me if i paid the deductiable with a credit card there would be a 5% service charge ($50 on $1000). i told them it is a company vehicle, i cant write a check, plus i had no warning. got a call back a half hour later saying they would waive it. i think this place has taken on way more work than they can do, and the customer suffers while they make more money. would not recommend, certainly wouldnt go back.

Very professional and great customer service! The owner was just so kind. Cheyenne at the front desk answered all my questions and than some. My maxima wasn't in horrible condition but it was beat up on one side with alot of scratches. He painted and waxed It looked better than when i first bought it. Not only that but they were so sweet calming me down after my crash. They also helped me out with a rental car. I highly recommend them.

I wanted to paint stripes under the clearcoat of my Mustang and Exdents knew how to keep the lines straight as an arrow even over compound curves in the bumper. There quote was fair and the gloss black stripes embed so perfect, you can't feel any seams at the transitions. I show my car all over the country and have a wall of trophies. Couldn't be happier with their attention to detail...they are always busy, you have to have patients to get quality work.

Hate to spoil their perfect record but I took my car in for an estimate and a week later, I still couldn't get anything in writing...I was told he was busy but should get it later that day or next. I stopped by 2 days later and he still hadn't gotten around to it. When I stopped by a week later, I was told that there were still about 18 ahead of me. . Either they are extremely understaffed or maybe my claim wasn't important enough for them to get around to...I hope their actual body work is better that their customer service....

I took my truck there for paint less dent removal under a warranty. After calling them for 4 months and never getting a call back I gave up. This place is a terribly run business and clearly doesn't care about its customers.

Literally took weeks to get an estimate. Finally got insurance settlement and was told, "You only asked us for an estimate. We can't actually fix it for that much. We don't even want to work on your car."
