Do not use this tire shop! I went to get a set of four tires, which I paid for in full. I also had them mounted and balanced and installed back on the vehicle. The tires were never balanced. There is no wheel weights on the vehicles rim. I went back to the shop to ask him if he could balance my tires, and he refuses he said that he did it when he originally installed the tire. He said the only way he s going to rebalance my wheels and tires is if I pay him $15 cash each wheel. The tires were installed and balanced three days before. Terrible people to deal with. They do not stand behind their work at all. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Been coming here for years never thought it was a scam till they start up charging for no reason at all, Horrible Shop they don t even know what a torque wrench is. never even heard of one before. Thanks Aztec for scamming me all of these years. Save you self your life do not go here.

Very poor job! I asked for the sticky weights and they pounded old used weights on my new rims!The steering wheel was shaking really bad! Very poor tire install and balance!I went to Cassidy tire and service and paid $10 more dollars and got a way better job done. Now my car drives smooth with no shaking.I will never go to this place again!

Over prices and no one speak English thereStaff is so mean just ignored me doesn t wants to go back bad quality of tire post the sign about credit card payment they said they not taking card if I use they going to charge extra

I came to this location due to a large staple lodged in my back tire. Earlier this morning I was told the tire was completely damaged and no patches could be done. I was given a quote of $190 for ONE tire. The man at Aztek took a look at it and says okay I can patch this less than 15-20 minutes later my tire was back to normal and I had saved $170. I was concerned when I got back in my car because now the sensor was on. I went back in and mentioned to the man the light was on. He came back out, checked the pressure on all tires, and says drive around a bit the light will go off. I drove for 2 minutes and the tire pressure light went away. I m so glad I found Aztek!

Quick and painless since I brought my own wheels and tires, but hospitality and generosity was top tier. Great service and great prices! Will defiently recommend them to anyone in the wood dale area

Horrible prices they just want to make a buck. I asked for a used tire he said $50 that s with installation etc also mentioned the tire was in FAIR condition I also went downstairs to look at it. I asked him how much would it be without installation he said it would be the same exact price. Trash makes 0 sense

Great place, went for a nail in the tire and guys were attentive and quick. I was out by 15 min, Spanish speaking too! I was happy to say it took quicker than I expected.

They fixed a slow leak in one tire on my car after work, without an appointment, for a very reasonable price. Big name place by work said I could get an afternoon appointment in 3 days.

This place was THE BEST!! Had a huge nail in my tire and needed a patch ASAP. They got me in, SUPER GREAT PRICE!! I will ONLY come here come time to get new tires. EXCELLENT SERVICE. 10 out of 10. Would recommend!

Tried Aztek Tire for the first time on 11-29-22. Got there when they opened to have 4 tires mounted and balanced on my GMC pick up. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Great job. Great guys ! Whenever i need tire work done they will be the first one I go to. Highly Recommend !

I went here with the intentions of using them as my only store for my tire needs and for the moment needed a used tire. I have no idea what to look for in a tire and the one they showed me looked good on the outside. However 2 days later my low tire pressure light came on but all of my tires had the correct amount of air so I just thought maybe it wasn t reset from the last tire change until I had a blowout on the highway. Roadside assistance showed me th INSIDE of the tire and it was completely shredded and clearly a bad tire. I took it to another tire shop and they said 100% they gave me a bad tire. I went back to them and nd told them but they just kept blaming ME saying I drove on it while it was LOW. Not at all.:..I kept the tire with the proper amount of air from day one. I asked if they would replace it since they clearly gave me a bad tire from the start and got a very clear NO. I sincerely was planning on getting all new tires next month and would use this company for any tire needs I had but I will NOT now. They would rather lose a good customer instead of fixing THEIR mistake. I know I should have done things a lot differently but I know nothing about tires and hoped I could trust this company. They clearly knew this and took advantage of me and according to three other companies, they knew it was a bad tire and still refused to even so much as suggest going halfway although they should have taken FULL responsibility and gave ma another tire. They must have so much business they can afford to lose a good customer. I suggest you think twice about using a company that would do this to somone knowingly. I will add photos when the TRUSTWORTHY tire store gives them to me.

One of the best tire shops I have ever been to. I came here with my own tires to be mounted and their prices was the cheapest place than anyone else. Very friendly and hard working group of guys with exceptional quality. This place does get busy so don't expect to be in and out in an instant, but if you're looking for excellent and inexpensive service then look no further.

This place is a joke.. Use to be good.They damaged the inside wall on one of my tires 4 months back and installed the tire as is tire kept loosing air pressure ended up going to discount tire where I had to replace the tire.Second time I went there to swap my wheels and tires they took out all the wheels and then told me don't have valve stems for new wheels so they can't do the job but charged me to put the old wheels back on the car... very unprofessional people work there if you are driving a beater car and don't care how your property is being handled behind closed doors then this is the place for you .. I would not recommend this place to anyone. GO TO BELLE TIRE in Villa Park excellent prices

First to fall one of the worst service they did not post a sign in the back and when you come to pay this at cash only when you doesn t have a cash they ask you 3% if you are using your credit card and they were so rude they said we can take your tire out the given you price before something and then after they installed to give you the different price never want to go there again I have no idea why they are still in a business. I m going to call the village of Wooddale they should notice of those.

The prices here are fantastic! The quality of work is equally good. It's usually a short wait to have work done too. The only negative is the new tire selection. They only have WestLake brand and a few more.

I went with my father to check for a leak in his tire, and they resolved the issue pretty quickly. Additionally, their customer service was decent and I felt comfortable the entire time I was there. The only thing I'd say is I wish there were more places to sit while waiting for them to finish the job. They worked quickly, but still it is a minor inconvenience that can be fixed easily.

The best budget, no frills, tire shop out there. If you are most concerned about getting your dollars to go as far as they will, this place will serve you well. Friendly honest service for a fraction of what others charge. Don't expect the environment to be the same as the leading tire chain brands, you paid to get your vehicle on the road, not to sit in a fancy waiting room too.
